• Please be advised that during the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 (race day: October 10), there will be significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. These closures may impact driving routes and travel times during your stay. Detours and traffic control measures will be in place to accommodate the event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend planning your travel accordingly.
• The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.

Perfect home for a great vacation. Sitting on the patio watching the sunset and having a drink, doesn't get any better than that. The place was well appointed and we didn't need for anything. You really can't top a vacation at Hualalai and this villa makes it ideal. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The villa is spacious, beautifully appointed with a tranquil vibe. Large window doors open to the outside which encompasses the 2nd floor with ocean views and a great place to either enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well done and nicely sized. The villa has two inviting family rooms which creates plenty of space for a family or multiple couples to either hang out or enjoy their own privacy. Both the amenities of the villa and those of the Four Season Hualalai are unsurpassed! It is always our favorite vacation spot where we can connect and recharge and we return every year.

Our family has stayed in this villa 5+ times as it is our favorite place for a family vacation. The Villa has all the amenities of a well appointed home and is spotless! Our family is able to have the luxury of being in a beautiful home but also able to thoroughly enjoy resort amenities of the wonderful Four Season's Hualalai property. The Villa is a short walk or quick golf cart ride from the Hualalai Four Seasons and all it has to offer. We especially appreciate the state of the art workout facilities and beach front dining of the nearby Four Season's property. I would highly recommend this Villa and all it has to offer as a 5 Star family vacation destination.

We wanted a 3 bedroom/3 bath which was spacious/ roomy and well decorated! Perfect for family gatherings while opening the patio doors that slide into the walls! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything for cooking. I can say everyone enjoyed this beautiful villa. Easy five stars! We will definitely be staying there again.

Lovely spacious villa. We were able to "spread out" here instead of being cramped in a hotel room. Immaculate. Great kitchen. 5 minute walk to Four Seasons Hotel's amenities. Comfortable beds and overall very well maintained. Everything was perfect.

The location is perfect for anyone who enjoys a comfort and luxury while enjoying the sun and sand. It's close to town, the airport and the best beaches on the island. The property is impeccably clean and well maintained. It is spacious and offers all the amenities you'd want or need to make guests feel relaxed and well taken care of. The spa/fitness at the resort is hands down the best facility I've ever been to. I can highly recommend this villa, it's really a terrific place to spend your time on the Big Island.

We stayed on the property for a week for our family vacation. Elite Management was very responsive and easy to work with, from the day that we booked the property to the day we left. We enjoyed our time on ground immensely, and to add to the experience was the fact that we never had to worry about our property. The location was great and pictures were authentic. A great experience overall - couldn't be happier.
