The condo was clean and spacious. The cupboards were well stocked with dishes and utensils for preparing our own meals. Thanks for allowing us to use the beach towels and equipment! Jen was very responsive to questions prior to booking.

We stayed at between May 6 -May 15. Beautiful stay. This resort is well equipped with Kitchen and laundry facilities. Ocean us right across the resort and you enjoyed watching sunset every day from Lanai. From the day we did reservations Jenifer was quite supportive and answered all our questions. Lots of beaches nearby. Wailea beach is the best which is just 7min drive from the resort. We would love to stay again. Thanks a lot Jennifer for all your help.

The condo is in a lovely location just a short walk to the beach. Our place was fully equipped with everything to make it a home away from home and fun times at the beach. We even could watch the sunsets from the lanai.

We enjoyed staying at Kamaole Sands. Just a short walk to the beach and a quiet pleasant stay with several nice amenities such as the pool and hot tub to relax in after a day of hiking and site seeing.

Ok location at this property, couple things about the unit,
Had everything you would need, as past STVR owners on Kona we’re not crazy about food condiments left over in the refrigerator and spices etc in cabinets, that’s just us.
The TVs did not work but it’s ok not there for TV.
Guest bath toilet needs to be tightened down very wobbly we didn’t use it after the first time.
Lanai light could not find switch to turn on there is a dimmer switch near couch that didn’t work either.
Over all we had a nice stay on Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands! Jen was a pleasure to deal with. The unit was super clean and was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The grounds are immaculate and everything in the complex is very well maintained.
Our favourite part was the lanai. It was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee and to also watch the amazing sunsets. The unit even has a partial ocean view!
We really loved the location. It's right across from Kam Beach 3. Its also really close to Piilani highway, which gives great access to any day trips you plan on doing.
We will definitely stay here when we come back to Maui. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.

Clean, bed was comfortable, enjoyed balcony with view of the ocean. Unit is perfect for a couple. Quiet complex during my stay. Never heard neighbors.

I will lead by saying the host and the property manager were great!!! We made a call and questions were answered immediately! The towels however were soured smelling. I rewashed them The middle bath smelled very bad.

I came to Maui for a week and spent 6 amazing nights here! My friend and I loved this property, the society amenities and the personal touches so much that we felt sad leaving it. I would highly recommend staying here whether it’s with your family or friends! I hope to come back here for a month next year, and hope I can get this property again :)

We loved this condo. The Kamaole Sands grounds are beautiful, and the unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beaches of Kihei and Wailea. Our only complaint was that the gym was closed for repairs while we were there, but that was temporary and outside anyone's control. We will definitely look here first when we plan our return trip to Maui!

This is the perfect paradise stay. The location is central on the island and great for day trips around Maui. The condo has everything you need and is beautiful. Steps away from the pool and bbq areas, and the ocean is across the street. Don’t make too many set plans, as it’s hard not to just spend days rotating between the pool and beach.

This is a very nice apartment which is very clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach, had a comfortable bed and full kitchen. Air conditioning unit in the bedroom which worked well. Was wonderful that the owner had beach towels and beach items to use if needed.

We loved our stay here in Jen and Cam’s lovely condo. It was so inviting. We never have to use the AC one single time as the fans were enough. The ground are gorgeous, the view is perfect and our stay could not have been more peaceful. Our regret is having to leave. What an amazing place. We are so grateful.

Very comfortable, beachy condo. It was great to have a kitchen with everything you need as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel equipment, and other beach toys and coolers for packing your own lunches. Pretty quiet location, nice lanai, we could hear the Wednesday night Hawaiian music from the pool area, which we enjoyed.

Great location; clean; nicely decorated; appreciated the a/c and on a timer so we didn't forget to turn it off when we left. Second floor with a great view. Not ocean front so much as ocean view but gorgeous sunsets from the condo balcony and from the beach across the street (which BTW had a flashing lights pedestrian crosswalk that I really appreciated when heading back across S. Kihei after sunset). Condo was well decorated in a beach/Hawaii theme without going overboard on the knickknacks -- so easy to move in and feel like it really was ours for our time there.
