Prepare meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen with new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, dine indoors at the pub-height table for four, or enjoy meals in the open air on your covered, and furnished balcony. The sunlit living area boasts new furniture, fresh coastal decor, and a flatscreen, smart TV, with sliding Shoji screens that open the space to the main bedroom. An additional balcony can be found off the guest room - a great, quiet spot for reading or enjoying your morning coffee.

Nestled on Kahana along West Maui's coastline, this condo is less than a half-mile from the soft sands and warm waters of Pohaku Park. Soak up the sun, then head to Lahaina Front Street, eight miles south, for shops and art galleries. While you're there, be sure to stop and see the magnificent tree at Banyan Tree Park. Or head north just two miles from this property to stretch your legs on the Kapalua Coastal Trail. And when you need a break from the kitchen, this property is within walking distance of several great restaurants including the Maui Brewing Company, China Boat Restaurant, Dollie's Pub & Café, and Miso Phat Sushi.

This property is currently undergoing construction, with the project set to conclude in December 2023. Construction includes landscaping being removed and perimeter fencing installation. Noise, dust, and odors will be present throughout the property. Sounds from jackhammers, concrete saws, and other pieces of construction equipment will be audible. Vibrations may also be felt while work is ongoing. Guests will not have access to the underground garage during this project's duration and the pool may need to close occasionally.

The wi-fi never worked. I had to park in another resort with no advance notice. I called and left three messages and an email and no response. I choose this location because of underground parking. I had to go and look for forms to park in a different location. The parking in the other location was horrible and had to drive around to find a spot at night

The view off the lanai was amazing, watching whales every morning while eating breakfast! The building is old but the unit is somewhat updated. The beds were very comfortable and the lack of AC was not a problem with sliding doors open and fans going. There were some beach towels, folding chairs and one small beach umbrella for supplies. The pool area was never that busy and it was nice being away from the more populated areas. A couple things though; the garburator didn’t work and caused a leak under the sink. There was no response from the after hours call number. Fortunately my husband is knowledgeable in this area but we had to take time from our holiday to fix things and clean up as there was no response from any management. I think they got a deal with us fixing and improving the unit! Also with the windows open all the time, the street noise and noise from other units is quite loud. From the unit You can hear what anyone is saying whether they are at the pool or on their deck - hard to sleep in. All in all would recommend and it was a great holiday!

Clean comfortable unit. TV channels are terrible but you don't go to Hawaii to watch tv. Nice view of the ocean but some other units have a more direct view.

Condo was great really wish there was A/C I would definitely give 5/5 if there was. We cot there the elevator was broken, there was no communication on this and not the condo owners fault at all this was all on the Vacasa. We had to take all our luggage up to the 5th floor as well as the groceries, we definitely could have planned different if we knew this information in advance. The pool heat was not on do to the propane not filled the water was ice cold, yes we are in Hawaii and it’s the “winter” months there so windy and not as hot so a heated pool is a necessity in this time. The grills also didn’t work again there was absolutely no communication on any of this. We visit yearly so plan our grocery hill on grilling, we had purchased steak, hamburgers dinners around this and were unable to use it. We placed our rented boogie boards in our parking spot for a hour, they where stolen we had to them pay $249.00 each to the company. I only say this because there are no cameras and we have NEVER experienced so mauve headache in our stays We are usually very happy with this spot and extremely unhappy this stay.

Just hearing and seeing the waves from bed every morning is to say enough. We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. Check in was easy and the condo had everything we needed plus more! The beds were very comfy! We plan on coming again!

It’s very conveniently located by the beaches and stores. The beds were comfortable and we had ample supply of towels for our stay. We loved that you could just open the windows and there was a nice cool breeze that flowed through the condo. We will definitely be booking with this condo again for any future vacations in Maui.

This was a perfect location for our family of 6. (4 teenagers) We stayed 10 days and the condo had everything that we needed to prepare breakfast & some dinners while we were there. It was very clean. We used the beach chair & beach towels everyday as we went to all the beaches around the island. We rented snorkel equipment nearby. The only thing missing was air conditioning but with the sliding doors open there was a good breeze at night.

