Our daughter got married in Maui and immediate family stayed here. Everyone loved the house and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather or have their private space. We had numerous guests from out of town join us at the house for swimming, lunch or dinner and everyone was comfortable. Location is perfect with beach & plenty of dining nearby. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking & entertaining.

This house was the PERFECT place for our family. We were a party of 13--two of us and our combined adult kids/spouses/partners, There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable --beds and baths were the best number for privacy and comfort. The kitchen/AMAZING dining table was massive and we used it for our wedding night dinner prepared by a private chef. The combination of indoor and outdoor spaces was phenomenal. Our group of young people spent time in the pool every single day with the whole group using the available pool "toys" (especially the pool volleyball) as well as the multiple sun loungers. We also utilized the grill and ate meals together outside. The primary bedroom is incredible. The view of the ocean and palm trees from both the bed and the shower was gorgeous.
Our hosts did everything they could to make our wedding week special and comfortable including dropping off an outdoor speaker which we used as well as a thoughtful gift for our wedding night beverages. I want to add too, that they made us feel very welcome during this difficult time for Lahaina.
The location of this house is stellar. We spent time in Kapalua for wedding/golf/spa day and it was an easy drive up the road. The beach is easily accessible by walking , and a perfect location for our morning runs.
Our entire family raved about all aspects of this house and we are already talking about a reunion trip to Maui and will absolutely stay at this property.

Home was clean and very well appointed. We were 14 people. Cooked every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. Truthfully the towels were a bit warn and the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. My back and neck ached the entire time. Property managers were wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Nice property, close to the beach and Lahaina but, pictures on the web are from many years ago. Some Furniture old and dated. Had problems with doors not opening/locking properly . Pool / hot tub need a facelift . Went to use the hot tub night before we left. It kept emptying the water so shut it off.
No window coverings in master bath. Lights from property below shined in the master bedroom, limited blinds there also. The bikes in the garage were not rideable.
Parking in the driveway was a challenge for three cars.
I wouldn’t normally complain about all this but we paid a lot to use this property and expected it to be updated and maintained.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a welll-planned and much-anticipated trip to Maui in June 2023 - our 3 adult kids and their spouses, 7 grandkids ages 4 to 22 - 15 of us in all. We wanted to spend as much time together and a hotel was not an option so we looked into renting a house that would accommodate our group comfortably. This house was perfect - it was huge - everyone had a bed, plenty of bathrooms, tons of sitting areas, 2 full size refrigerators, 2 washers and dryers - we cooked in a lot and did a fair amount of laundry with all the kids and beach towels. Perfect location for church, stores, restaurants, snorkeling and beaches. Property manager was very responsive to a few questions upon arrival. We all enjoyed the house and pool and made wonderful memories on our family trip to Maui! Highly recommend this property.

This property was Magnificent. The house is massive and easily accommodated 7 adults, two teens and two children very nicely, with room to spare. Our two older grandsons claimed the basement as there own apartment to play video games & chillout after long days at the beach. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone at shower time. The well stocked kitchen made it easy for us to cook meals and bake sweet pastries. I was very surprised to find a stand mixer that I used several times. Home cooking is something our family really appreciated. The wine fridge was handy & had a few comp drinks. Two W&Ds on different floors was very handy. We found cleaning supplies and fabric softener that we used. The neighborhood grounds are spectacular. The large pool, that drops off to a small pool below was situated to give us an ocean view. The sunsets from the master bedroom balcony were breathtaking. I don't know what else we could have asked for to make our stay so enjoyable. The only thing we did ask for was instructions on how to run the hot tub and everything was reprogrammed and in working order within one day. I would highly recommend this property to any large group, who like to spread out, or enjoy good times together poolside. Originally I passed over this property because of the price point, but after considering the accommodations, location and amenities, I think the price point was well worth it.

We had our whole family stay at this lovely home and there was something for everyone. It was a perfect location for us. Close to so many beaches, shopping and restaurants. *Pool- fantastic size- it was well used every day, there are pool toys left from previous folks, we also added more when we left.
*BBQ area was well set up for grilling.
*Covered lanai offers plenty of seating to enjoy during the day and the wonderful Hawaiian nights.

