We really enjoyed our stay here as a family of four. The condo was equipped with everything you need from beach items to starter packs of kitchen essentials. The condo was clean and we loved the location in proximity to the pool and bbq pits. Would highly recommend!!

The condo was perfect, murphy beds, large lanai and renovated kitchen. Well equipped condo with all the essentials plus more! Location of the condo was idea, view of the gardens. Quiet location, no issues with cockroaches but it had tiny ants in Kitchen area, common to Hawaii. Kept sink free of food debris and compostable waste in smaller bags to discourage bugs from congregating. The host paid attention to details. King bed is a plus. Host provided detergent, hand soap and paper for the stay. I would recommend this unit to friends.

This place was amazing. The Murphy beds were perfect for our teen and pre teen. I don't know why more rental properties don't use them! We needed nothing for our stay here. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cooler, a rice cooker, coffee maker, Tupperware for leftovers and a great ice maker! The location is great! You're right across the street from Kap 3 beach, where people gather every evening to watch the sunset on the grass. The beach also has the best snorkeling. No joke we had to avoid the turtles just to get in the water. The complex is pretty quiet. Lots of retired couples and folks with young families. Pool is great. Tennis courts were always available. Overall a fantastic trip. Would definitely rent here again!

First there were sugar ants in the kitchen. Then an explosion of termites one evening. We vacuumed them up from the ceiling. There was a pile of what looked like sand under a living room chair. It was actually wood and the termites were living in this chair. The property managers were great in taking it away and replacing it. In our clean up of the underside of the couch (we wanted to check it for bugs too and all the underside black cover paper material stuff was disintegrating) we found silverfish living in the couch. We also had a larger type of ant stream inside near the patio doors. The place is very cheaply furnished. The beds and couch are cheap and uncomfortable. The kitchen is a mismatch of old items, particularly cheap cooking pans. I would not choose to stay in this place again. It was a mistake. It has great management though and they have other nice places.

Very nice condo in Kamaole Sands, recently remodeled with good taste and quality materials. The two murphy beds in the living room were perfect for our family.

Dealing with Matt was great. Very responsive. The two bathrooms and two Murphy beds were great for two teenagers. We had a great time sitting in the lanaii playing cards at night. We just got home this morning and we are all sad. It was so much fun.

The Kamaole sands was in a great location for going to the beach. The property was clean and well maintained, and the grounds were beautiful. It was adequate space for 2 adults and 2 children, and it had supplies we needed in the kitchen and for the beach.

This unit was perfect! Very clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We did cook majority of our stay. The Lanai was nice and big. PMI was excellent to deal with. They delivered extra towels and bedding for our family and worked hard to make our transition from one unit to the next quick and convenient. Can not say enough good things about our service with PMI. This was our third time booking with them and will book again!

The property was across the street from the beach and very conveniently located by many shops and restaurants. We were able to watch the sunset each night. We very much enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is there cooler was soft and it was broken, so we didn't have a great way to travel with cold drinks.

We had a wonderful time. When I discovered the cooler was broken, a new one was issued immediately! Very clean and neat. I would recommend getting new towels more frequently. After one use, they often smelled. I don't like wasting water, so I try to re-use towels a few times.

The highlight of this condo is the beautiful renovated kitchen plus the 2 murphy beds. Was perfect for our grandsons! The 2 air conditioners worked quickly to cool off the unit but usually having the front and patio door open was perfect and all that was needed. We didn't cook at all but the kitchen appeared to be very well equipped. We bought a dustpan so we could keep the condo swept each day. The cooler has a broken handle so we didn't use that but did use the beach chairs a couple times. Left a couple of pool noodles to add to their water toys. The condo is on the 2nd floor, right at the elevator. Was handy without lots of noise.
As for the complex, the pool was extremely crowded 2 of the days. One pool for 10 buildings just isn't enough. There is a bit of entertainment and free drinks on Wednesday evening so that found the shallow end of the pool too full of drunk adults. This is our 4th stay at Kamaole Sands and the best condo yet! Highly recommend!

I loved a few things.
1. 2 single fold down Murphy beds. Simple awesome.
2. Kitchen had everything. Including what I hate buying - tin foil. Olive oil. Salt and pepper and lots of spices.
3. Boogie boards were good. Chairs were good.
4. Condo is in excellent shape.
Our family loved it here. Will come back for sure
Only drawback- elevator 2nd floor. Needs better stair access, but owners can’t do a thing about that!
