The unit is just as advertised. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The views and setting are lovely and the location convenient to the 4 seasons hotel. Food at restaurants memorably good.
Our property manager, Dianna, was always available, incredibly helpful, and eased our stay.
Strong recommendation from us. Excellent value based on setting, size, and conveniences.

This is our second one-week stay at Fairway Villa 104A, and hopefully not our last. The location is fantastic, and with 2 4-seater golf carts it’s easy to access the entire Hualalai property. The 3-bed, 3 1/2 bath layout is perfect for our family of 4. The Villa is very clean and has a great Bosch washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining and living area (essentially one big room) looks out to a lanai with a gas grill overlooking the 15th tee box and down the 15th Fairway. It’s a 3-minute (max) cart ride to the canoe club (excellent snorkeling and other water activities) and about 3 1/2 minutes to the Hualalai fitness center and market. Thanks for yet another great visit to the Big Island!

Property is well-maintained and vey clean. Amenities, location, layout all great. We enjoyed it all; the golf at Hualalai, the beach club, the pool, the beach & the walking path along the ocean. Restaurants are all excellent. I would highly recommend this property!