*Beds were very comfortable.
* Kitchen is a dream- Room for many cooks to work!
*Lower level offers a very large family entertainment area, bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The kids loved this area (it helped we brought Xbox from home)!
*Driveway has an incline and is single lane for 3-4 cars, we parked 2 cars by the lower building and only 1 by the stairs. Less movement of cars when family left for adventures. Worked way better!
*Golf course attached to home- is fantastic.
*Lahaina has so many great food options- be sure to check it out! There are paid parking lots for convenience.
* Open a SAFEWAY account and save cost on food, bonus they also deliver!
*Costco by the Airport is a must for quantity food and liquids.

What can we say other than this house was amazing! And Kaanapali was such a great location to stay in Maui! There were 12 of us adults and 2 kids that fit more than comfortably in the space- there was so much additional room!
The property is gorgeous, the pool/hot tub/sitting area was idyllic and we were out there constantly. The hosts were so so easy to communicate with and made our stay seamless, easy, and fun! Do not miss out on this incredible space - your family will remember it forever!

We visit often with family members joining us or sometimes invite friends. Have stayed at many properties both houses and resorts. Would definitely recommend this property for your group visit. We had 5 of our grandchildren with 5 adults. Plenty of room and space and a large swimming pool which was used constantly by everyone. The outdoor living area has a great number of lounging areas and was my favorite place to relax and enjoy. The house is very spacious and it made it easy for everyone to get together or just find a favorite area to spend some time on your own. Overall you should be pleased with this property.

We very much enjoyed our time here with family and dear friends. Although not on the beach, it was an easy drive— or bit of a walk across the highway— to a great beach. Beautiful view from the top balcony and great pool and hot tub. The bedroom to bathroom alignment wasn’t perfect, but workable. If we go with a big group again, we will certainly stay here again.

Our group of 12 adults really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house was so big that we never felt like we were on top of each other. We definitely put the pool to good use. The location of this house is perfect. We were close enough to the beach and downtown Lahaina entertainment. The only negative thing about this wonderful house was the very steep and narrow driveway. Not for the faint of heart! The steps to the house were tough to navigate for my 80 year old mother but she was a trooper! A little pricey but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for large family gatherings.

The owner and rental agents made our stay a dream come true! Initially rented for summer 2019-enter Covid. They worked with us to rebook next two years and finally made our stay more than we could imagine! VRBO platform lost our reservation-claiming it was too long ago but the rental agent assured our stay and helped make it happen. When VRBO failed to refund our damage deposit-the owner and rental agent came through again. The property was magnificent and the people made it a destination to return to again and again-you can’t find a better group to do business with-No thanks to poor service from VRBO. Our family of 15 (8 adults, 6 kids) enjoyed staying at this big house. The view was so lovely, the kids loved the pool and all the pool toys - we couldn’t get them to come out of the pool! The 6 bedrooms were great and the extra room in the basement worked out great for 2 kids. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting around the huge dinning room table - yes all 15 could sit there! When there was a problem, the property manager was responsive and dealt with the issue immediately. We were able to walk to the beach and other areas (Dukes!). The BBQ area was impressive and we enjoyed cooking out there. Great place for a long awaited family vacation.

House was clean, kitchen was very well stocked including a welcome basket of snacks, and the beach and pool amenities came in very handy. Great location convenient to the various outings we had planned. Everyone had a great time and couldn't be happier. An FYI - both the front and back entrances involve a flight of stairs so could be a problem if anyone has mobility issues.

Wonderful time spent here with our children and grandchildren to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. House was as described, large gathering spaces, bedrooms for everyone, terrific infinity pool with waterfall to lower level pool, plenty of pool floats, spacious patio, poolside and plenty of outdoor seating that included sofas, lounges, two dining sets, and outdoor bbq, shower, and bathroom.
House was well stocked with soaps and shampoos, paper products, cooking utensils, tableware, two washers and dryers.
Property is well located, about .5 mile or 10 minute walk to beach, short drive to restaurants and shopping.

