THINGS TO KNOW
This property is currently undergoing construction, with the project set to conclude in December 2023. Construction includes landscaping being removed and perimeter fencing installation. Noise, dust, and odors will be present throughout the property. Sounds from jackhammers, concrete saws, and other pieces of construction equipment will be audible. Vibrations may also be felt while work is ongoing. Guests will not have access to the underground garage during this project's duration and the pool may need to close occasionally.

Construction was going on and my parking spot was taken so I had to park in the next unit over. The furniture is a bit dated and uncomfortable but none of these were deal breakers. The view and location trumps anything negative.

This unit was clean, that's the only good thing I can say. It was HOT with no A/C, the furniture is horrible! All the dining chairs have broken rungs under the cushions, very unsafe! The king bed is very uncomfortable and made my back hurt. The living room furniture is ancient

We were a family of 4 here for one week and had a very comfortable stay. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable and it was nice having 2 bathrooms to use. Falling asleep every night to the sound of waves was so peaceful and every morning we had coffee on the balcony and watched seas turtles swim. Amazing! As a bonus there were boogie boards and snorkels for us to use which we didn’t expect as they are not listed in the description. I had anticipated having to rent those so that was a nice surprise. Beach chairs are available to rent at a few near by stores. Basic groceries are available at Whalers General Store which is within walking distance from the condo. We didn’t cook at the condo but it looked like all the basic supplies for cooking were in the cupboards. There was also laundry soap for us to use which was great, enough coffee for the first few days and a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts, delicious! We never used the condo during the day, we were out exploring the island, and it was quite warm in there when we returned every evening but we opened front balcony and both back doors which have screens as well, that combined with ceiling fans and floor fans drew in the cooler night ocean breeze. This condo is a little tired as some people mentioned in their reviews but the view from balcony is amazing! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

No A/C is in the description, but it would be helpful some nights. There is no beach or snorkeling at the unit. Otherwise, great place.

The location of this property is outstanding. Close to nice sand beaches and good food. The turtles came by and fed on the plants on the retaining walls. The unit it self was OK, clean and well stocked but a bit tired. The carpet has loads of stains but that was not a deal killer. The main issues we had was with the lack of AC and airflow. We found the best way to stay cool was to keep the front door open. not a big deal but has an impact on privacy. The other things to consider is the back bedroom is against the path from the elevator to the units.
the pool and grills were great! We used the very clean grills for a couple of meals and it worked out great. The parking is very tight so if you have a big car it will take patience to get in and out.
Last thing to consider is the ceiling fans were not easy to control which added to the hot evenings. Overall I gave it a five, but for someone looking for a posh experience this may not be the best bet for you. If you are looking for a great place to unwind and wake up to the sounds of the ocean in a central location give this unit a try.
