Fantastic condo in walking distance to beaches and restaurants in the heart if Kihei. The unit was clean and was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed including some beach chairs. The two bathrooms were clean and recently remodeled. This is a great condo for your next trip to Maui.

We loved our stay at Kamaole Sands 6-106. My husband and I both agreed that the location of the condo was the best in the whole complex! We loved being on ground level and having a lanai we could walk right out onto the grass. It was quiet, but we were close enough to the pool/hot tub area to make it really convenient. The condo itself was decorated really well. It felt thoughtful and well taken care of. Everything was comfortable and clean and stocked well. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again and again and again! Rentals Maui was also amazing to work with!

We had plenty of fresh towels, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We also made use of the in unit laundry.
Two minor issues we had were the shower didn’t drain well in the master bath and the fan needs to be cleaned!
Overall we would strongly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again.

The rental was great. perfect condition, just lovely, he grounds are awesome and have a great pool area and gym and outdoor community gas grills to use. close walk to the beach for sunset viewing and walkable distance to South Kehi road which offers lots of dining and shopping options. Now I happened to be there during the Lahaina and Kehi fires. the owner was reachable even in the middle of the night for emergencies and very kind in answering my questions about evacuations. This was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and all of the updates they made went a long way. We got a little jumbled up with knowing where to check-in and how to get our parking spot assigned. But that was user error. We loved that you could watch right to the beach from the place. Highly recommend.

Kamaole Sands is a wonderful location, and highly recommended to anyone planning on staying in Kihei. The grounds are lovely, and it's a very short walk to Kamaole Beach III, which is fantastic for swimming, body surfing, having a picnic, watching the sunset, etc. It's also less than 30 minutes from the airport. However not every unit is the same. This place is absolutely spectacular. I had previously stayed in another unit, but it was on an upper floor. It got frustrating waiting for elevators. This unit is a ground floor unit, which made it easy to access the pool, walk down to the beach, and so forth.
No waiting for elevators. Inside the unit is beautiful. The kitchen will make many have kitchen envy (I do). The bathrooms are nicely remodeled, and the bed is even comfortable. The unit has a washer/dryer which comes in handy, especially if you're planning on packing light. Technology wise, there are two smart TV's. One in the living room, and in the bedroom. Wifi is spotty to non-existent in the (front) bedroom, which my only negative, but the bedroom TV is able to stream Netflix, etc. Either way, I highly recommend this location. I had to reach the property management company, to ask them questions about things. They were very quick to respond, and made anything I needed, very easy.

The condo seems to be very recently refurbished, it is very modern but cosy with all amenities we needed. The only negative thing is, that the condo block is pretty large and this leads to some noise from other occupants, but the location at Kam 3 ist really nice.

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was clean, modern, and equipped with everything to make our visit great! We were able to easily walk to the beach and the condo included chairs, coolers, beach towels, everything we needed for a fun day. A short drive away are Kihei Cafe and Paia Fish Market...2 of our fav restaurants, as well as breakfast spots, rental places, etc. This is a terrific value for the money and my daughter said the pull out sofa was very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We enjoyed our coffee on the ground floor lanai everything day and the pool is adjacent to the back door. We took our daughter swimming every evening. The property is across the street from some lovely beaches. There is a closet full of beach gear, so we only just rented snorkels. Lots of food, stores and shave ice nearby. My only critical feedback is that 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied per bathroom was not quite enough. Providing a basic necessity should not be so limited.

My wife and I were celebrating our 30 anniversary. Maui is where she wanted to go. Condo was awesome, the remodel is amazing. Bed was very comfortable, refrigerator has an wonderful ice maker. Great access to the swimming pool. The grounds for the community are very nice well kept. There is a beach and a park right across the street for the complex. perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Overall great experience! The instructions were easy and clear to get into the condo. The place was clean and beautifully done. We really enjoyed being right across the street from the beach while also enjoying the pool onsite. It was great to have a parking spot included! I wish the place was stocked a bit more with essentials like shampoo and conditioner or kitchen items like foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags etc, but we went to the nearest abc store and bought some things. Again, overall the place was great and we would stay here again.

We loved this condo! Close to the pool and the renovations were excellent. We were surprised at how quite the rooms were. You could not hear noises from above or from the side units. We also liked the close proximity to beaches. It was also nice that the unit had beach chairs, umbrellas and small coolers that we were able to use when we went to the beach!

This suite is stunning - one of the most modern suites I’ve come across in Maui. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need!! Coolers, chairs, boogie boards tucked away in closet outside (took us a while to figure this out, but once we did we’re very pleased). Has amazing air conditioning compared to previous units I’ve stayed in and loved being ground level and able to easily walk to the pool or to the beach for sunset. Although you still get a stunning view of the sunset right from the patio! Would 100% recommend and will stay here again!

It’s located in a great ground floor spot with a nicely private lanais and very close to the pool. Great location with a fresh remodel. Was the perfect little getaway for the two of us. Ground floor next to the pool which we never checked out because the beach is across the street! A spacious stocked kitchen made cooking all of our own meals a breeze. Two full baths with laundry was a plus. Very nice comfortable stay!