This is a perfect family home for a large extended family. We were 15 of us -- ranging in age from 23 to 85!
The house itself is as good as it looks in the brochure.
The furniture is rich and functional.
The master bedroom is spectacular.
There are four bedrooms on the top level with two bathrooms; two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level; and two bedrooms and three bathrooms on the bottom floor.
The kitchen is very well-equipped - and has enough plates, utensils, spoons and everything else you need for a week! There's even a grill outdoors where my nephews were able to cook up a Thanksgiving feast!
The pool and outdoor space are fantastic gathering spots with lots of seating. It is a very short walk to the beach.
Overall it's a beautiful home for a large family.

The property accommodated our group of 11 adults, all couples except one. The location was perfect, amazing sunsets from the balcony on the 2nd floor. The best part of the house is the pool area. The pool is good size, and comfortable seating around the pool and deck area. Everyone would gather there for breakfast, Happy hour and games at night.
We utilized the grill several times, which worked well and was clean, along with grill utensils.
The kitchen was well equipped, and large for several people in the kitchen at one time.
A nice gift basket was left for us, along with some beverages in a mini fridge. That was a thoughtful touch.
A few draw backs were the 3 bedrooms upstairs had to share one bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms on the lower level to use, which several of the family used. It was just a little inconvenient. We had problems with the security gate one evening but got the problem rectified.

The only drawback for some might be that there are stairs to get into the house which makes it harder to get your suitcases in & out. Other than that, it was perfect. Sometimes the pictures & descriptions show a property much better than it really is. In this case, the pictures couldn’t capture the entirety of the home’s beauty & charm. We were a very large group, including 2 infants, and Peter went above & beyond the call of duty to ensure we had everything we needed. He even sent his property manager to purchase fans, extra beach towels, & other items. The home has 3 levels, which allowed us to be together when we wanted but gave us space for privacy & quiet when needed. The kids enjoyed the basement level for hanging out & gave them some independence! The pool and patio were definitely a highlight. The home is also a very short drive to the beach. The main refrigerator had a problem staying cool (apparently due to humidity). Peter had a repairman out immediately. It worked for awhile but never as it should. I’m sure he’s taken care of that problem so it doesn’t recur, because he is committed to giving his guests the best vacation experience possible. We found him and his property manager very accessible and accommodating, which is huge when you spend so much money for one short week. You need someone who you can count on to take care of your needs right away. Peter was a delightful host. Our adult kids & grandkids tell everyone that the house we stayed in on Maui was the secret to our all family Hawaiian vacation…they LOVED it! We count that as money well spent and will definitely go back to enjoy that little slice of paradise!

We just concluded a wonderful trip to hawaii with our kids and grandkids at this beautiful property. The location was very convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Sunsets were amazing. The home suited our family perfectly. There was plenty of space for our three adult children with spouses and our 5 grandchildren. (9 months through 6 years). The gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen were equipped with everything we needed to make most meals at home to avoid long waits and covid restrictions on the island. Washers & dryers on two levels were a nice surprise and used often. Our check in process was super easy and the management was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this property for a luxurious vacation to Maui!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This gem is a short walk to Kaanapali Park. You can walk down the sandy beach to Whaler’s Village where all the best shopping and restaurants are or walk up the beach to Duke’s Restaurant (think Jimmy Buffett song “Duke’s on Sunday!” It is also a short drive down to Front Street in Lahaina where there is another plethora of shops and restaurants. Such a fun area of Maui with so much history. Dinner cruises, luau’s and whale watching boats are literally 10 minutes away.
Dan is awesome in answering any question, concerns or requests that you have in a timely manner. The outdoor living areas of this house both in the back and front is beyond amazing. Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone in your party. The views are incredible! Watching the sunsets was our favorite. You don’t even have to leave as you are getting the best views from the house. We hired a personal chef to come one night and cook for our party. She and her helper found all the dishes, cooking utensils, etc. they needed to cook us a gourmet meal. Sitting at the gorgeous table with a view was one of the highlights of our trip. The appetizers were served outside at one of the dining tables. Incredible! The décor throughout was spot on. Very Zen throughout and the wood pieces were stunning. Amazing furniture.

