We enjoyed our stay in this quaint condo. The kitchen is well stocked with basic spices and oils (which were very much appreciated). It has a variety of fry and sauce pans and mixing bowls, which made meal planning and dining-in easier and more enjoyable. While the lanai has a small ocean view, it was great for wine-time and watching sunsets. We appreciated the AC in the bedroom and found the bed to be very comfortable. This condo is a great option and offers good value. We look forward to staying here again.

Let me start by saying that I cried real TEARS when it came time to checkout of this property to go back home. Kamaole Sands is AMAZING & Rebecca is even more amazing! The property is sooo beautiful, well maintained, quiet + with designated parking. The pools are really nice saltwater, the staff is so warm, & ur literally central to everything. Ur across the street from the beaches Kamaole Sands l, ll & lll (its a 3 min walk from the condo door & u can see turtles ALL day & can swim with them in the AM!) When we got there, a staff member named Ellie text us & helps u book excursions on the island & they had amazing deals for everything. She hooked us up with 2 for 1 ziplines, horse back riding, snorkel tours & more! It was so convenient having her on the property. The actual condo is SO CUTE! Don’t let the pics fool you. It’s super nice inside and has 2 full bathrooms and everything you need for ur stay! We used the provided snorkel gear, coolers, tommy bahama umbrella, beach towels, extra bags to put all ur belongings in, ect. We got lost when we first arrived (our fault we took the wrong turn) & Rebecca walked us calmly through it and helped us find our way without a problem. Kitchen is fully stocked & the condo has everything u need. Shopping, grocery & restaurants are all within walking distance. We’re already planning to come back for this winter to stay here again. Absolutely IN LOVE with this experience & 100% recommend! Thanks so much for letting us stay. Mahalo!

Owner (Rebecca) was the best thing about this property. Could have used a few more basics (hand towels, beach towels, bath soap), but owner was outstanding in her communication. She even took care of an unforeseen occurrence when she didn't need to. I appreciate her greatly!!

Love the location of this property, can walk right across the street to the beach. Within driving distance of many great restaurants and beaches. Great starting location for long drives to Hana or the north side. Property is perfect for what we wanted, just a place to sleep as we weren’t spending much time there. Property manager is great and very friendly.

My husband and I had a wonderful one week stay at this condo in Kihei. Perfect location because we could walk to everything in Kihei, and a short drive to our favourite beaches (Mākena Beach).
The communication with Rebecca was awesome- she went above and beyond in her responses.
The condo was excellent! Two full bathrooms. Great patio overlooking the grass. Easy walk to the pool, hot tubs, and bbq’s. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I had a wonderful one week stay at this condo in Kihei. Perfect location because we could walk to everything in Kihei, and a short drive to our favourite beaches (Mākena Beach).

Very nice property. Only reason for one less star is lack of any staples in the kitchen. Frustrating to have to buy whole portions of ketchup, mustard, margarine, sugar etc and then have to leave them all behind.

Our experience was excellent in all regards.
The condo was very spacious and in excellent condition. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the choice of regular and single cup coffee makers, with reusable baskets. Likewise, the activity closet off the lanai was very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and noodle, all which came in handy. There was snorkel gear, but we had our own.
Both the lanai and front doorway and windows never receive direct sun, so the lanai was always completely comfortable. With screen doors at the entrance and lanai, and excellent bed room and living room overhead fans, airflow was excellent and we never even considered turning on AC.
The lanai was a bit small for dinner with friends, but fine for the two of us. The inside table set was excellent, but we ate every meal on the lanai!
The bbq area was conveniently located. The bbq's were immaculate, worked well, and easy to access.
We liked that the building was a bit apart from the rest of the Kamaole Sands development as it was a bit more intimate despite some occasional road noise off the lanai. We really enjoyed the path that wound through the gorgeous Kamaole Sands grounds, leading from our building to the beach and main road, with a conveniently located shower to wash off sand.
Finally, Kamaole Sands is situated in what we consider the best location in Kihei, and perhaps in all of Maui. Many of our favourite restaurants, shave ice stands and bakeries are all in walking distance.
To top it all off, Rebecca was exceptional to work with and provided good value. We loved everything and will return for sure!

Host was wonderful and ensured a great stay. The condo is perhaps a little dated but as described. It is clean and has all the amenities needed. Short walk to the beach in a beautiful part of Maui. Would not hesitate to book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property is well kept and close to stores and restaurants. The condo looks as it is shown in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for the beach was there except for only one beach towel.

Amazingly clean! We've traveled to Maui many times and have just gotten into the habit of cleaning the condo when we arrive. This needed no cleaning! It was amazing and that just added to the wonderfulness. Laundry detergent was supplied and there were even cleaning supplies and a multitude of quality beach relaxation items for our use. I will certainly be saving this rental and contact you before any other space. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything about this property was wonderful. It was safe, quiet, convenient. Our condo was clean and we were thankful for the various kitchen appliances/cookware. A/C was also working great. Only improvements would be the master bathroom has a musty/mildew smell as soon as we arrived and got worse with use (even with the fan on abs being aired out). Also, we needed more beach towels and the beach chairs/ umbrellas were very old and broken or nearly broken. Other than those few things, we really loved it at Kamaole Sands and would stay there again.

Very spacious comfortable place, we enjoyed it a lot and would book again. The host was very communicative and we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. It’s a steal!
