We had such a great stay here! This rental was clean, cute, and perfect for our honeymoon. It was so nice to be so close to the beach as well, and we actually had an ocean view from our patio. We would for sure stay here again!

We absolutely loved every part of our stay at C253 MKV.This magical slice of Maui has been our family's beloved adventure spot for years. We've stayed in many different units at MKV, and this one has become our most very FAVORITE!! The unit offers gorgeous views, cozy spaces, and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen. We were provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy Maui to the fullest! The staff at Myperfectstays were responsive, kind, and amazingly helpful with anything we needed. It was clear from the minute we stepped in the door, that the owners take loving care of this special unit. We feel incredibly grateful that our family was able to enjoy such a peaceful, fun, and inspiring time there. We felt at home and at peace each day. It makes a big difference to be able to prepare meals in such a great kitchen. Thank you for taking such exquisite care of us! Mahalo!

This was a very nicely appointed condo with the bedroom upstairs in a loft. It has terrific furniture, decor and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The MKV property is also great and there's a pool & hot tub near the room. The Castaway Restaurant is great for breakfast and lunch (we didn't have an opportunity to try dinner) and the beach is unbeatable! Big kudos to My Perfect Stays for arranging our last minute extended stay. Annette is amazing and really embodied "customer service" to perfection!

We loved this condo so much last year that we decided to rent it again and stay longer this year. It had been freshened up and more towels were available than last year, which we appreciated. Great beach and restaurant too! Very clean!

We had a great experience in c 253 for our honeymoon. The condo was very well maintained and had a nice beachy/Hawaiian inspired design inside, we felt relaxed the second we arrived. The lanai is great to watch sunsets or have your morning coffee and it's a short walk to the beach. The bathroom was nearly renovated and had a very spacious shower. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay at MKV C253! Our condo was clean, newly remodeled with beautiful furnishings and views. Loved the resort as it was accessible to the beach and centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Planning another trip next year!

We so enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautifully decorated with an amazing bathroom. It was also very clean. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. There was a large frig as well as numerous cabinets to store our groceries. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs bath was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!

The condo is beautiful and clean. It was in a perfect spot. We could even watch whales breaching from the lanai. Our only complaint was that we each only had one towel for a whole week.

Positives:
* MPS Customer Service Representatives were friendly and great to work with.
Less Positives:
* Unit was comfortable enough but dated back to, apparently, mid 70s or early 80s.
* An error in the reservation when we showed up that required a call to MPS as well as an error in our address.
* Shower was broken and required a plumber which happened the following week (we assume).
* Very old school key card reader for unit was easily demagnetized by phone and required numerous trips to front desk to be demagnetized.

Great stay! Quiet area. Parking was extra charge but to be expected. Loved the bar for late night drink. Washer dryer in unit would have been perfect but had laundry nearby.

Great property, walking distance to the beach. Great pools. C ommunication is also great. The only downfall is the bed is uncomfortable and small. It’s advertised as a queen, but it’s more like a full size/double.

Overal was good. WiFi not so good. Upstaris could be a little warm. Expected washer and dryer in the room. The added fees made the daily charge very expensive. More than $575.00 per day.

Convenient location and booking. Clean property but for whatever reason there is roaches inside the unit and outside on the property. We could hear rats moving in the ceiling. And the dryer did not work in the unit. There was a community laundry room available.

Close walk to the beach and the resort is very quiet. The beach has great snorkeling. The unit was very clean and check-in was easy. We would consider staying here again if we came back to Maui.

Nice condo. We had a nice ocean view from the balcony. Right near airplane beach which had the best snorkeling that we did. Beautiful clean beach with whales offshore. Kids enjoyed shuffleboard and the pools.

This place worked fine for our family. It is quite dated and a little bit dirty which was a bit of a disappointment, but the location and lovely beach and pool made up for it. We had some lighting issues and the management team was super fast to reply and repair lights. The shower is tricky to use and the whole thing is coming off wall a bit, could use a little love and updating to make it perfect.