Beautiful property! We had a wonderful stay at this home! The home was clean and had so many included amenities! Good quality basic toiletries, and all the basic kitchen and laundry items (detergent, dryer sheets, garbage bags, foil wrap, ziplock bags, etc). Good quality bedding and towels too! Location was perfect …close to best beaches, restaurants and shops! We were a family of 9, including a 6 and 4 year old…more than enough space! No need to rent any beach/ water equipment!! The owner has a generous supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, floaters, surf boards, boogie boards…etc.!! The best feature was the pool!!! We spent so much time in the outdoor area! There was a minor issue with communication with management prior to our trip, however the reason was explained and was understandable; once we arrived the management was spectacular! Our family trip was truly amazing! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Our whole family loved this house. Had plenty of room for all 8 of us. It is a perfect location on a golf course with spectacular views of the ocean. It's located about 5-10 min from Lahaina. We spent lots of time on Front St. There were two groceries stores very close by. Our hosts, Linda & Daniel, were very attentive. The house was also furnished with bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear...Such an added bonus & was perfect for our beach days. The backyard & pool were definitely our favorite area. This was an incredible vacation in a beautiful home for our first visit to Maui. We would definitely love to visit this house again. I did not want to go home! Hope to return again soon!!

The location is great if you have never been to Maui. Nice, safe neighborhood. 10 minute drive from anything you may need. Linda and David - the property manager's, were great.
The biggest issue we had was when we arrived to the property, they ended up locking a basement door - which had 2 additional beds in it. We planned our sleeping arrangements around all the beds we were originally told we would have. Everyone had a place to sleep, but adults ended up having to sleep in a bed together - who would've rather had the privacy of their own room/bed.
Pool: The first day we got there the pool was filled with sand and hairbands. We arrived on Sunday and was told it would not be cleaned until Friday.. which would do us no good because our trip ended on Saturday. Linda was able to arrange a pool cleaner to come earlier in the week.
The "hot tub" is not a hot tub. They considered it more of a spa. But none of the jets run in the hot tub either, so no point of that. You have to choose between a luke warm hot tub, or a freezing pool. They arent able to run the heat on both at the same time.
There's a strong sulfur smell that runs through the house a few hours a day - I dont think that's at fault of the house.
The driveway is very long and good for a lot of cars. Make sure you have experienced drivers because it is extremely narrow and can be difficult to back out of.
Overall it was a nice stay. Good location, but you could tell it was used as a rental with the maintenance.

Absolutely a perfect place to create a memorable vacation. We were celebrating a milestone “surprise” birthday for my wife. This rental allowed us to celebrate in style and accommodate some family and friends who have a difficult choice of staying home or going to Maui. Nicely located near Lahaina (about a 10 minute drive to downtown). The house offers great views of the Pacific Ocean in the distance amongst the palm trees. Every day felt like a different view and perspective. My wife took a wonderful photo from the master bedroom with the moon glistening on the ocean. It’s one of her favorite pictures. I highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to Maui and want a great place, relaxing moments, and the island life. PS: the pool was also an added bonus.

We absolutely loved staying at this amazing house! We had our whole family together in one place (grandparents, siblings, babies/toddlers), and the house had everything we could possibly need for an incredible week in Maui. The master bedroom was especially amazing. The house has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms inside (plus one bathroom outside) and was just so spacious that our group never felt like we were crowded or on top of each other. Cooking in the kitchen was great, and eating dinner at the gorgeous dining table was such a treat. The pool and spa were wonderful too! The spa was a bit tricky to operate at first, but once we got some help we were able to enjoy it. Sitting in the hot tub under the stars was just wonderful. The house also had every amenity- beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, snorkels, coolers, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, boogie boards, 3 bikes, pool floaties for adults and children, a game room for kids/teens, toys for toddlers, you basically just need to show up with a swim suit and you’re covered! It was also an easy walk to the beach, but we also drove to take all the beach equipment, and there was very easy parking. We loved the location - super close to whaler’s village, right on a golf course for beautiful views… we can’t say enough good things about the house. We hope to return one day for another epic vacation!

