We were thrilled that our condo was ready for us earlier than expected. The condo was spotless. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean along with the beautiful landscaping and pool area. We were conveniently located right by the pool and gym area which was another plus. You can’t beat the location being walking distance to the Kamaole beaches which all have lifeguards. We also were able to walk to great restaurants down the street as well. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled and had all the items you would want. My only critique is that the beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have hoped but most beds aren’t like your own. All in all, I am SO happy we chose this condo and highly recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed the house, which has many helpful kitchen and beach amenities. The unit gets hot when the weather is hot, especially the upstairs open loft which doesn't have AC. Although the left has a fan at the window to push hot air out, it is loud and its effectiveness seems limited.

We love the Kamaole Sands property and this unit was well cared for. The amenities of the location and being across the street from daily sea turtles is a highlight. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the unit was great with beach chairs and towels. The property manager was excellent to work with through the whole process. Highly recommend to stay here, and we would definitely rent again at this location.

Kamaole Sands was a great place to stay for our family. The grounds were beautiful and pool area was great for our group. Grill areas were great too! Easy walk across the street to Kam 1 beach and a couple blocks further down we’re all the shops and restaurants available. Unit was as advertised. Nice remodel and perfect for our family of 5. Fold out couch was reported by the 16 yo as not bad to sleep on! Great view of courtyard and pool area! Would book here again!

Had a comfortable stay! It has a beautiful and well stocked kitchen to be able to do any cooking you might want. You can see the ocean from the balcony while drinking coffee. My Granddaughter enjoyed the pool with other kids and she loved the Hula lesson at poolside. It was so cute to watch! The umbrella was broken but a new one showed up at our door the same day I reported it. It was great service! Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

The property is gorgeous. This unit is off the central pool area, but has a nice mountain/ocean view. It was wonderfully equipped with linens, kitchen and especially sports equipment for tennis or the beach. A wonderful place for families!

It was a very nice unit but it just wasn’t very clean. We found clumps of hair stuck to the bath matt and crackers from a previous guest under a bed. The rafters were in need of a good cleaning. The remodeled kitchen was very nice and furnished well. Overall we’d use it again.

The condo was very comfortable, and very clean. It was equipped with a full kitchen that more than met our needs, as well as a very nice selection of beach toys. The furniture and finishings were all in excellent condition. It was a great place to stay in Kihei.
During our stay, my daughter had a medical emergency as a result of a beach accident. Matt went out of his way to accommodate a late departure, even though we requested it late in the trip. We are extremely grateful for his assistance and hospitality.
We would happily rent this condo again for a future visit.

Our rental was seemless. Additional bedding, plenty of beach chairs and towels for pool and beach use. Ideally would have loved a couple additional bogey boards but had two there to use. Would stay again!

We loved our visit at Kamaole Sands 3-405! We were a party of 6 and the condo was perfectly spacious for us. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs and there are even grills you can use at the resort. The AC worked well and it felt cool inside even on 90 degree days. The resort as a whole was great too with a check-in desk, pool and multiple hot tubs, a gym, and BEAUTIFUL grounds that were well maintained. The location is perfect and is across from Kameole beach 3, we walked to the beach every night for sunset and took the provided beach gear (towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella) with us. Maybe the one thing that wasn't perfect was when you turn the AC on, it blows hot air directly on the lanai so you couldn't have some guests sitting outside and some inside while the AC was on. But we did not mention this to the property manager (very responsive) while we were there because it wasn't a big deal at all for us. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone and book there again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable. Close to the elevator and trash chute which I think is a bonus. AC works well. Located just across the street from a family friendly beach. We saw turtles every day, snorkeled and got to body surf/boogie board. We all had a very relaxing trip. Side note, we packed a pack n play for our toddler but the management company had put one in the condo for us! Might be helpful to call and see if they have random extras to save you from packing everything.

There is literally not one negative thing to say about our stay in #3-405. Everything was perfect. The unit was absolutely fully stocked with every kitchen item you could think of. Also stocked with Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Toys (if needed), Beach Cooler. The unit was absolutely spotless upon arrival. The unit was spacious and just perfect for our family. A beautiful view from the lanai. Only negative....We had to leave, lol. I can not wait to return to this unit!! Our family had the best holiday and having a beautiful place to return to everyday made our stay in Maui feel like royalty. Matt from PMI is the best and so, so easy to communicate with and deal with.

We stayed here for 15 nights and loved it. The location is perfect of the unit and complex. The map makes it look like a trek to the beach but it's a 2 minute stroll through the beautiful property. We worked from there so solid wi-fi was nice, although great in the living room but spotty in the bedrooms. The upstairs loft bedroom stays a bit warm but the ceiling fan made it comfortable. The view of the pool and ocean was great and it was fairly quiet. We would definitely stay here again when in Maui.

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The property management team was incredibly professional when I called to let them know of changes we discovered when we checked in. The gym was not available and they fully accommodated us for that. Matthew was tremendous! We also let them know there were new pool hours not listed anywhere which is they have 8-8:30a adult swim. Overall we very much enjoyed our stayed, the one drawback is the person who is constantly walking around the pool area checking little kids and ensuring pool rules are followed.
Another thing to note, the condo had a lot of condiments and spices and things, there are plenty of towels, beach supplies and sunscreen. It has everything you need. Overall we had a great time and look forward to coming back!

Kamaole Sands as usual was wonderful. I missed the mai tai's but understand about the COVID rules. I could watch and listen to the music from the lanai so it was still mostly enjoyable. I had to deduct one star due to the crazy pricing found in Maui (yes I know Maui is expensive but this is crazy) I knew going in the accommodations are what they are and I don't blame the owner/agent/resort for the pricing (but those screw the tourist taxes are getting out of hand) as you need to recoup your losses and the demand is great. It's a good sellers market. But for myself and my family it is likely the last trip we'll make to Maui because we save to make this trip each year but it's now beyond our means. Thanks for an otherwise great vacation but Aloha Maui.

Nicely updated kitchen with tons of space to store your food out of sight and all the small kitchen appliances you could want. Rooms were comfortable and the deck view was perfect! Great access to pool and beach. Beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear and umbrella were ideal. We love this location in Kihei for its walkability to beach and some restaurants. Would rent here again.

We had an excellent stay in this unit. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and for hosting. There are lots of toys/kids gear and beach gear which was super helpful for our family. The unit was clean upon arrival. The pullout couch is also very comfortable. Matt is also extremely helpful and responsive both before our stud and during.
