We loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals on the lanai. Lovely furnishings and finishes, comfortable beds, great pillows and towels. Beach chairs, coolers, are all provided. We had a Kona Storm come through with lots of rain, but our accommodations allowed us to make the most of it with the views out to sea. The list of things we loved about this stay goes on and on. The pool, the location, the view, the view, the view. Great communication from the owner with prompt responses and helpful information about the area and things to do all over the island. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Alihi Lani 5 with another couple for 5 days. This beautiful oceanfront condo had a wonderful ocean view and location. We took many morning walks along the water and it was very convenient to everything. We all enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee, evening dinners, and sunsets. The condo was extremely well appointed with anything you would need. It was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of room to spare. We would definitely recommend and return to this fantastic condo!

The views of the property were amazing. Alihi Lani 2 was well stocked with any essentials you need for your stay. The boogie boards, sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes and umbrella in the cabinet were a nice surprise. The AC in the unit was also a nice touch. We enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise on the balcony and seeing the sea turtles in the ocean right in front of the condo. The condo is also located walking distance to markets and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Kauai.

We could see turtles from there and we just loved watching the water and the spectacular sunsets. The location was great. We enjoyed walking down to the beach at the Sheraton. I've been in the travel business for 40 years and I have traveled the world. This is one of the best properties I've staying in with an amazing view of the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and views of the turtles each day from our lanai. The interior of the condo is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. They have everything you need. A lot of privacy including on many days a private pool just a few steps from our condo. The reserved parking space is a plus, easy to bring things in and out without climbing stairs. Close walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. We will absolutely return to this location and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Kauai. The management company was very quick to respond and easy to deal with. We have been coming to Hawaii for 30 years and have stayed in many properties, my family agreed this was the best one yet.

If you’re looking for oceanside serenity and comfort, look no further than the all access Alihi Lani. The Host communications, cleanliness, location, pool, and sunsets were spectacular. Our young cubs were entertained around the grounds for the entire stay, enjoying short daily walks to the beach and late afternoons poolside right next to our private Lanai. Speaking of the Lanai…one of the most memorable places to enjoy our morning coffee, sunset libations and meals.
We look forward to returning many times to enjoy the properties outstanding allure.

This unit was wonderful! Spectacular views! Super clean, beautiful decor, very well stocked. There was a shelf that had bug spray, sunblock, and toothpaste as well! Showers had shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap. There were plenty of bed linens, pillows, and towels! It really felt like home.
The only reason I knocked down to 4 stars was a more personal preference....making these small changes would make this unit go from Amazing to PERFECT: adding the smaller beach chairs (there were two large camping chairs that we felt were too big for beach lounging so we didn't use them), adding a wagon to supplies closet would be super helpful for the renters! And maybe a more private door to the main bedroom would be nice.
Overall, we would definitely want to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay - will definitely be back on future visits to Kauai. The most beautiful sunsets and view in general. We loved watching the turtles every morning while eating breakfast on the patio. Unit is well stocked with all the things you will need. Property managers were easy to get a hold of and helpful. The pool and area around the pool was our absolute favorite - a blast for our kids and nice for us to drink up the view with an ice cold drink in our hands. Really great location - close to restaurants/shopping/great beaches - yet just far enough away from the big resorts so you don’t feel like you are in a crowd.

This condo was perfect for the five of us. The ocean view was excellent, with the best sunsets and views of turtles—plenty of shops near by and a short walk to the Sheraton and the beach. I loved the pool, and most days had it to ourselves.
The locals like to sit on the sea wall and watch the sunset, but all left by the time it was dark. We would definitely come again and stay here.

Had a great time watching turtles from the lanai each morning. We even saw a pod of dolphins one morning.
It’s a leisurely walk (less than a mile) to a couple of shopping centers and beaches.
The unit had a good amount of beach gear to use. The beds and the living room furniture were comfortable. Some pads on the outside chairs would be nice but that’s a small thing.

