We love staying at Kam Sands 9-307. The condo is in good shape and well cared for. The location is so close to the beaches and lovely walks - either up to Wailea or through Kihei. The kitchen is equipped to cook and a BBQ is close. The management is extremely attentive should anything go awry. We look forward to going back.....

We loved our stay here. It was so peaceful watching sunrise and sunset from the lanai. We could walk to restaurants. We are artists with a strong visual sense and picked this place because the furnishings looked so nice in the photos - even better in person! Great kitchen for people who like to cook. A couple of things need attending to: we got locked out on the lanai because we closed the glass door so as not to waste the air conditioning and had to call the office to have someone rescue us. And the shutters on the front door do not work very well. We love the shutters because with the ceiling fans, the place stays cool just with the trade winds. A lovely stay!

The unit was exactly as described and the photos. It was extremely clean and spacious and had every amenity you needed for a short or long term stay. The patio was very spacious as well. The furniture was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms each with showers was a bonus. The pool area was clean and provided a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

I absolutely loved my stay and experience here. It was perfect for me and my partner. There were so many amenities that we found to be beneficial. There were fully stocked kitchen, laundry, very comfortable and spacious king bed, beach equipment, and much more. I would 1000% stay here again. It’s a five minute walk to a very beautiful beach. The beach was not busy and we had turtle swimming right by us. The property management company was very flexible with letting us check in early and the place was spotless. Definitely stay here if you can!

Took my son for his 21st birthday so having the Murphy bed and additional bathroom were necessities for us. This was a wonderful location within walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Unit was clean and updated and super easy to find and access. Would definitely stay here again!

This place far exceeded our expectations! The host provided us with clear and concise instructions ahead of time that prepared us for our arrival. Getting there and checking in was a breeze and we were given everything we needed from our designated parking slot, gate code access to fitness center/pool, wifi password, etc.) The condo is located in a beautiful resort that offers activities like hula dancing and whale talks on certain days, which all info is given during check-in. Upon arriving at our condo, the place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fully stocked and furnished with everything we possibly needed during our stay (laundry detergent, beach towels, and beach chairs just to name a few). We were also pleasantly surprised to find a second full bathroom, which my husband and I were able to enjoy two separate bathrooms (always a plus!). There is also a lovely, private, and very spacious lanai, which we spent a lot of time lounging in, that overlooked a view of the beach on your right. We also took advantage of the amenities the resort had to offer such as the fitness center and pool. This resort is located in Kihei, which is about 25 minutes from Kahului airport, 10 minutes from Wailea, 40 minutes from Lahaina and Kaanaapali, and 60 minutes from Haleakala Summit. Driving around everywhere in Maui did not seem long though since there are scenic views all around and we loved taking them in. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Maui!

We love this property and the management group. It's super clean, it's up to date and all items are well kept. We even requested a few extra kitchen items from the property management group (to make it even we loved the kitchen so much we cooked in more!) and the next day all items were delivered! We highly recommend this condo for it's location, cleanliness and modern appeal.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed. I cooked quite a bit and all the cookware was a solid brand. We loved how open, airy and beautifully decorated the condo is. The master bedroom and bath are gorgeous! My daughter slept on the pull-out credenza and said it was very comfortable…much more so than your typical couch bed. The lanai was especially nice and very roomy. I’ve stayed in a few other places and the lanai’s tend to be very small. The sectional outside was a wonderful touch and we utilized it every evening. Our family rented condos in the same building so it was easy for us to all get together. We barbecued at the nearby grills which easily sat all 20 of us. The beach across the street is an easy walk to swim, snorkel or to watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying in a condo while on Maui. We usually stay at the Andaz in Wailea when we visit but wanted to try something with a bit more living space now that we have a 4 year old. It was great! The location was perfectly situated in between fancy Wailea and the cute beachy town of Kihei. Loved having both options to explore. We also loved the lanai where you could see the ocean and that the beach was an easy 5 minute walk away. The unit comes with everything you would need to get to the beach (chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, etc.). The unit was very clean and also well appointed. This rental worked great for our family of 3 and we will be back for future stays!

We traveled from Colorado and had the most wonderful stay. Kamaole Sands is in the perfect location. It has a great pool for an evening swim for the kids and an adult only hot tub. The room was spacious and gave our family of 4 the room we needed. We also had a hiccup with the WIFI and they came to fix it right away. We will be returning!

We stayed 4 days at this newly renovated condo and we loved it!!! The furnishings are new and very tastefully put together. Loved all the thought the owners put in the condo to make it comfortable. King bed was very comfortable and the Lanai was wonderful. Even had Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella, towels and s cooler to use at the beach. Would absolutely stay again if lucky enough to get back to Maui. Very close to Wailea's shops and restaurants. Very nice quiet complex. Great appliances in the condo
