This COMPLETELY remodeled & refurnished (April 2022) 1-bedroom, OCEANFRONT ground-floor condo has a king bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room - great for those who wish to sleep separately OR bring up to 2 extra persons. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

Bask in the STUNNING ocean & beach VIEWS from the condo & lanai. Step out the slider doors onto the manicured lawn & walk a few steps to the sand & surf. The pristine all-white new KITCHEN is stocked with all the essentials you need to enjoy home-cooked meals on the days you stay at home base. The BBQs are mere steps away if you prefer grilling your meals. We'll supply hand soap, dishwasher pods, can liners, new sponge & a roll of paper towels tp start with. You'll refresh as needed.

Whisper-quiet 2-Zone Mitsubishi A/Cs will keep you COOL & comfortable while you relax & sleep. Ceiling fans throughout will keep the air fresh & cool when you prefer to have the windows & slider open. You'll love hearing the waves crashing in the background when you spend time indoors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful stay for us! Beautiful condo beach front it was an amazing view! Very clean property and well maintained pool on site was very clean. Management on site Connie was so very helpful to us and answered ALL of our questions and they are on site most of the day even give you their personal phone numbers if there is an emergency after hours so that was a great feeling to have someone always there to help! Our most fun moment would have to be the Calypso snorkel tour it was amazing and if you go you have to do it! Lava Rock was our favorite restaurant we ate there 3 times and it's only 10 mins away from the condo- best food and atmosphere ever! I highly recommend this condo recently updated and very clean!

It was an easy drive to visit additional island attractions. The oceanfront unit was clean and well-appointed. The management company does an excellent job of maintaining the property and communicating with customers. We will return for another vacation in the future!!

Reviewer Comments: This was our firt time back to Kihei Sands since the pandemic kept us away. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about our stay this year. The unit is absolutely beautiful with all new furniture, flooring, painting, you name it. When we opened the door to the unit, it was so impressive we thought we were in the wrong unit! We have been coming to Kihei Sands now for nearly 40 years and will be coming back again and again as long as we can. Connie, Patrick, Lisa and all the team there are outstanding. The only issue we had was with the new Roku TV and no instructions. Thanks to the owners and everyone on site for all you continue to do to make sure our stays are perfect.

Loved the big lanai, and was perfect for my 89 year old mom who needed first floor access. The unit was nice, although a bit understocked. We’ve stayed in other units that had more amenities, like coffee filters, towel clips, etc. Minor things, tbh, but providing coffee and a coffee maker with no filters was frustrating. Fortunately had the lovely coffee on the patio every morning. We love Kihei Sands and will always stay here when traveling to Maui. This was a lovely unit and can’t be beat for beach, patio and pool access.

Our unit was just right, the complex is low-key and quiet and the staff worked very hard to keep us and everyone else happy. Would def stay there again. The location is easy access to all area of the island and the staff is happy to offer recommendations for wherever you are headed.

Pat and Connie the property managers were great. The beach/ocean just feet away for long walks in either direction was spectacular. Water is clean and warm. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit had just been renovated from recent hurricane damage so it was in pristine condition. The grounds were clean and tidy, staff was kind and attentive. There was a stash of sunblock and beach gear (boogie boards, snorkels, fins, etc) so we didn't have to rent anything.We were fortunate to have a ground floor suite that opened up directly to the beachfront. We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying a beverage and just taking in the bay.Truly a wonderful experience here.
