The location was perfect, great views. Unit needs some remodel, the walls are nicked, headboard nicked. Kitchen more than adequate. No extra towels, curtains in disrepair. But the view couldn’t be beat!

This is an incredible location, what a great view! The beach is so picturesque, just an ideal Maui location. This unit is high enough you miss some of the pool and downstairs activity out of your sight lines. It was big enough for us, with separate room for our 2 children. The kitchen was good for what we wanted and we ate out on the lanai often. The on site staff was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this spot!

The view was amazing. The beach was clean, and continuous for great walks. Lots of room to find your own spot on the grass to sun bath. Sea turtles were found at the rocks in front of our beach. Loved the sunsets. Room was amazing space for the three adults. Everything we needed was at the condo. Thanks, thanks!

The condo is in good shape. What is not evident by the pictures or the description is that the primary bedroom and living room are actually one room - like a studio apartment. There is no door between the living room and the primary bedroom. The description says the bedroom opens to the living room - but we didn't realize that meant that the bedroom has NO door. The kitchen had most of the basics. The view was incredible - Lanai and Molokini. However, the balcony had seating for just two people at the table. There was a big lounge chair that took up space that could have been used for two more chairs around the table. Also - the laundry is a pay laundry not in the unit. You will be assigned a parking space but if someone is in it - the management will not do anything about it. Another car was in our space duirng our stay. We reached out through the app and was told to track down a security guard and see if they could help. We replied that we didn't want to spend our vacation tracking down a security guard and that this was something we shouldn't be expected to handle. It was not addressed during our stay so we parked in the public spaces. The sofa is very very creaky and I can't imagine trying to sleep on it (little kids would probably be okay on it but remember it is in the primary bedroom).

The suite is well appointed with everything needed and the beach is second to none. Great place to see turtles, snorkel, body surf and stroll the sands with Kehei and Wailea restaurants nearby. Too bad the 5 Palms was closed for renovations and Sorrento’s next door was closed. Some construction noise, but only on our last day. Overall excellent location and property.

This is a beautiful location in Maui and was only steps to the beach and pool. The beach was great for snorkeling and swimming in the waves. The pool was warm and very well maintained. Communications with CB Island Vacations was very good and helpful. We arrived at night but found everything went smoothly with getting into the condo despite the front desk being closed.
The kitchen was large and worked well. The views were spectacular as pictured. We had one leaking bath faucet but otherwise the condo functioned very well. (Management answered our text notice about the faucet quickly)
We’d probably book back at the same location if we have the opportunity. Mahalo

We stayed in Mana Kai 508 for 8 nights. The view is spectacular and the location is convenient for easy access to a fun beach with great grass, sand, waves, and snorkeling. We would definitely stay here again.

This location is the best. Right on the water, beautiful view from the balcony. I believe the listing said 2 bedrooms but one of the beds were in the living room. It worked out for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be coming back!

From the moment we arrived many electrical devices and outlets did not work. We spent the first two days waiting in the unit for electricians to come and fix these issues. During our stay we continued to have problems with breakers tripping, fans not working etc. We like the apartment and it was outfitted well and the location was great. The new general manager was very sympathetic to all these issues and reflected reflected it in our final payment.

This unit was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The views from the lanai were unbeatable. A short ride in the elevator, a walk through the breezeway lobby, past the lovely pool and on the beach in a mere couple of minutes. This hotel is practically on the ocean, which is what we wanted, but it was a little difficult to fall asleep the first couple nights due to the sound of the crashing waves! No complaints, just a warning to the sleep challenged. Snorkeling right from the beach near the rocks was very good. There's a good size coral reef there and we saw many turtles and lots of different colored fish. You can walk for a couple miles along the beach to Wailea. We appreciated having a designated parking spot; it really made things easy. Would prefer laundry in-unit, but the shared laundry was clean and never busy when we needed to use it. The communication with the rental office staff was excellent and prompt. Thank you for a fantastic stay! We loved it.

We chose the Mana Kai every time we come to Maui. It has everything you could possibly want in a Hawaiian vacation. Being able to walk out the front door onto one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii is a dream. Plus snorkeling is good right there, too! This unit was very nice. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Kitchen has all you need. Appliances look new. We'd definitely stay in it again.

We are returning guests of the Mana Kai and we were not disappointed.! The location is perfect and the spectacular view from the lanai can’t be beat. Our unit was clean, kitchen well stocked and beds comfortable. The chaise lounge on the lanai was also a hit! Being right off the elevator and laundry room was very convenient We also liked having a keyless entry. We will be back! Just love it here!
