Stayed over Thankgsgiving...in general, property very clean and well furnished, but kitchen especially was well stocked and furnished! Was anxious about cooking Thanksgiving meal for family, (who live on island, but lost home in August fire) but it was a breeze and everything I needed was present. Our family of 5 enjoyed a last-minute getaway to Maui. The host was quick to respond and accommodated our needs. Interior of property was very nice. Nice bedrooms and baths and great kitchen. The property did not include a grill or hot tub as indicated on the listing so if you want those as part of your holiday, they are not available.
The property was an easy walk down to the beach and the host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. It's a good location in West Maui.

We could not have been any happier during our stay in paradise at this villa! The pictures online are exactly what the property is like in person. It is a beautiful home with so many amenities! We truly enjoyed our time there.
The location is PERFECT for everything! The beach is a quick drive (and lots of parking available) from the villa, or you can walk it too.
The owners checked in with us a few times to make sure nothing needed to be attended to.
Our family was there with 3 teenagers (12-18) and grandma, there was something for everyone.
The beach chairs were an added bonus! They were greatly appreciated and used often!
We would absolutely stay there again when we visit Maui.
Being a homeowner who also lists on Vrbo, I expect a lot from fellow owners' properties, and this place did not disappoint!

This was our first time to Maui. We love to cook, and had everything we needed, including spices. Everything we needed for the beach, such as chairs, towels, snorkel stuff and life belts. The bathrooms were updated, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Airconditioning worked well. Very quiet neighbors. If sitting on the decks the highway can be noisy at times (more like sirens from fire department). Beautiful sunsets, and we had a double rainbow too. We loved the location. Close to several beaches, golf, sights, etc. We loved visiting the blowhole, and dragons teeth close by. We also played golf on the royal course (north) which we were on the 13th hole. If you want to hit balls, The royal course will rent you 3 clubs for $5, and a bucket of balls was 10. We loved monkeypod, especially happy hour food deals and Mai Tai is a must try! Also, visit the sea house for breakfast (Napili).
I love pickleball, and would recommend the Lahaina civic center (free). and open play starts about 7:15 am, over Napili Park (which seemed to have their own sets that played there). There is also the Kapalua Tennis Garden that has open play from 9-11 am for 20$. Open play is Tuesday and Saturday. No one played at the condo's tennis court that I saw, while staying. The pool looked crystal clear, but never swam in.
We also ate at Mama's fish house. Didnt have a reservation, but visited the beach around lunch time, oneish and they had room at a table in the bar.

We live “ across the street” . This is A great location with a short hop to my opinion best beach in Maui (car ) , north kaanapali . The short hop creates a good value in some of the best weather on the island( in my opinion😀👊

It was a fantastic trip. We were celebrating my brothers 60th and we flew in Thursday and the surprise party was that night. He lives in the masters walking distance. The place was clean well kept. Had everythIng we needed and can’t wait to come back in January/February for whale season.

Within the first 2 hours of our stay one of the upstairs showers leaked through the ceiling to the first story of our rental.
Admittedly, the 2nd day of our visit was when the terrible Lahaina fire started. We had to evacuate on our 4th day very early in the morning.
From the first day on and throughout our stay the majority of our communication with the VRBO management was through auto generated computer messages.
My heart does go out to the people of Lahaina.

My wife, my mother and I had to book at the last minute due to construction at another condo we had previously booked. I though we would be missing out on the view because it is further from the water.
But the view was spectacular, the area was quiet, and away from all the people down by the water, and we would definitely stay here again. Even the beds were comfortable - which is not usually the case!

Recently stayed at this property in July with my family. The property was clean, all appliance were working properly, and it was very comfortable. The view from the Lanai was amazing! Sits on a golf course with unobstructed views of the water and sunset. The property is less than a mile from Kaanapali beach, approx. 5 minutes by car. Great spot . Thank you very much for the amazing stay. Everything was easy, from checkin, to check out, parking etc. Everything we needed was right in the unit. A/C was on before our arrival which was great as we did not arrive until 11:00PM.
Kitchen has everything you need, view is spectacular, beds are comfortable, lots of space.
Very unfortunate events that have occured there the last few days but I hope you have made it through.

This unit was an excellent choice for my husband and I to stay with our daughter and son in law. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in a “home base” so we could explore. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and relaxing to both start and end the day. Check in and out was completely seamless. I didn’t see the pool, so I can’t comment on that. Definitely recommend!

This property greeted us with amazing views before even stepping inside the actual property. We walked in and it was exactly as described on the website. It was actually bigger than it looked in photos. We had one person use the pull-out sofa bed and said it was comfortable. The rest of our party had the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The kitchen had just about anything you could need. A huge hit was the closet of beach gear. 5 of us had great beach chairs and 1 would lay on a towel but we didn’t actually need it as not all 6 of us were in the chairs at the same time. Half of us were usually in the water.
Check in and check out was super easy and the host was very responsive if you needed her.
Bring your snorkel gear as the beach straight down the road has amazing reef and fish. You definitely don’t need to book an excursion to snorkel. The water was perfect.
We are already looking to possibly come back and stay here again next year. Aloha!

The Kaanapali Plantation was exactly as pictured and the property was private and quiet. The property management was super accommodating as well. We had a later flight and they allowed us to have a later check out time with no trouble at all! Definitely would come back and stay with them again and would recommend!

Each bedroom has a bathroom in it. Little dated but well worth the price. The A/C in the rooms have a little trouble keeping up in the day, but we were mostly out of the unit during those times. I would stay here again

Roomy and clean property. Three full beds, one queen and one king with 2.5 baths. 2 beautiful patios. Plenty of space for my family. Good location, close to beaches. Important to know, you have to drive to beaches. You can walk down a road without side walks and cross a 6 lane road, but we just drove. There is no grill/bbq, which was disappointing. The home is well equipped with wifi and tv. Master bedroom sheets kept coming off the bed, as previously stated in other reviews and should be replaced. The kitchen needs some equipment like a pizza cutter and a metal turner. Otherwise, a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

The property was terrific and the view put it over the top. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and nicely updated. My only complaint is that AC is listed as “central” but it’s only in the bedrooms upstairs meaning that wasn’t accurate. The downstairs has no air conditioning. With that said opening the doors so the breezes can blow through the unit make it very pleasant. In the heat of the afternoon it can get a little uncomfortable though because the sun sets toward the back porch. Other than that I highly recommend the property.