There are certainly cheaper accommodations in Kauai, but if you are within this price range and don’t have a huge group, Alihi Lani is a rare find. Uninterrupted views of the ocean and sunset with sea turtles easily visible in the waves. Walking distance to Sheraton Beach, Several Restaurants, and a very short drive to Poipu Beach Park. A small but stellar pool and Lanai. The unit could use some better kitchen and bbq equipment, and the porch furniture is falling apart. But otherwise everything is clean and easy to access.

This was our first visit to Kauai and everything was perfect! Communication with the owner was fantastic from the start - thorough and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults. The view from the lanai took our breath away! We loved sitting out on the lanai listening to the waves crash on the rocks & searching for swimming sea turtles. The condo was immaculate and so well stocked. Cynthia has thought of everything and is so organized. I wish my own home was this well equipped. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Kauai was at our fingertips. The pool was lovely. We really enjoyed being in such a small complex. It really felt like home - quiet and private. Yes this property is a bit more costly than others, however our group of boomers and millennials all agreed that it was worth it. From the fabulous oceanfront location where we sat on lounge chairs watching the dolphins and sea turtles, to having a swim in the sparkling clean pool, barbecuing on the grill, and just relaxing on the lanai, this home has it all. The well stocked beach toy closet is also a big plus. We highly recommend this rental property and would go again. There was a hitch in communication with the property management company but in the end it was resolved.

We absolutely loved our stay. The minute we walked in we were wowed by the view, but also just how nicely put together the place was. The kitchen was beautiful, and every tool you might need was there. The place was bright with perfect beachy decor. No need at all for air conditioning with all the ceilings fans and thoughtfully placed floor fan too! The bed and pillows were brilliant, we had great sleeps with the ocean waves right outside the window. Cynthia is so well organized. We really appreciated how easy to find any info we needed in the guide book she has put together. Also it was so great having the closet full of beach chairs and cooler bags and boogie boards! If we are ever lucky enough to come back we would not hesitate to stay here!
Also watching the turtles brought us so much happiness!!!

We had a wonderful time at Alihi Lani. We took advantage of the close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our time in awe of the view, and could easily spot dolphins and Honu right from the lanai. Unit 6 does not have central A/C but that was not a big deal. Most of the nights the trade winds kept the unit perfectly comfortable, and the one night it was needed the wall A/C units worked great. The property managers were easy to communicate with, and allowed us to feel right at home! We will definitely return next year!

This is the second time we have stayed. It is a great location. Has great views and close to many restaurants. We walked 5 miles everyday just around the condo. Walked to the blow hole, Walked to stores, walked to restaurants. Even though rented a car we didn’t need to use it much. The condo is well stocked and has surf boards, rafts etc.

This building has the best location looking right at a cove full of turtles, and in our case this trip whales, as well as having only six units giving a very quiet, private feel. It’s walking distance to just about anything you might want and is fully stocked with all the beach things you might need. Cynthia was fantastic and the property is well maintained and very clean. We had such a great time here! The property is immaculate and the condo itself we found to be the same! There is absolutely everything you could possibly need!! From the kitchen to extras like lotions, sunscreens, first aid kits and of course all you need for the beach! Which got alot of use! But our favorite part was the view! Everyday straight out from the condo we saw sea turtles and a couple times whales and dolphins and then there's the sunsets! Beautiful! We will definitely try to come back! Thank you Cynthia!

We had a wonderful stay a the Alihi Lani 3. Our two kids, 5 and 7, loved the pool! The view is 100% as pictured. You get the best seat in the house for the gorgeous Kauai sunsets. Condo was clean and had every amenity needed. We will be back!

The location was fabulous.
The TV situation was sub-optimal
The TV's did not have the same remotes for each of them.One of the remotes was mangled. There were no complete instructions for the TV's. We had to get a service man to help with using TV's.
The bed in the secondary bedroom was made by having 2 twin mattresses. The height difference between the two mattresses was 1 1/2-2".
These are all things which were tolerable, but should have been corrected before anyone stayed.

Alihi Lani 2 is an amazing location with nice amenities. Beautiful ocean view from the back porch, and a short walk to the beach. The pool was lovely, and we enjoyed many sunsets from the backyard area. The hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. Over all a great stay and fairly priced.
