Unit is as advertised. A really nice place and very comfortable. Views are incredible. Very close to all that Maui has to offer. Beautiful beach is out the front door. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay was beautiful. The room is exactly like it shows with a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. Jeremiah was amazing and so helpful when I called to ask a few questions about the property before our trip. We were able to snorkel right outside our room and seen some amazing sea life in the reef. A few turtles decided to swim by also. Would definitely recommend.

The Mana Kai is our favorite stay on Maui! We love the balcony views of the ocean and beach! Sleeping is the best with the Master bed right by the balcony! Our unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a very home like stay! We will be back!

The rental had everything we needed for a very relaxing Hawaii getaway. Everything you could ask for was steps away- beautiful beach, warm pool, gear rental shop, general store. The rental isn't huge, but it is well equipped (especially appreciated the beach towels and chairs!) and the view from the balcony was worth every penny.

Condo was clean and so conveniently located. Although we had to take out trash ourselves and vacuum, we had all the tools to do so. There are separate towels for the beach and loved the beach chairs that were available for our use. The only con I noticed was that the pull out couch didn’t have a full sheet set. There was a fitted sheet, pillow cases, and blankets, but no flat sheet.

The rental was amazing and the resort was beautiful and right on the beach. We really liked that there was great snorkeling and swimming right outside the hotel and the deli was great as well. It was the best vacation we have ever had, we will definitely be back!

July, 2022- 9 days..The vacation started off very rough and frustrating due to the hammering and very loud unbearable jack hammering. We could not enjoy the condo inside for several days due to noise. After this then hammering.. This wasn't something that we wanted to experience on our vacation. However, the manager of CBIP did offer discount but take note to make sure what type of construction is going and where. This was directly above us and the entire condo was shaking from the noise.The management could not move us due to the availability. The view is beautiful as we have stayed at Mana Kai many times but never experienced this type of noise any place we have vacationed in past and we travel all over the world.

Mana Kai #307 was the perfect place to stay. It is located on a beautiful beach with breathtaking views of the ocean and incredible sunsets. Our unit was immaculately clean and prefectly furnished. Mana kai has many amenities like a pool, a convenient storr, and a fantastic beachside restaurant. Overall it is an amazing place for a fantastuc trup to paradise and we are hoping to return soon.
