Welcome to Maui Sands #5F. Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean, beach, and outer islands from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and lanai. Top floor of a two story building, this condo is barely north of Ka'anapali, in Honokowai. We're as close to the ocean as you can get. An air conditioner in the living room cools the entire condo nicely. We are slowly updating while keeping the rent low. The living room features a 32" TV, and there's a wall mounted flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The bathroom has been remodeled with a new vanity, counter tops, and fixtures. Want to "sea yourself" here? Be sure to bring your walking shoes, the local farmers market and fish market are moments away. Enjoy your sunset dinners by the pool and BBQ area or dine on your spacious ocean front lanai. One parking stall is assigned to unit. Free local calls and Wi-Fi are included.

This unit resonates the Hawaiian spirit. The ocean lapping up against the shore right outside our deck, whales breaching across the water, and turtles feeding along the reef were just a few of the many magical moments we experienced while staying here. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could ever imagine using. The beds were super comfortable. Lots of books lined the shelves that we didn't take advantage of since we were always playing outside or watching the sunset from the deck. We loved our stay in Maui! It was wonderful to be right on the ocean's edge. We witnessed so many whales across the water, including a mama just having given birth to her calf. Amazing! ~ Ginger J.

MAUI SANDS and MAUI SANDS SEASIDE: Sea Wall repairs + shoreline closures
Additional Details from the Resident Manager and AOAO dated 1/6/19 and updated 3/19/19:
Seawall repair work will begin on the south side (building 5) - of the property (Oceanside).
We just received a notice that the seawall repair work will be starting on April 15, 2019. It is supposed to take about 8 months.
If all goes well, the contractor will be working Mondays through Fridays during the work day. Because the tides and weather are iffy, there will most likely be days that they are not working.
•Construction will start at the south end of building 5.
•Guests WILL have access to grills (Except Maui Seaside #717).
•There is a temporary observation deck which you will have access to, and stairs on the north side of building 4 which may require a bit of a walk around the construction staging area.
•There WILL be ocean access during working hours.
