It was an amazing stay from the moment we opened the door till we left to head back home.
Every room was decorated beautifully and was so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The view was lush with palms and birds drinking from the tall Bird of Paradise plants.We enjoyed the pool for adults and the beautiful walk to the beach. And mornings having coffee on the Lanai made our stay just wonderful!
Communication was perfect for any suggestions on wonderful places to dine or anything that you need they were always there for us.
We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui!

We typically stay at homes in Maui. This time we did the condo. Truly amazing property. Next to shops, walking distance to many eateries, beach access right there, location of this unit is excellent, close to pool, parking. Had everything we needed and then some. Super comfy beds too. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Our stay at The Maui Escape was absolutely incredible. The home was amazing. The check in staff and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice! We immediately felt at home and welcomed. Eric and Camille were truly wonderful. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit. The owners were very helpful and flexible and provided great information on the surrounding area and restaurants. The property is fully staffed with a concierge who helped us with reservations and there are two pools available. The main pool in the beach is adults only so we did not use that but the attendants at the beach were great and will setup chairs and towels for you. This unit also included some sand toys for the kids and had a well stocked kitchen including spices and basic condiments which was helpful. We would highly recommend this unit.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place with amazing amenities in a gated community. The beds we’re comfortable and it was clean. In the morning we went to the beach, where an attendant set up a chair, towel and umbrella. The concierge helped us set up tours and dining experiences and everyone was so nice. There was an adult pool that was peaceful with a huge hot tub. Everything was 1st class. If we go back to Maui, we would stay here again.

Every detail was considered in this villa! Lush towels and bedding; coolers for ever occasion; well equipped kitchen; well stocked staples.
From the lanai you can see a sliver of the pacemaker but the location of this villa is perfect! Quiet yet close to The Shops at Wailea, the gym and the family pool. Walking to the beach was a bit but soooo worth it! The beach attendants take such great care of guests.

I am almost reluctant to submit a review for fear this hidden gem will become discovered. Everything about the property and its surroundings were perfect. The check in was super easy and a concierge met us at the unit to show us everything and offer advice on how best to enjoy our stay. There are two main pool areas, one for family/kids and one close to the beach for adults where you can sit by the pool and watch whale's swim by. Leave the back gate, take a left and you are at the Four Seasons where White Lotus was filmed, and where the rooms cost more than our 2 1/2 bedroom, high end appointed condo. Really quite impressive!

We vacationed in a beautiful penthouse condo that had all the comforts of home. It is adjacent to the Grand Wailea and the beach and services available were outstanding. It is conveniently located across the street from the Shops at Wailea. The check in process was quick and easy. Our hosts, Eric and Camille could not have been any nicer checked in with us right away to make sure everything everything was perfect and it absolutely was perfect, clean, well stocked and beautifully appointed. It was fun to sit at the pool and watch the whales in the ocean. We had an incredibly great time and will be back again!

This property far exceeded my expectations in every category. It was perfect for our family of six that included my parents two kids and husband. We dined in and dined out. The pools and grounds are pristine. The beach was our favorite great waves for bodyboarding and SUP. Views of whales sunsets and the walk along the water a great path to jog every morning. Could not have asked for more.

This is an amazing find. The villa was immaculately clean when we arrived and provided the prefect amount of space for my husband and myself, our two toddlers, and my parents-in-law. The village of Wailea offers a quiet, more relaxed ambiance than some of the others in Maui. Conveniently walkable to shops and restaurants as well as the beach, this villa is a prize. It is fully stocked with most everything you could need. The hosts were exceptionally communicative and thoroughly answered all questions we had. They had great suggestions on where to shop and how to entertain our party. I highly recommend this stay and will likely return if we visit Maui again in the future.

First of all the Wailea Beach Villas is a fantastic property. The location is perfect, the grounds are beautiful the staff is first rate you feel like you are at a resort. The pool at the beach is beautiful and the access to the beach and beach service (chairs, umbrellas and towels) is amazing. Our stay at our unit couldn't be better. Communication leading up to and during was great! They did everything to ensure our trip was worry free. the unit itself was clean and well appointed - comfortable beds, sheets, plenty of towels. Living and dining room were great. Plenty of places to sit and very comfortable. The unit is very spacious. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen in a rental. Everything you need was there. The proximity to the Wailea Shopping
Center and a market is so easy and accessible. Very convenient. This is for information, not a complaint. The unit is toward the back of the property so it is a couple minute walk to the beach.
but the grounds are beautiful so it isn't a big deal. But it is close to the family pool and the great workout room. We had no complaints!!!!