The home is stunning and has a great location. Impressive architecture with plenty of space for our large family. Pool is large and was used everyday. Ocean is only a 10 minute walk from the home. Short ride to Maui activities and shopping. The only serious negative was the inability to fix property problems.
Linda, the property manager, was very polite and attentive, but she was unable to get maintenance people to correct problems during our stay: 1. hot tub did not heat properly; 2. after the first day of our 10 day stay, the front gate did not work; 3. some burners on the outdoor grill did not function and the grill was quite dirty; 4. at least one burner on the range in the kitchen did not function; 5. the door and lock for the master bedroom did not work properly and the shower head in the master had a leak; 6. the pool cleaner was not functioning properly. Linda sent a maintenance man to the home, but he was unsuccessful in fixing these problems. He said there was shortage of skilled maintenance people on Maui due to Covid, and it was very difficult to get many required parts. We used the home around 4 months ago. Hopefully, necessary repairs have been made and in the future problems of this nature can be resolved more quickly

This is a beautiful home with an amazing ocean view. We were a large group of 11 so it had plenty of rooms with 8 bedrooms! There are 4 bedrooms upstairs (including master bedroom and bath) but only one bathroom for remaining 3 bedrooms so that was a bit challenging. House cleaning was super thorough and we met Frank, SUPER nice! Linda who greeted us was beyond sweet and very helpful. She was also available when we had questions/problems during the stay. She was actually amazing. For the cost of this home there were definitely some items that weren’t in the best condition. Spa worked some of the time only. Bedding isn’t the greatest. But overall this home is beautiful and we had a fanstastic time.

What a perfect miniature resort for our family’s All-The-Anniverseries Party!
We had 5 couples: my parents, myself & hubs, sister & BIL, brother & Love-of-his-life, and our oldest son & his beautfiful Intended. Two of our couples missed properly celebrating their 50th and 25th wedding anniversaries in 2020, so on the occasion of my and my husband’s 30th, we invited everyone to come away together to celebrate. It was very important to us to do so safely and as thoughtfully of Hawaii’s people as we could be at this time. This house was *absolute perfection* for our occasion for so many reasons!
The home itself is even lovelier than than the photos illustrated. I found the art and many furniture choices delightful, and the kitchen (my priority second only to the pool haha) was quite well-equipped. Each duo had plenty of their own private personal space, and we fully enjoyed our communal options - poolside being the (obvious) group favorite.
Property Manager Linda was awesome! She was incredibly responsive and always friendly. (A warm and hearty “Mahalo” for everything, Linda!)
I would not hesitate to book this special place again for our 35th. (…hint, hint, Husband ; ))

Our two families had a wonderful time at this lovely Maui home. The Location is phenomenal - very easy to get to Lahaina restaurants and Beaches! All you have to do is show up and unpack. Grocery delivery from Safeway was seamless too. Walk to the beach is super easy
Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and great selection of bar ware for cocktails too.

This home was a perfect fit for our family of 12. The location to Kaanapali beach is a short walk and although some reviews suggested it was a rather steep walk returning to the house we did not find that to be true. The pool is large and made a great gathering place for all of us to enjoy and relax. Linda, , our property manager was very responsive to our needs or concerns and was a “bright light” to work with. Enjoyed our visit so much.

This is an ideal property for a family gathering. Our group of 13 included grandparents, adult children, and children ages 6-12 years. The house was spacious, well maintained, and included all the amenities. The master bedroom was fabulous. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool. There was a well stocked game room that the children loved. The closest beach was a 10 minute walk (easy for all) and the snorkeling there was excellent. The house is a short drive to many great hikes, stores, beaches, and activities.
