This deluxe one bedroom, one bath condo has a premier location within the Alii Villas complex. Situated on the top level (third floor) it has a fabulous view of the ocean and cruise ships while also overlooking the pool. It provides a true trip to paradise, absolute seclusion from Alii Drive.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both rooms create a comfortable sleeping environment complete with the sound of the surf and swaying palm trees. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped. All you have to do is go shopping; you can walk to the Farmer's Market.
The ocean breeze and ceiling fans typically provide a comfortable temperature, however, this condo is one of only few with AIR CONDITIONING. There is a new washer and dryer inside the condo. There is one assigned parking stall. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and upon departure.
Alii Villas is a popular, well maintained, ocean front resort located on scenic Alii Drive with nothing between it and the ocean except palm trees and lush gardens. It's conveniently located within walking distance (15 minutes) from town where there is abundant shopping and dining opportunities, yet removed just enough to avoid traffic noise. The ocean is visible from the large pool. There is a built-in gas barbecue located near the pool with an entertaining pavilion from which spectacular sunsets can be viewed or whales can be sighted.
The White Sand Beach Park (a/k/a Magic Sands) is about a 10-minute walk. A little further is Kahalu's Beach Park, a renowned snorkeling beach as well as a spot to surf. This beach has a sheltered reef for novice snorkelers and is frequented by turtles. The Kona Country Club Golf Course is approximately a 10-minute drive.

Renters must agree to comply with the County of Hawaii Good Neighbor Policy:
Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am during which time the noise from the Short Term Vacation Rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
The Short Term Vacation Rental shall not be used for commercial purposes.