I would give it 3.5 stars, so I rounded up. Be aware there is no A/C in the place. We did not realize this before booking. We were able to keep it relatively cool with the windows open (we were there in April), but it was also noisy. Condo was nice and clean, but doors are beat up and sliding glass doors are hard to open and off the tracks. Good location.

The parking spot assigned to the unit is a narrow, so be sure to confirm the vehicle size. There are convenient amenities nearby. Overall, a nice condo.

This was an older unit which has been tastefully updated. It has all the amenities you would need and more! It is EXACTLY as described - no surprises. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Would recommend this condo for anyone visiting Maui and would like to be "off the beaten path", but close to activity if desired.

This condo is in the perfect location between Kapalua Bay and Lahaina. Easy access to markets and beaches. However, There are a few flaws in this condo. #1 there is no AC is condo (as advertise, there is only ocean breeze), if you come in the middle of summer with high humidity, it may not be the most comfortable place to stay. Suggestion: best to get 1-2 window AC to improve the experience for future guests. There are ceiling fans, however, one of the room ceiling fan had a weird ticking noise every second (it was a bit hard to sleep through the noise). Please fix for future guests. #2 This place comfortably can fit 4, even though there is an extra pull out bed in the living room, if you uses the bed in the living room, not much room left to walk around. The bed in the living room was a bit unstable.

Nice overall. Clean. Decent ocean view but not full oceanside. No real amenities on the property (no workout rook, no hot tub, etc.) apart from a nice little swimming pool.

Things we most enjoyed about this rental property: - Clean and very comfortable with plenty of room for two adults and two teenage boys - The view from the deck is outstanding! It is truly priceless! - Plenty of items for use: Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Coffee Maker, plenty of kitchen items needed for meals, well stocked with paper towels, Wine Glasses, plastic cups for the kids, bath & kitchen towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, tp, napkins, shampoo and bars of soap - Walking distance from plenty of good restaurants: Dollie's Pub & Café (good pizza) The Beach House Bar & Grill (great fish tacos) Maui Brewing Company (good fish & chips) McDonald's (the kids appreciated this) Hawaiian Village Coffee (great coffee drinks/pastries) Whalers General Store (snacks and drinks) - Location, Location, Location!!!!! Condo felt very private, very safe and not busy compared to Front Street/Westin/Whalers Village area. Traffic was not bad and easy to get around. A lot of nice families renting at this property. - Great pool! Well cared for and maintained. We would see someone taking care of it every single morning. - You will see a lot of large sea turtles right in front! We enjoyed watching them daily. - The sunsets from the deck are stunning! Do not miss it! - We did enjoy the small beach just left of the condo building. Our kids enjoyed snorkeling and playing in the water/sand. - You are very close (a short drive) to several other wonderful beaches! - Front Street area is just a short drive away! We enjoyed the shopping and there are plenty of restaurants in that area. Our family enjoyed Captain Jack's for lunch (fish and chips are amazing) and Hawaii Gelato for an afternoon treat (best Gelato on the island)! - We did a snorkel excursion with Hula Girl. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS! It is locally family owned. FABULOUS snorkeling at Honolua Bay and cheap drinks on board the catamaran! - We had groceries delivered from the local Safeway. We loved the view. Ocean view to start and end your day. Nice breeze thru the condo. We wished there were boogie boards to use during our stay. The location was near great beaches within 10 mins.

Posting was not accurate. We knew there would be daily construction on the street. We stayed down the street two months prior and knew there was a major city water project happening. However the construction directly below our unit was absolutely intolerable. We had to rearrange our plans on several days because of the noise. The listing describe it as light to moderate.. it was anything but. We complained to management who completely dismissed our complaints as they said the noise was disclosed in the listing. The apartment was overall clean. The sheets were very thin and pilled. Kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom with the queen bed lacks privacy. While very beautiful, there is only a sliding screen to separate the bedroom from the living room. Probably fine for families, but not a good option for couples. Also, the other units look into this one, so it does not feel very private. As listed, no AC. The breeze is nice, but It gets very warm.
