We have been returning to MKV for 40 years and for the last 20 years to this specific unit. There is really nothing that compares with it. And the owner is clearly first class. We will return over and over.

Perfectly appointed studio style condo with a beach view on Kaanapali Beach. Perfect for couples. We found the unit very clean and every detail was addressed by our host Jeanne. We were impacted by the Maui wildfires and unable to complete our entire stay, but we would definitely consider staying here again once things return to normal.

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Maui celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the owner left a lovely gift basket with wine, chocolate macadamia nuts, Maui coffee, and other island delights. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and even a few dinners in the well-equipped kitchen, and we also enjoyed the wagon full of beach supplies. Maui Kaanapali Villas is our favorite place to stay in Maui, and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Jeanne, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions and made a trip to meet us in person. She provided a basket with goodies from the area which was nice after a long flight and late arrival. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. We loved using the wagon for the days spent at the beach and that there were multiple activities within walking distance of the unit. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I highly recommend staying at Jeanne’s condo. From the start, she was in contact with us and answered all my questions immediately! The condo itself is SPECTACULAR! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from dishwasher detergent to ziplock bags! The bathroom was super clean and equipped with plenty of linens. We especially enjoyed the boogie boards, chairs and snorkeling equipment left on the patio. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked very well, as well as the two fans provided. I can’t say enough about this condo. You will love it!

We felt the Aloha spirit immediately upon our arrival. We were delighted to see the beautiful island decor and the generous welcome gift basket along with the flower lei and chocolates.
They had everything we needed and more for our stay. It was very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay and preferred it over a hotel room.

I'm of a mind not to leave a review because I want to be able to come back another time and afraid that this unit will be constantly booked. We stayed for 10 days, 10 beautiful days. The unit is above and beyond in the personal touches throughout the unit from the fresh flowers, the welcome basket to the personal accessory drawer in the bathroom. The owner is extremely responsive. Without a doubt ***** 5 stars***** Mahalo and thank you for a wonderful visit. As I wrote to you personally, you (the owner) went above and beyond!!

The unit was clean and stocked well. The resort has a great beach but this listing titled with an ocean view. You can barely see the ocean through an empty lot across the street. Not really an ocean view, more like sliver view of the ocean hundreds of yards away. The host did have a great group of ocean toys, and a wheeled wagon to take to the beach.

We have returned to Aston MKV six times over the past decade, whenever possible we try to book this unit or VRBO384307 . This place is ideal for a couple, it's very comfortable, romantic, near everything you could possibly need for a relaxing Maui vacation. The owner of this property personally prepares the unit for each new guest and the detail and care are exceptional in making you feel special the second you walk through the door. It is the perfect home away from home.

Our entire experience was easy: from check in, gift basket, cold water waiting in the fridge, extra towels and linens, toiletries, fresh orchids in the room, and even checking out! This condo will forever be in our hearts for making our very first trip to Maui so memorable and special. We spent our time relaxing on the beach and pool area, having a drink at Castaway, touring the dragonfruit farm, road to Hana, and the old Lahaina luau. So many great times that we will hold as memories! Thank you so much!

We are so happy to have found this condo! Located just a quick walk from the Kaanapali beach walk, steps from the pool and jacuzzi, and on a relaxing property with a great restaurant. The condo itself is so clean and well stocked. We were not lacking a single thing in the kitchen and the beach wagon full of beach supplies was so handy. The space is beautifully decorated with fresh local flowers, very comfortable bed and linens, and the personalized gift basket was just the perfect touch to make our vacation feel so special. The open lot across from the units lanai allows for an open view to the ocean and the perfect place to have your morning coffee.
Overall, one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in in every way! :)

This condo was like walking into a luxury hotel suite. I felt like I just walked into an art gallery. Jeanne is an incredibly kind and caring host ! Every single picture in this listing is exactly what you will see when you walk in. Fresh flowers everywhere. The flowers that are attached to the towels and all around the bathroom will not wilt your entire stay. We put then in a bowl filled with water and enjoyed them the whole time. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need including spices, oils, sugar. The ninja mixer was excellent for making iced rum and pog drinks. The kitchen towels are beautifully designed. Bathroom supplies are fully stocked including a surprise drawer with travel sized, toothpaste, shaving cream, bandages, nail clippers, nail polish, and all kinds of other items. It was truly like "flying" first class. Snorkels , fins, boogie board, umbrella, beach chairs, water noodles were all very high quality. The gift basket was filled with treats that we love and the extra touch was a bottle of wine from a very well known winery from the town we used to live in (Woodinville - St. Michelle Winery). The small pool with a beautiful jacuzzi is 50 steps away from the front door. The large pool by the beach only about 400 steps. We have stayed in many of the condos at the Maui Kaanapali villas and this one was definitely a magical experience !

When you go to travel to Hawaii, you go with high expectations, and this vacation condo checked all the boxes. We have been to Maui on multiple prior occasions and stayed in south Kihei and Lahaina, and enjoyed those locations. But Kaanapali, and specifically the Maui Kaanapali Villas are a cut above all the rest. There are two pools and the smaller one is located literally 30 feet from your front door. This is a quieter pool, perfect for relaxing, napping in the lounge chairs, or sitting in the hot tub. The larger pool is close to the bar and a better place for kids and activity. Jeanne's condo has the perfect touches in decorations, has a view (across a lot) of the ocean, and is close to the boardwalk that stretches a mile along the ocean. There is a free trolley that runs throughout the day and can take you to Whaler Village. The Castaway Cafe on the grounds is great and there are several more good restaurants within walking distance. When you read all of the great reviews on this condo, you may think that it can't be that good - but it is! Thank you, Jeanne.

I can't say enough about Jeanne's adorable, roomy & comfortable villa!!! She is the best host we've ever used with VRBO!!! Hand's down the best VRBO place that we've ever encountered with amenities & over the top extras!!! Everything had an extra special touch, from the beautiful flowers placed perfectly on the thick soft towels in the bathroom, the extra tolietries (just incase you forgot something) the fresh flower lei, chocolates on the pillows, a completely stocked and overly clean kitchen, filtered water in the fridge, ice in the freezer, the beach/pool cooler & water toys for your use. Jeanne leaves no stone left unturned! The beautiful local foods gift basket was icing on the cake! Thank you for making my birthday and our first trip to Maui the best stay ever! We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

This condo was everything we could have hoped for for our trip to Maui. If you are looking for a place close to Ka’anapali beach the villas are ideal as it is not quite as crowded as larger resorts but the beach is every bit as good as any other spot on the island. The unit is so cute with awesome island themed decorations, and had everything we needed - even a nice ninja blender for blending tropical fruit smoothies. Jeanne was the best host, great with communication, recommendations, and provided a welcome basket that was so kind and thoughtful. Hoping to stay here again soon!!
