Leave the winter blues behind & join us for some sunshine, sand & sea while prices are at their lowest in years! Book your vacation condo & get ready for an unforgettable trip. Family reunion, birthday, anniversary on the horizon? No matter the occasion, it's always better at the beach!

Completely remodeled in May 2022, Condo A11 boasts all new living room, dining room, bedroom furniture & window coverings. New Mitsubishi A/C in the main living area keeps the entire condo cool for your comfort. Ceiling fans provide air movement as well. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

Our well-appointed KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Preparing meals at home is a great option after long days exploring or relaxing at the beach. You'll find oils & spices in the cabinets. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. We suggest bringing laundry pods/dryer sheets from home. Please plan accordingly if you need more of these incidentals during your stay.

The bathroom features a glass wall, walk-in shower & grab bar. There is a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Your favorite hair & bath products can be purchased on island or brought with you.

Enjoy a quiet, tranquil night’s sleep on a new KING mattress & quality sheets. Room darkening window coverings ensure you'll be able to sleep in if needed.

From our OCEANFRONT PATIO & POOL, you'll be just steps from the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated & stretching for miles in either direction. You'll find plenty shade under lawn & table umbrellas - perfect for reading that book you borrowed from our library. Tommy Bahama BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA, beach cooler & beach towels await you in the condo closet.

Two oceanfront BBQ grills are where you'll create your island cuisine while gathering with family & friends. You'll love the ocean view from your lanai after you've spent the day in the sun. Start your day with a RELAXING beachfront walk, followed by stand-up paddle boarding in the serene waters of our incredible bay!

Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges & umbrellas just steps from the beach. Start each morning with fresh brewed coffee (out by 7:00 am daily). Evenings, watch BEAUTIFUL sunsets while grilling dinner & sipping tropical adult beverages.

Safeway, Target, Walmart & Costco (as well as local shops) are all located less than a 15-minute drive away. A short walk down the beach you’ll find a Fresh Produce Market featuring locally grown produce & flowers; ABC Store for those forgotten grocery items; Sugar Beach Bakery, known for it's fresh-baked malasadas, coffee & bakery items; & Ululani's Shave Ice (rated #1 on Maui!)

There are an abundance of DINING options ranging from casual to upscale nearby in South Kihei, Wailea & Pa'ia. Located right next door is Dina's Sandwitches, perfect for getting your first tropical drink & meal after the long flight.

One of the unparalled advantages to our property is access to whale watching from the beautifully maintained grounds of the beachfront patio. Humpback whales migrate from Alaska & arrive mid-November to give birth to their calves in the warm, protected waters of Maui. They delight our guests with spectacular shows before beginning their journey back to Alaska mid-March.

We would never stay anywhere other than Kihei Sands because the facilities are well maintained the service superb and it just feels like your home in the tropics. Kihei Sands is a great value in many respects. It is closer to the airport, shopping and dining that the Kaanapali Resort area. The vibe is so much more relaxed in the Kihei area.

My husband and I loved our stay at Kihei Sands. This was our first visit to Maui and we were very happy with the decision to stay in Kihei rather than the resorts of West Maui. We were centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do. Great restraunts and shopping near by. The condo itself was clean and comfortable plenty of room for the 2 us about 50 steps to the sand! The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grilling space was great place to cook out and socialize with other guests. The only thing we missed was a hot tub and in-room laundry. The coin operated laundry was a little expensive and the hours of operation were not convenient for our schedule, with that being we would absolutely stay here again. Overall it's a great place with a quaint relaxed vibe which we like over a big busy resort.

It was an experience like no other! I will say that Patrick (who works for Kihei Sands) was FANTASTIC. Throughout my stay, if I had any problems or questions, he was available. During the storm, he made sure that all guests were OK, and he stayed through the entire night to help those (like me) whose units flooded during the storm. He deserves a huge amount of praise!

This trip was a bucket list trip for me. Kihei Sands provided a great place to stay. The place was clean, the staff was helpful and it was great that we could just take a few steps and be on the beach.
