The Kameole Sands is our "home away from home"! We have stayed many times at this beautiful property located across from Kameole Beach Park III. It is conveniently located in Kihei. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. it has always met and exceeded our expectations.

From the start, it was easy to book through PMI Maui and would do so again. The unit 7-307 was in a great location at Kamaole Sands and we choose this unit again. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the large lanai. The unit was clean.

Property is beautiful, the grounds are very well manicured, the pool is excellent. The unit is spacious and updated. Perfect for a couple staying with an infant. King bed, room for a playpen.
Kitchen very well stocked with dishwear. Lanai is beautiful and spacious! highly recommend

This is a fantastic condo. It's very comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a well stocked kitchen, easy check in, perfect location to the beach, Kihei shopping, farmers market, restaurants and grocery stores. The booking was simple and they were quick to respond to emails. You will definitely be happy if you rent this condo unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Kamole sands. The unit was equipped with all we required and much more. It was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella, snorkelling gear, some basic spices and many appliances. The gardens and landscape was neat and cared for. Location was lovely and within walking distance to great food and entertainment as well nice beaches across the street.

We just spent nearly 3 weeks in this 7-307 Kamaole Sands condo. Everything in the unit is well maintained. Nice, new washer and dryer, comfortable king bed in master bedroom, with variety of pillows - soft and hard! The sofa fold out bed had issues and the next day after contacting PMI, it was replaced with a comfortable, nice new sofa. Matt and Tonya Tarasenko at PMI were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had some spices and basics for cooking. The condo had thoughtful items for use without being cluttered including 4 beach towels, beach toys and chairs, etc... Loved teak table and comfortable chairs on lanai. The only recommendation I would have is to make a basket of sarongs or coverings available for use on furniture to keep sunscreen from permeating into the cloth upholstery. Also, provide a drying rack for swimsuits and towels to reduce dryer use. Great place! Nice, garden view unit!

The location is good. Room is big. Deck is big too. The bed in the master bed room is comfortable. The sofa bed is not flat, one side is more lower than the other side, need to be replaced. There are a lot of tiny ants in the kitchen and counter tops. This should be fixed as soon as possible.

My experience was wonderful. Check in was easy, the place was clean and organized, there were several items to use at the beach, the balcony was large and enjoyable with a great view of the beautiful property, two AC units really sold us, and it was nice to have two bathrooms. We ran out of hot water in the showers a couple times, but other than that, our stay was great and I would highly recommend!

We loved the location of this property, right across from the beach. The Unit was spacious and comfortable, with great pool area and the grounds are beautiful. Having our own designated parking spot and an elevator were great as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great, well provisioned condo, right across the street from the best beach in Kihei! Came with beach towels and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, and washer / dryer. There’s a partial beach view from the lanai. Communication, when needed / requested, with the management company was quick and helpful.
Not a criticism, but this is a family complex and there will be kids (some very young) at the condo facility. We loved Kihei and found it to be much more “real” than much of the rest of the island. Great restaurants without the plethora of tourist schlock you’ll see in Lanai and Kaanapali. And much better rates than those areas!

Great condo with large lanai and renovated kitchen. We spent all our time outside on the lanai - who needs a dining room! Kitchen was well stocked with spices and oils. We love building 7 and being on the 3rd floor. We found the master bedroom a bit hard, but that could just be personal preference. Kam Sands is the place to stay in Kihei with Kam III beach just across the street, a pristine pool, amazing landscaping throughout the entire complex, family and kid friend, quiet at night and our favourite Maui destination. We will return again and again! Mahalo for a fabulous stay.

We had a great stay in this updated Building 7 condo with a large lanai and one of the best courtyard views! The management company is friendly and responsive. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy and plentiful, and everything was clean and well maintained.

We had an amazing stay at Kamaole Sands! The location is perfect, we loved walking across the street to watch the sunset on the beach. It was super close to plenty of restaurants and a quick drive to (in our opinion) some of the best beaches on the island. The condo itself was super nice, there was everything we needed in the kitchen and comfortable furniture. The Tommy Bahama chairs, towels and cooler (even though the arm to carry it was broken) was such a perk to have! The property is gorgeous and we even utilized the pool one day when it was too windy at the beach. Highly recommend booking Kamaole Sands and this unit! We would definitely book again.
