The view from this property is priceless! We really enjoyed our stay. All the other guests were very nice and friendly. Great location as it's close to Kihei and Wailea. Easy walk to many places to eat and shop. Highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at Surfside, and I just can't imagine why I'd stay anywhere else. The location is perfect: quick drive to Wailea and Kihei, beach access, great snorkeling, lovely pool, I could go on... The condo was perfect for two of us and has a beautiful view. Lukas was wonderfully communicative and attentive. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! We'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed waking every morning to the views of the ocean and walking the beach near us. Such a gloriously long beach nearby and the snorkeling was also good there. Saw turtles, colorful fish and an eel. We also used the beach chairs provided to visit Makena Landing beach. The room was mostly clean, but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. These condos are older, and renovations were in process to add AC. Thankfully there was only one night where AC would have been needed and most other times the trade winds cooled us down. The property has a small and adequate pool and large lawn area to watch the sunset each night. We were also close to Wailea, and you definitely need a car to see the island properly. Overall, we had a terrific stay.

The condo is very clean and provides everything that is needed and represented. Communication was great, we didn’t need anything, but Lukas checked in with us after our scheduled arrival and before departure. The location was great and provided quick access to both Kihei and Wailea. The grounds were very clean and super quiet. A few more bathroom towels would be nice, like a hand towel and face cloth, but everything was great!

5 Stars! We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Everything from the communication, parking, check in and check out were clear and easy to understand. We enjoyed the pool, paths and nearby beaches. Also, we loved having sidewalks from the main entrance to walk to downtown Kihei for water sports and restaurants.
Extremely serene and peaceful property great for watching the sunset on the lawn. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we did.

My wife and I had a great time staying here. Great views and a very clean condo. Does get pretty toasty though. Would be more enjoyable with AC. Luckily it got pretty windy in the afternoon so we were able to get a good amount of breeze flowing through. Great location with a short walk to a beautiful beach!

You almost don’t want to leave the condo. In fact, sometimes we didn’t. We ordered doordash or went and picked up food to eat on the balcony because you really won’t get this view many places.
The unit is very well stocked with everything you need for a beach day. The owner/property manager is extremely responsive.
The unit does not have a/c. If you can’t tolerate being warm at times or not fully escaping the heat it may be unpleasant. Every afternoon the wind comes through and really cools everything down. We live in an area with extreme heat and humidity so it didn’t bother us.
We would definitely come back! Thanks for a memorable stay.

Our stay at your property was totally amazing. The sunsets from the balcony alone was worth the visit. Great location in Maui and fairly central to most of our touring. The unit was very well equipped with all cooking utensils and kitchen accessories. Unit was very nicely furnished.
Would recommend this rental and hope to come again.

Unit was very clean with all amenities provided. Updated appliances, beach accessories, beautiful view and nice pool area with grills. Smaller than some of the other units because of its proximity to the elevator so really only accommodates two comfortably. Rental agent very nice and easy to work with.

My girlfriend and I had a terrific time at Kihei Surfside. Everything was just lovely: the condo, the grounds, the proximity to the beach. It was great to buy groceries and cook for ourselves when we wanted. And the condo itself was super clean, with a rainhead in the shower, comfy bed, and brand new appliances in the kitchen. The sliding doors opened wide to let in the breeze (which was actually a wind in the afternoon, but it kept the place comfortable), and the view was just breathtaking. And Todd was great to interact with! We would totally stay here again.

There are a number of neat amenities included with the property (large grassy area, BBQ & picnic tables, and very close access to Keawakapu Beach). The condo is small but fine for two people. It's a bit expensive too, but probably much cheaper than the nearby Wailea resorts. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

Extremely easy booking, checking in and out, Todd and Kathy made this entire experience seamless. This condo made our honeymoon in Maui absolutely perfect. The location was central for all of our pre booked activities. Some of the best snorkeling we found was only just a short walk from the condo!

Unfortunately we cannot give a good review for this property. We ended up staying only one night and had to pay for lodging elsewhere for the remainder of our stay (7 nights).
This unit has no air conditioning, and in Kihei, Maui, this is a MUST! I tried to contact the property manager and had no response until the end of our stay. He told me the listing stated no air conditioning, but I did not see that.
Also, there is definitely not adequate parking for all the units in this complex.
Sadly, I would not recommend this unit .

This unit was newly renovated, and much work is going into the building as well -- including airconditioning. Even with out AC, the windows to the lanai combined with ceiling fans provide a lot of ventilation, and we were very comfortable.
It was perfect for 2, it might be a little tight for more, but the location makes staying indoors the last choice! The large lawn, and the gathering for the sunset was very nice. It is also just a few steps from a beach, and from a jetty where we saw turtles. In fact, we did take a Molokini boat tour, and were surprised that the first stop was right in front of the condo to view green turtles!
While it isn't really within walking distance to the restaurants we tried, it is only a short drive, (albeit with traffic at times) the many restaurants in Kihei. The hosts recommendation to stop at Costco on the way from the airport was spot on. We were able to pick up beverages and snacks, as well as a few dinners. We didn't use the communal BBQ grills - but they looked very nice and were cleaned every morning.
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. We were happy that it was a little out of town, as it was much quieter than what we saw around the island.
All in all, a great stay!