We love Maui and especially Wailea but, while the luxury hotels are all fabulous, we wanted a kitchen and washer/dryer and a home-like place to share with friends for part of the week.
The Wailea Beach Villas - and this property in particular - was a fabulous solution. The unit is spotlessly clean, the furnishings are lovely, and the place looks and feels like someone's home and not just a staged rental. It is the best appointed rental we have ever stayed in, and the high-end appliances are particularly notable. In fact, we fell in love with Breville toaster so much we plan on buying one.
The unit is at the top of the complex and is super handy for the Shops at Wailea with their selection of restaurants and several "market" stores. It is near the family pool and workout room, and a short walk downhill to the lovely adult pool, grass loungers overlooking the ocean, and the beach itself where attendants will set you up with umbrellas and lounge chairs. You can also request a golf cart to and from if you would prefer.
The complex is beautiful, quiet and calm, and very upscale.
The staff at the Villas are very welcoming and helpful, going out of their way for any request.
The unit is owned by Erik and Camille and they were delightful. They sent very helpful and clear instructions on everything and were fast to respond to one quick note I sent. They also phoned me on arrival to welcome us and make sure everything was as we needed.

The property was perfect for our extended family which included me, my wife, 2 children both age 8 and grandparents. Beautiful property, perfect location adjacent to the family pool and an easy walk to the shops at wailea/grocery store and the beach! Eric and Camille are very responsive and thoughtful property owners. Specifically, one of my children was Not feeling well for a day during our stay and we were concerned he could have appendicitis. I contacted Eric for advice on the local medical system and he promptly responded with information and prayers! I would recommend this property and the property owners to anyone interested in visiting wailea. We plan to return and pray we are fortunate enough to stay in this residence!

This was our first time visiting Maui. The location and this unit was perfect for our family. It was easily accessible to everything including the beach, golf courses, restaurants and great shopping just minutes away. The owners were so kind and responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Eric and Camille your villa is amazing. The check in process was seamless, the villa was clean on arrival and the property was beautiful. It’s a few minute walk to the shops and is in close proximity to all the big resorts. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back !! This was our first trip to Maui and we had such a wonderful time! Our accommodations were beautiful and the location was perfect! We enjoyed both the adult and children's pool, hot tubs and the grounds were stunning. Ideal location to the beach and walking trails. We plan to go back next year! This Hawaiian condo was everything they said it was! Beautiful chef kitchen and location. It is a short walk to the beach with several steps down hill to the adult pool & beach. This not a problem unless one has difficulty with elevation. There are restaurants and shopping near by.
The management of the condo is top rate. There is an attendant at the pool and beach to help with chair & umbrella set up. Wonderful for families with children too.

Great property for a couple, two couples, or a couple with 2 children looking for an upscale yet relaxing vacation in Wailea. Nestled between Marriott, Four Seasons, this property is right on the walking paths along the coast; has 2 pools (although we used the adult pool area) with great views; and easy/walking vs driving access to shops/restaurants. Property is as advertised. We really appreciated the coolers on property to take down to pool/beach area (which is a beautiful walk - but far enough away, you want to plan for the day). We rented gear at the next door Marriott (snorkel, paddle boards, boogie boards) and were able to purchase snacks. drinks there also. Towels provided at pool/beach so you do not need to carry those around. If we come back to Maui we'd would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful time staying in the Peterson’s villa. All of the pictures of the unit were extremely accurate. It was so beautiful. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and grill out on the lanai and communicate with the owners was very easy. What a gorgeous property. I can’t say enough.

Our stay at the Maui escape was perfect. The villa itself was plenty of space for my family of 6 and had everything you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked and having beach towels and beach chairs to use offsite was such a plus! Communication with our hosts, Eric and Camille, was so easy and they were so responsive whenever we needed anything. The location was perfect with access to the Wailea shops, restaurants and beaches all within an easy walk. This was the perfect place to call home base for our 10 day Maui vacation! Everything was 5 star, from the communications with Erik and Camille, the owners, to the condo, the location on the Wailea beach walk. The check in process was seemless and the condo was clean amd very well equipped. We made dinner most nights and enjoyed having the grill and the lanai to relax and have dinner. There were 2 refrigerators and a blender as well! We only wished we could have extended our stay in paradise.
