We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful condo. The location and views were amazing. The property was perfect with easy access to the beach and amazing pool area. The condo was comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were super computable but a bit tall so if you have anyone with mobility issues be aware. The baths were lovely but the second tub was a bit slippery and very tall to climb into. Overall great stay!

Great location to get together with kids and their family and close by accommodations for other family members at 4 seasons. Pools, beach lagoon and seaside walking path were all big hits. We especially liked the patio view and space opening off kitchen and dining area. Also the elevators were always fast and assigned parking was nice.

This was our second visit to this condo, and it was just as lovely as the first! The unit is comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked, and the Beach Villas complex is beautiful, quiet, and steps from the beach and lagoon. We had great communication from the host and her local team—and you can't beat the stunning view from the lanai. We saw whales nearly every day (bring binoculars, it's worth it!) and even a pod of spinner dolphins. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

This was an amazing condo at an amazing resort. We enjoyed the beautiful views as much as we possibly could, the balcony was perfect! The property and condo was very well cared for and the beach was quiet in comparison to the neighboring resorts. The condo included many beach toys which was perfect for our 6-year-old to play with.

The nicest, most comfortably apppointed rental property I have ever stayed in! Clean, great beds and furniture, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed--and just breathtaking views from the lanai!! The photos truly do not do it justice. Great sunsets, several whale sightings, and a quiet beach on the lagoon were all we could have hoped for. I had friendly and prompt communciation with both the host and the local caretaking staff, and speedy resolution when we had an appliance issue caused by the previous renters. I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. Mahalo, Jackie, for such a lovely, memorable stay!

We had a wonderful vacation in Koolina. This resort was everything we had hoped for. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. The unit was very well equipped and the only complaint I had was that there was not enough cabinet space for us to store our own groceries. I would definitely recommend the resort and this unit for future stays

This property is nothing short of amazing. The views can’t be beat, everything is supplied down to laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Beds are an absolute dream! Cleanest place I have ever stayed.
The best part was the property manager. She should train all other short term property owners how to do it! I had an issue with VRBO billing & she addressed it immediately, even though I called from a different time zone & woke her up. She was so nice & patient. I very much appreciate her & credit her for an amazing family vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised, and very comfortable. The views were amazing (loved waking up to the view every morning) and we all loved the private lagoon. The room unfortunately wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and even offered a gift card at the local ABC store to make up for the inconvenience, which we thought was a very hospitable gesture. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such an amazing stay for our first time in Oahu!! The beach villa was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family of 4. The view from the lanai was our favorite part and we loved watching the whales breach and the sunsets daily all in the comfort of our lanai. The beds were extremely comfortable which made our nights comfortable too. The amenities were endless and we really couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family’s first visit to Oahu. We loved every minute of it and this has been our favorite most memorable vacation!! Mahalo! We cannot wait to return!!

The condo is as pictured, cleaning staff did a nice job. There was even more beach equipment than listed. The walking path up and down the bays was excellent for a young family. Shopping center for groceries is about 10 minutes away, and you can have food delivered to the front desk via door dash/Uber eats easily.

Our stay at the villas upgraded our vacation to a more than awesome experience visiting Hawaii for the second time. It literally has everything one would need to relax and feel at home. This condo is beautiful. It has everything you could need for the perfect stay. The beds were very comfortable. All the linens, towels, etc. seemed brand new. We had such a wonderful trip and loved staying on this property and in this condo! The space was perfect for my husband, 2 teenaged boys and me. We spent lots of time on the lanai and the view was spectacular. The boogie boards and beach chairs available for use were great. All the comforts of home on vacation. We hope to be back!

We were all completely blown away by the ocean side view. By far the best place I’ve stayed at. There was also supplies such as boogie boards and snorkeling equipment in the closet for convenience. Very nice and professional employees taking the extra time to tour the room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was big, and the balcony was by far my favorite part of my entire stay in Hawaii. I could look at the ocean for hours on end and watch the sunset. We all had a very wonderful experience and there’s literally not a single negative thing I can think of.

This beautiful condo was exactly what we were hoping for! Very well appointed, clean, comfortable and an incredible unobstructed view. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and sand toys. Also lots of beach towels. The kitchen was wonderful. It has both a Keurig and regular coffee pot. Also a coffee bean grinder if you want to grind some local beans to enjoy on the lanai in the morning. Everything you need in the kitchen. Nice bath towels, comfy beds. Loved that the teenagers were in their own space on the other side of the kitchen so we did not hear them at night. The lagoon right in front of the building in amazing. The boys went snorkeling there every day. The owner, Jackie, is very responsive. Check in/out process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved everything... they had beach chairs and umbrella etc everything for the beach for us! Second room had 2 twin beds which we weren’t expecting with 4 adults but the beds were soooo comfortable! The only thing was there was no services, no small market, no food on property, one small bar. Other than that 5 stars

We made wonderful family memories in Ko Olina! Jackie's condo was perfect. Spacious, clean, incredible views, loads of water toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and linens for bathing.
Spices and staples in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, and cooking utensils. Staff at the resort was always extremely pleasant. Happy to help in anyway.
Pools where perfect and the lagoon was calm enough for our 4 year old granddaughters to expedience their first safe delight of swimming in the ocean.
We actually rented two condos from Jackie a two bedroom and a three bedroom. They were both top notch.
We are planning our trip for next year and hope to stay at Jackie's again.

