Remodeled, spacious condo with high ceilings located at Hale Kamaole opposite Kamaole III State Park and Beach. Great for two couples or a family of five.
Open loft area sleeps one adult/child in a twin bed. Open staircase does not make it suitable for young children.
Hale Kamaole is the only complex in Wailea and Kihei with truly unobstructed ocean views. This beautiful condo has amazing Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains and Haleakala views from the living room and balcony (lanai), which has shade 95% of the day, a must when you spend most of the day in the sun. The lanai also offers views of the expansive lawn and tropical landscape of Birds of Paradise, Plumeria trees and of course Palm trees. A split a/c unit was installed in the living room for warm summer afternoons. Bedrooms have their own a/c. When windows and doors are opened the Tradewinds keep all areas cool and it gives the feeling of outdoor living.
Both bedrooms have high-end foam/gel King Posture Pedic mattresses. The Guest Bedroom is on the first floor with bathroom.
The Master Bedroom is on the second floor with an Ensuite Bathroom. New windows slide open for the Maui trade winds or close for quiet sleeping. Ceramic floor throughout the 1st floor including the Guest Bedroom, and carpet in Master Bedroom and loft. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. 55' Smart TV in the living room. 45' Smart HD-TV screens in both bedrooms. Free private high-speed internet separate from the building.
Watch the whales or the beautiful sunsets from the lanai, or walk to the beach in front of Kamaole III State park in less than two minutes. This beach is known to be one of the best beaches in South Kihei. Great for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, paddle boarding, and amazing sunsets and whale watching. Life Guards are availble.
Restaurants/shops are within walking distance or dine at our beautiful Wailea hotels less than 10 minutes' drive away. World-class golf courses are a very short distance drive.
Our complex Hale Kamaole has two pools, an enclosed full-size tennis court, and two large BBQ areas, each having 4 large charcoal grills and two gas grills. There is an activity desk located at the covered pavilion for any excursion you would like to book. Free parking in front of the condo. No check-in or hidden fees!
