Great location, close to the upper quiet pool, very spacious and clean. Management was great to work with and answered questions immediately. We had an issue with one of the AC units and they had it fixed for us right away. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing location and lovely experience. The condo itself is perfectly maintained and has all the amenities we could have wanted for our family. The owners always responded promptly throughout our booking and stay and were helpful with any questions. We stayed here with our two kids (5 and 8) and would recommend it to families and singles! Lots of amenities on the property -- pools, hot tubs, play grounds, workout areas, restaurant, bar, live music and an evening where they do a show of local heritage dancing. I can't say enough about the whole package. We hope to stay with them next time!

Wonderful property. The minute we first walked in brought oohs and aahs. Everything was handy, clean, and well-maintained. The place was stocked with all the towels anyone could ever need. Also, beach things such as chairs, umbrella, and floats were provided. I can't say enough about this property.

We had a wonderful time! The property was just as described and such a wonderful view of the ocean that was enjoyed each morning and evening. The kitchen was stocked with all the needs, we didn't want for anything. And an unexpected bonus found on the last morning was a scale in the bathroom that came in handy for weighing suitcases! This was a first and so appreciated! We would stay again!

The property provided everything we needed and more. Location and amenities are excellent.
Coffee on the balcony every morning to late night swims at the pool. As parents of the bride, the condo provided us with a central hub for family and friends to gather. We have other family members staying at Kona Coast Resort condos…..they are just as happy as we are. Can’t wait to return right back here.

Loved our stay. Morning coffee each day on lanai with ocean views. Beds were super comfy. Lots of towels and great to have a washer and dryer We hand washed our dishes but one day I let dishes dry in dishwasher and was surprised to see the dishwasher had an interior light! There’s masks, snorkels and fins Beach chairs too Coffee makers - flat bottom drip and a French Press. The quiet pool with lounges and umbrellas is real close. BBQ stations were scattered around the property and close by the unit. Highly recommend. Grocery store and restaurants are very close by. Get the poke at KTA (grocery store)

This was a beautifully decorated and spacious condo. With 2 teenage grandsons visiting for part of our stay, the separate space upstairs, w/bathroom, worked perfectly. We made a lot of use of the tennis & basketball courts, plus weight room. The grounds are attractive but w/o ocean access (except for distant view from lanai). Views of sunset and palms from lanai were enjoyed. We used the kitchen a lot and it worked well (as w/most, there was a lack of good knives), and appreciated the washer/dryer. The management company was incredibly responsive and sent someone to help when A/C controller wasn't working, even though we were ok without - excellent attention to service. Check in was easy. Location was great - walking distance to shopping area w/grocery, farmers market & more. Also walked several times to ocean access points towards town for sunsets and to the snorkel beach.

Our family loved staying at this hidden gem, Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens 8204. We were amazed at the spacious and luxurious interior, and loved the ocean view lanai. Parking was a breeze, and the amenities were fantastic. What we loved most is having the comfort, luxury, and space to truly enjoy our vacation, while taking care to treat the beautiful furnishings to preserve the wonderful ambiance for future vacationers to enjoy. We had some large luggage upon arriving around 1pm and preferred to drop them off before going grocery shopping prior to the official check-in. The property management was kind enough to let us do just that so we could spare the time and car space to shop for groceries for our stay there and beyond. The property was very clean and had all the necessities available. During our stay, the food disposal in the sink stopped working but it was immediately taken care of. Our stay at this unit at Keauhou-Gardens was one of the best stays we've had through VRBO.

This condo was lovely! It's been well maintained and the layout was really nice - there was a lot of space for all of us! The lanai was absolutely stunning - probably one of our favorite parts of the condo. The location was nearby lots of things, so that was also great. Really, everything you could need for a relaxing stay in Kona - comfortable bedrooms, fabulous & huge lanai, ample kitchen, great bathrooms, and even a washer & dryer! Overall, it was a great condo and we'd definitely consider staying there again! Knutson & Associates were awesome and very timely with responses - also a great experience!

We loved our stay here. However, we were unable to get the TV to work, even with instructions. Also, it’s not a smart TV and there are no streaming devices provided. I would suggest buying a Roku unit for the unit (thru cost $30) snd sending someone to fox the access to cable TV. You need to anticipate that people stream nowadays.

The condo was exceptionally clean! Everything was in good working order. There was beautiful decor throughout. It was lovely. We never heard the neighbors and wondered if they existed. We would love to come back and that's traveling with our disabled son. Excellent stay.

It is very quiet and close to Keauhou Shopping Centre where we bought our grocery items from KTA Super Store. This unit is perfectly placed and perfectly priced! Just a couple of blocks East to the farmers’ market and a couple of blocks west to the Pacific, this is a perfect location to escape for a couple of days, weeks, or months. The Kona Country Club is basically next door and one of the nicest resort courses we have played. Our evenings on the lanai provided fabulous sunsets and lasting memories.

Dish soap paper towels 4laundry packs salt pepper veg oil we asked and and received 5 dishwasher capsules. Good ac which switch up to fans .cons the site we booked on says nothing about resort fees 300$ or security deposit also you have to sign a 9 page requirement agreement about cleaning and lock up etc

We really enjoyed the Lanai for all of our outdoor meals, the beautiful artwork and the proximity to a pool, grocery store and shaved ice place. It was very nice for each couple to have their own bathroom and we were very conveniently located for short drives to snorkeling spots and downtown Kona. The property owners were very responsive too!