We chose this condo because of the view and the sleeping arrangements. Both were more than we dreamed. This view is so beautiful and can be seen from both bedrooms, as well as the living room, kitchen, and dining area. In addition to the chairs and table pictured on the lanai, there is also a lounge on a part of the lanai that was not pictured. All of the beds were comfortable, as well as the sleeper sofa and futon. Plenty of bedding was provided, too. That was important to our family of six. We also were very appreciative of all the noodles, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, chairs, and beach towels provided.
The Beach Villa facilities were excellent. Our assigned parking spot was very close to the two elevators. (You have two parking spaces assigned, but we only used one.) My grandchildren loved the pool where they could play. My daughter and I preferred the "quiet pool" and hot tub. Most of our time was spent at the lagoon. Locked gates and doors gave a feeling of security, but we were given plenty of key cards. We had a temporary problem with the stove top, but the problem was quickly solved with courtesy. The trees and landscaping gave a feeling of paradise.
This Beach Villas condo is convenient to everything. There are several restaurants and a few stores within less than a mile. A small town with plenty of shopping is just a few miles away. It doesn't take long to get anywhere on the island.
This was our best vacation ever, and nobody wanted to leave.

This condo is just beautiful. High-end appliances with tons and tons of placeware, small appliances, utensils, etc stocked. I hope every condo renter who come through will save the condiments as well (we tried to save our set for the next renter) to help stock up that stuff, and we put straws in the drawers. There is a spice set. Whoever left the kiddie cup - thanks! We totally used that. I digress. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The beach closet was awesome. Loved that Jackie was very thoughtful in what we might need. Only thing we wished we could've had on the beach was an umbrella, but you can get one of the straw ones if you get there early enough. This place is unlike Aulani nor like Marriott Vacation Beach Club. We've stayed at both. Aulani is too crowded. Marriott is medium-crowded. This place is not as crowded as any of the two, and there were days that we felt like we owned the pool (it was awesome!). Lagoon is also the same in that you're not stumbling over people in the sand nor having much of a blocked view at all. The pool bar made some strong drinks (I say that's good), but they were also telling me that they wish they could make improvements, like selling shaved ice (I would love that too!). We did have a hard time figuring out the a/c controls in the rooms (couldn't figure out what we were doing wrong), but maybe we didn't read the instructions right - I don't really remember. Jackie does leave a list of information on the place. She is very responsive and a very nice person to work with. Most of all, there is nothing more fantastic than waking up every single morning to this view, and ending the day looking out on the lanai. It truly was a blessing to get to go on this trip and to have found this condo rental. We hope to go again soon!

I stayed here for a week. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 small children. The unit was great for the 6 of us. The Lanai is a great spot for meals or for reading. The beach / pools / BBQ's are great. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone staying on Oahu.

My family and I had a great time staying in this 2 room Villa at the Ko Olina.
We made use of all the property had to offer, including the Pool, Barbecue's and of course the Lagoon. It was nice to see the property had all the beach items necessary for my family including Beach chairs, Floaties for the kids, Boogie boards and snorkeling gear.
One improvement I'd like to suggest would be access to other floors in the building. Bringing my entire family (which didn't fit in one suite) we stayed in 2 separate Villa's, ours was on floor 10, and their's on floor 8. I was not able to go to their room (no key card access to their floor), but fortunately there was no restriction to Floor 10 so they could visit us. Other than that, it was a great time.

We did not want to leave! The view captures you from the moment you walk in, and the condo feels so warm and welcoming There were only a few units on this floor, so it was very private and relaxing. The accommodations were beautiful, especially the kitchen with its high-end appliances. The bedrooms were very nice as well and the mattresses were super comfortable. We slept great! We had two young kids with us and were so happy to find nice beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and snorkel equipment! There also was a stroller, highchair and pack and play! The property was amazing. We loved swimming in the lagoons and watching the sunset at the pool bar with a delicious cocktail. It's also next door to the Disney resort and a short walk to great shops and restaurants. All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We can't wait to go back! It's a hidden gem in Oahu and a GREAT value.
