Having a view of the ocean from the balcony was lovely! Pool was clean and not overly busy, and there were plenty of chairs by the little beach to enjoy some time by the water. BBQs were easy to use and efficient.The suite was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Although I remember reading somewhere that the bathroom has everything and "just bring your toothbrush" - if you read that, beware, there's no toothpaste or floss lol! They do have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels (shower and beach), lotion, and sunscreen. I couldn't find a first aid kit though, which I went looking for when my son had a sea urchin injury. We ended up going to the grocery store for tweezers. Communication with the host was excellent - quick responses, friendly, and easy directions to follow. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to recommend it to others. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Audrey’s place was wonderful. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but far enough away from the tourist spots to enjoy the serene sounds of coqui frogs and crashing waves. It is nicely decorated, comfy, and super well-appointed. Everything we needed/wanted was easy to find including picnic and grilling supplies to enjoy the amazing sunsets at the waters edge. We will definitely return the next time we are in Kona!! One thing to note, the unit is not a 2BR as listed on VRBO. It is just a one bedroom with a queen size sofa bed that is comfortable and easy to set up.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this condo. The unit was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also really appreciated the beach supplies—it made our outings so easy and enjoyable.The bed was very comfortable, and the complex itself was quiet and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful area near the water where we could have our morning coffee, relax and enjoy a good book, and watch the sunset in the evenings. The saltwater pool was another highlight.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host provided such clear instructions that we didn’t need to reach out at all. Overall, a fantastic stay—we would happily return!

Excellent location with an incredible view. Great communication and easy check in instructions. You get an assigned parking space which is so nice because you don't have to search for an open spot. The manager was very helpful and showed us around when we arrived. Fantastic beach area overlooking the waves to relax. Also 2 pools to choose from. We enjoyed bbqing every night and watching the waves. 100% will be back here. Highly recommend this condo.

The suite is dated. AC only in bedroom. Description is misleading. Great view. Great location. Just really, really, really expensive. Also, I know how much Americans hate Canadians, so I didn’t feel safe on several occasions. Will probably never go back to Hawaii or America for that matter.

The kitchen needed more than 2 small towels so we just went to Goodwill and bought a couple, no big deal. The stack washer and dryer has seen its better days. The handle on the dryer was broke off when we arrived but we worked with it. The washer does not want to stop when it is in the spin mode. The bed needs to be replaced for sure, other wise it was very nice. Jeff

Wow!! We came to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and having this condo as our home away from home was so lovely. Our 5 (almost 6) year old couldn’t get enough of the pool and trying to catch geckos. It’s definitely a place with retirees in abundance, which is not an issue but we kind of wish there were more kids for ours to play with. Luckily, he’s quite amiable and quickly made fast friends with a wonderful couple in their late 60’s who gave us all of the inside tips. Our kid absolutely loved having his own tv in his “room” (the living room, on the sleeper sofa). He will be bragging to his fellow kindergarteners for a while about that!The host was so incredibly kind, communicative and helpful, we highly recommend staying here. While, for us, it was slightly too far, with only adults or older kids, it’s easily walkable to downtown or nearby beaches.

The condo was very clean, very nice decor, and quiet. The ceiling fans kept the unit cool and the AC in the bedroom worked well, too. We liked having a corner unit to enjoy the ocean and the landscaping. It was fantastic to be right on the ocean to hear and watch the waves. Beautiful view! We will definitely return. One thing is that they called the complex Holualoa Village. But it is really Kona Riviera Villas.

The view from the lanai was incredible. I enjoyed the pool, the grounds were immaculate, and the parking spot was perfect. The place was very nice, and everything was in great condition. Had a cooler, snorkeling equip, beach towels, and a boogie board for use. Good location, too far for us to walk to town. However, the Alii Marketplace was within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great updated property with a view of the ocean. The condo has everything we needed minus a beach umbrella. We purchased one and left it for future guests. The property is clean, quiet and comfortable. We would book this property again. The bed was comfortable, condo was clean and it was close to other amenities. The seating area in front of the ocean was great. Great place to watch the sunset each evening.

This was an amazing place. Patio was facing the ocean. I spent a lot of time on this patio relaxing and reading. Sunsets were amazing. Place was very clean and had beach gear that we could use. It was an easy drive to the downtown area. We would consider this place again if we were to come back to this area.

We loved our stay at Kona Isle A3. The unit is very cute, very clean, and nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. The complex is quite nice with a lovely beachfront with lots of chairs, picnic tables, and umbrellas. Lovely place to watch the sunsets!

This condo has everything you will need for your stay. Seriously! The hosts have thought of it all. Access to a freshwater pool is a great feature and the ocean view from the lounge chairs is absolutely incredible. We used the beach chairs, cooler and sun umbrella almost every day. Highly recommend this place.

Nice spacious condo with tasteful island decor. Full kitchen with washer and dryer (very handy). Clean, no island critters were seen inside. Comfortable bed and linens. Great shower and drainage. Breakfast on the lanai watching the waves break on the shore was great. Better ocean view than what is depicted in the pictures. Free designated parking space included with condo rental. Public saltwater pool next to the building. Quiet area. Short drive to Kona or take the tram that stops nearby. Conveniently located between each end of the island.

The condo itself has the best location! It’s near multiple farmer’s markets, grocery stores, and the super cute waterfront. It’s relatively updated and was fairly clean. We weren’t supplied with a fitted sheet for the pullout sofa bed, but the rental company had one to us within 24 hours. The kitchen is very nicely stocked and there were enough sundries to last for our five day stay. Definitely recommend!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and super clean! The ocean front view was amazing & peaceful. The sunset every night was breathtaking. We saw whales & spinner dolphins from the lenai! The Kitchen has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. Unit has a washer and dryer that was very nice to have. The shower was great, has a rain shower and hand held shower head as well. Does have a hair dryer so you don't need to bring one. The location is great, its close to restaurants & shopping by car. There is a private pool & beach & right next door is a public salt water pool that is fed by the ocean & incredible waves that is never very crowded. The Owners were very responsive if & when needed. We highly recommend this property! We will be staying here again when we come back to Hawaii! *We stayed here in January. The weather was in the high 70's-82*

Condo unit was very nice and clean. View for a ground unit was very nice. Unit was easy to get in and out of as a ground unit. Owner was very responsive with helpful information. Location is OK as no restaurants (after 4PM) are within walking distance and parking toward downtown where restaurants are located is terrible. But access to roads and highways to places we wanted to go was very good. Property Manager was friendly and helpful.