Condo could use some updates. Shower faucet needs replacement as it was difficult to turn on and off. The patio furniture is old, kitchen counters are hard to keep clean. Check in process was rough. As other reviewers have stated, upon arrival the front desk could not find our reservation. The front desk said they have had problems with My Perfect Stay (property manager) not sending over the reservation info. They asked us to contact them, and we received no response. Ironically I had responded to an email from the property manager prior to arrival, asking them to make sure the late check in would be OK. The property manager did not respond to that email and a few calls we made during our stay. This location and other units in this resort are great.

6th stay at MKV but first at this unit. Beautiful sunsets, well appointed, felt very private. Appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and basic kitchen supplies. Good communication with MyPerfectStays. Loved it so much we extended our trip!

This unit was perfect for us. Lanai was big enough for the four of us to comfortably enjoy the beautiful views. The unit was clean and updated. It was great having a full kitchen, inside washer/dryer, etc. We loved the location in relation to the pools and beachfront-just a few steps away and short, beautiful walk to black rock beach. The property is close to everything-Whalers Village, Napili Bay, Lahaina. We would definitely live to stay in C253 again!

We had an amazing time at this rental. With two different access points to my favorite beach on the island, plenty of space, central air and a washer-dryer in the unit, one and a half baths, a huge balcony with an ocean view, in the midst of a very calm and low-key resort, there really wasn't a lot not to like here. It was clean, comfortable, pleasant, and relaxing, it made it very easy for us to lie on the beach all day, and a short walk to the restaurants at the Westin Villas. We would (and will!) absolutely book this property again.

We always enjoy staying at Maui Kaanapali Villas, although this was our first time staying in this unit. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washer and drier in the unit. My husband and I slept in the upstairs loft area, which had a half bath. The half bath could use some ventilation as it gets pretty hot in it. The shower downstairs was a bit complicated to use also. There were two shower heads, and one of them had too powerful of a stream and couldn’t be adjusted. It would be nice to have less complicated water controls for the two shower heads or at least some instructions for their use. We did enjoy our stay though but the shower could use an upgrade.

My husband and I enjoyed our 2 weeks in Maui immensely. Our unit was quiet, spacious, comfortable and well stocked and appointed. (Even a blender.). The full sized lanai provided extra living space.
We really appreciated the designation of a Quiet Pool and enjoyed many hours swimming, relaxing and reading by the pool.
The complementary morning coffee started the day off right.
We were wistful to leave and are anticipating our return visit.

Really enjoyed our time in Lahaina. Beautiful property, with a pool very near. Snorkeling at Black Rock Beach was amazing, as was the beach near the Westin. My Perfect Stays was exemplary with their communication, and checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated that.

The condo was super clean and great for our family of four. Audrey was wonderful completing our reservation. Amy and Zac were very helpful answering all my questions about the condo and making sure we had enough bedding, paper products and beach chairs for the four of us. I can’t tell you how pleased we were with the resort, it’s cleanliness, the pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard but most importantly, the most beautiful stretch of beach in Maui. We traveled to many of the beaches around the island and always came back to ours as it was the best.
The only negative I would say is the street on the lanai side was not as quiet as I thought it would be. We were told it was a super quiet street but it is the main road leading to our resort so it was always busy with cars and service/garbage trucks coming in and out. Parking was good but also in that street so you need to be ok with that. The view of the ocean from the lanai is super small. There is an empty lot directly across the street from the condo which it made it possible for a view to the ocean but it was a tiny peek between trees.
All in all we loved the resort and the condo and customer service was super. Audrey, Amy and Zac were wonderful and we would highly recommend the condo and the resort to everyone.
Thank you for everything! By far one of our most memorable vacations so far.....we fell in love with Maui.

Beautiful location, easy access to beach, great snorkelling nearby off beach - unit was equipped nicely and clean- a beach umbrella would be a nice addition, if you do not secure a shady spot early on the beach the afternoon sun is sweltering- a broom to sweep sand would be a great addition as well, even with rinsing off, sand inevitably gets everywhere-
Nice partial ocean view from lanai and living room. Overall the unit was a comfortable and accommodating home away from home for our Maui vacation. Hard to say goodbye!
