The beachfront lanai has been designed to make BBQ-ing and dining outdoors a breeze. There is a large gas BBQ and covered outdoor custom crafted dining table which will seat your whole group. The Ginger Beach House features four beautiful bedrooms with large glass sliders that open to the gentle tradewinds and panoramic views of the beach. From your bedroom, step out to your oceanfront lanai and tropical paradise. The home is one of the few on the island with air conditioning. On the milder days, open the windows and enjoy the Pacific Ocean breezes coming right off the beach!

Guest Room 1: Queen Bed with Private Bathroom featuring shower/tub combo and single sink. You have an amazing ocean view from this room when the doors are open.

Guest Room 2: Queen Murphy Bed and bunk bed with two twin beds and ocean view.

Hall bath: accessible from Guest room 2 or 3 but can be close off to either if desired; includes walk in shower and double sinks.

Guest Room 3: King Bed with ocean view.

Lanai bathroom: adjacent to Guest Room 3 and accessible from back lanai features full bathroom with large shower and pedestal sink.
