Our condo was right off the beach with the patio overlooking the beach. The condo was very nicely decorated with plenty of room to enjoy. Everything was well clean and amenities were available. I love the fact that they provided washing pod and laundry detergents, only missing dryer sheet. Everything else was great. Love the condo! Thank you! BTW, Kihei was perfectly located near airport, Walmart and Costco.

We needed to get away and this Maui condo has offered us exactly what we were looking for. The Sugar Beach Resort is right on the beach. So relaxing. Loved the walks on the clean, soft sand.

We had an awesome time staying here. We saw so many whales from the balcony of our room. Loved that the beach in this area was quiet & there were very few people. The few people we did see were very friendly. Great pool area & BBQs were thoroughly cleaned each morning. Will come back!

This Sugar Beach resort property is very lovely. The views are incredible - sunsets were magnificent from this waterfront lanai.
The kitchen is updated, it has every convenience and is very well stocked. The king sized bed is very comfortable. Great to have 2 beach chairs available. Many cleaning products were available in the storage closet.
The bathroom shower could do with being updated although it is perfectly serviceable. The carpets in the living room needed a good cleaning or could be replaced as they were quite stained. Also the railings on the lanai were filthy particularly on the concrete partial wall.
Overall we would stay here again.

Had a fantastic stop with my wife here. Awesome ocean view, and felt like a steal vs. other properties on the island. Great location to get anywhere along the southwest side of the island/Mount Haleakala/Road to Hana/etc. Nice pool/beach access as well.

We loved our stay at this property and looking forward to our next Maui trip where we're definitely booking this same property again!

What an amazing place to stay! It was clean and had everything we needed! It felt like home. The view of the ocean is absolutely breathtaking. Would highly recommend and we plan on coming back soon.

It went very smoothly. I got in late and was able to unlock the door easily with the code. The next morning i got a tag for the car at the office downstairs. Perfect stay. Perfect rental and location.

Great location and close to a lot of stuff. One complaint is bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected. Mostly could be due to it needing an update and has built in dirty appearance but not sure

Condo was as described kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Condo was very clean. We only had 1 beach towl and the condo notes that there is a $25 per missing towl. They delivered towles on day 3 of our stay. Went to use dishwasher and it did not work. Day 5 went to use wash machine and discovered damp beach towles in the dryer and wet sheets in the washer. They all smelled from being in there. We washed them folded them and put them away. Not the big deal. We got frustrated trying to get late check out. Our flight was not untill 4 in the afternoon. We called per the directions and requested late check out we received a response of yes your unit is available for late check out but no you can not have it. After spending 8 days in this unit i dont think a late check out was to much to ask for.

This was the third visit in SB 526 we feel very comfortable when we are here. We plan another month’s stay in the end of this year or in early 2020. My only negative comment is that the shower need a very good deep cleaning. And, the air condition was a problem the first two weeks. We will contact you when we are ready to book another month. Many thanks 😊😊
