Maui Kaanapali Villas A302 is located on the third floor of the Aloha Tower with south-facing garden views, and a peekaboo ocean view from the balcony. Central A/C will keep you cool after a day in the sun. This delightful condo provides connecting bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The front bedroom has access to the lanai area providing natural sunlight during the daytime. The other bedroom, also with a Queen bed is connected, yet divided, by a sliding screen for limited privacy.
For additional guests, there is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. The bathroom provides a separate door from the shower and powder room. This condo features remodeled kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, a stainless-steel sink, new microwave, fan and new bamboo accents.
Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas will charge an $25 a day facility fee upon check in. There are amenities provided including parking for 1-vehicle (a second vehicle is additional $10 per night). The resort offers an on-site coin operated laundry room. The resort features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, a beach activities center (Rent paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets and more!), Castaways Café, convenience store, Third Heaven Spa & Massage, fitness center, and more. this resort connects to the Ka'anapali Boardwalk and there is also access to the Ka'anapali Shuttle. It is just a few minutes' drive to many other of Maui's best beaches and attractions.
Additional amenities include coffee in lobby daily from 6 am to 9 am, a pool, state of the art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures, and Mai Tai Wednesdays. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Our stay at the Villas was perfect. This location is a wonderful spot for peace and relaxation. The views from my beach chair were breathtaking. The whales playing off shore, the majestic sunsets made this a trip to never forget. Our peak-a-boo view of the ocean from our room with morning coffee and evening wine was divine. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place. Oir rooms and the whole complex were clean and pleasant. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the lobby. Coffee set up in a green outdoor courtyard of the complex made a nice start to each morning Parking was easy. Only negative to me was that this stretch of Maui is pretty dense with hotels, but that is a personal preference, and will be a plus to some people.

Loved morning yoga by the beach to start my day. Wish they had it every morning. Units had lots of kitchen appliances so nothing was needed including beach equipment. Was greatful for the kitchen as Maui has become very expensive to go out. The bathroom is huge so with multiple people there's lots of storage space. 2 bedroom is not a true 2 bedroom it's a partial wall with according partition which is required to stay open.

The condo worked well for our family. We aren’t picky and the price was right. Didn’t expect an extravagant condo. Although the accordion door that separated the two rooms was a bit of a bummer. The back room has no windows and the front room has a nice balcony. It looks like they split one room into two, so both rooms are small but have adequate storage besides the first room. The condo needs some renovations but nothing that really bothered us. The AC only worked in the living room and did not work in the bedrooms and it was extremely stuffy some nights. Everything else worked just fine and we enjoyed the castaway cafe and kids loved the pool! Would not stay here again though since it needs some renovations. We all enjoyed our stay and worked well for our family.

Came here for anniversary. Then I realized shower head had fungus all over it. It was replaced couple days later during our short trip. Thus, we couldn’t shower in our own unit. Shower ceiling had fungus all over it. Was never cleaned. Unit had numerous items that were broken that was never fixed despite mentioning it in the email and communicated. We came here to work full time from 5am to 5pm on weekdays and there was serious construction from 7am to 5pm on Monday and 7am to 2:30pm on Tuesday and 7am to 5pm on Wednesday. The property management didn’t know about this construction that took place for weeks. Thus the communication between Maui kaanapali villas to these independent condo owners are poor. Thus, during my 10hr work time I was constantly interrupted to drilling, banging and screeching sounds. The unit was getting total remodel so it was simple drilling nail on the ceiling to hang a frame. Despite communicating to my “PERFECT” stay (property management) for multiple times they have given us partial refund but promised the noise will stop as of Tuesday at 2:30pm. But nope their promise wasn’t kept when the construction continued on Wednesday. When confronted they said they are only the messenger and their promises weren’t made but rather the MKV themselves made such promise. MKV and my “PERFECT” stays keep pointing fingers at each other. Which is extremely frustrating as I came here to work and be on vacation, and don’t have time to deal with this level of BS. I will never return back and will not stay with my “PERFECT” stay as there was nothing perfect about it. Despite coming here for special occasion, no word was mentioned congratulating us. I was not valued as customer nor respected. Responsibility wasn’t taken to it’s highest integrity. Fundamentals were broken.

We absolutely love the Maui Kaanapali Villas. We stayed here on our honeymoon and came back with both of our kids and plan to bring the whole family for my mom's 70th birthday. It is a great private spot right on the beach with a fabulous pool and restaurant. Our condo was perfect for our family, clean, spacious and inviting. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay at this unit was overall very enjoyable! It is just exactly as it appears in pictures- we expected it to be just slightly dated and it was, but with a wonderful location and really good communication with the my perfect stays staff.

Overall, the place was comfortable and enjoyable but a few things to really note. I only say this as to help the owner, as we are not sure if the Property Manager is relaying our feedback to them.
The dishwasher was rusty and smelled of mildew and mold. Subsequently, every dish/utensil we pulled out was dirty and had to be washed before use. Extra time spent handwashing dishes.
Property management company did not list all amenities. For example, there was an iron with ironing board, chairs and umbrella for the beach, the separation door can’t be closed due to fire code, and other pool/beach toys.
The property manager was very responsive, as we did have to contact them twice regarding no counter surface cleaner, no fring pan, and not enough toilet paper (2.5 rolls for 8 days and 5 guests).
The beds and bedding were great and slept very well. The two small balcony tables were also a plus. Overall the kitchen was stocked well.
One recommendation is more hooks for hanging wet towels/bathing suits, as we did get a notice not to hang on the doors or door nobs.
We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for helping our family make wonderful memories.

We loved staying here so much because it had everything we needed. Beautiful beach, nice clean pool close to condo, restaurants close by, stores close by and the beach shack with fun activities to do. We especially loved the beach cabanas. The sun is very hot here so the cabana was a must. The ocean water is crystal clear and a great way to cool off.
