We enjoyed our stay at the Kamoele Sands resort. This unit was as advertised, and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the Lanai. The instructions were great and kitchen was well stocked. The floors could use a good scrub, but likely due to the windows being open and the wind carrying dust in.
The resort was great… the pool and grounds well kept, BBQ areas maintained well, and staff friendly and ready to assist. Thanks for the hospitality and we’ll look to book again if our travels take us back to Maui.

This was a large unit. A nice view of the mountains to the west, and a peak-a-boo view of the water. There was little bit of road noise, but that would not keep me from staying there again. It was nicely equipped with everything you need. There was even a washer and dryer in the unit. The second bathroom was a very nice feature. There were two 12 can ice chests, one if them had a broken handle so I bought another larger one for the next guest. With the fans on one in the bedroom the other in the living room, the AC was never turned on. The sliding glass door to the lanai was always open. Kam III is the beach across the street is a great beach. It's a nice place to watch the sunset. The 808 Deli and Fred's Mexican Restaurant are an easy walk. It's close enough to stumble home. A least that's what I was told. The only thing I wasn't really fond of was the hot tub temperature was set to 104 degrees. Way too hot.

Great stay overall. Except for the blinds being a little messed up,when we arrived and the umbrella outside ,stuck to the sliding door pathway, everything else was good. Called up the maintenance contact and they addressed it accordingly. Wouldn’t t mind staying here again. A little tricky on door knob opening. On second floor.great amenities overall with the complex. Good fridge. Sink. Microwave and tv. Cannot view the beach fully from balcony. More so of the mountain and the road. But walkable to beach. I give it a 8/10. Thanks Eric and Judy !

My family of 4 (two adults and two teens) stayed at this condo in August of 2023. We really enjoyed the condo. It was well appointed, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Kamaole Sands is located directly across the street from three beaches and is an easy 5-10min walk to multiple restaurants and shops. The communication with Eric was very good as he was always very prompt with replies to any questions we had before and during our stay. The complex is very nice and has a good pool. i would highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future.

Eric and Judy's condo was perfect! Their place was very clean. It is bigger than what photos can show you. The kitchen has everything you need and more! Kamaole sands is a quiet, family place just in front of Kam 3.

This is our second time staying here. The condo has all the beach necessities (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for kids). Very clean and cozy. Great location to the beach in a nice quieter part of Maui. Easy communication with the owners. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a nice stay overall. We had a little bit of an issue with the cleanliness of the place but that was taken care of by the property manager. The place is exactly as pictured. The place is a little dated but we knew that before booking. We didn’t stay at the condo much because we were out most of the time exploring the island. It was nice coming back to a place with a kitchen and a living room area where you can just relax and watch the sunset or sunrise from the balcony. The condo came with a lot of amenities such as beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear etcs. It was a pleasure staying at this condo.

We really enjoyed staying at this property and could tell that Eric takes pride in making it a comfortable stay for everyone.
The place was very clean and it was wonderful to have air conditioning at night with the warm weather. We also really appreciated having the chairs, coolers, extra towels, and umbrella available to use on the beach!

There were no specific instructions about how to get into the complex and the gps took us to the back gate which we had no code for also no specific directions to parking spot or building so we drove around in circles at midnight searching for both. Also when I waited until morning to go to office the man was quite curt and rude. Otherwise we found the stay pleasant.

The building is one of the furthest from the beach but still only max 5 min walk.
Nice pool area (we did not used), and a few tennis courts.
Reserved parking spot not too far from the entrance.
Kitchen well equipped … but you’ll need to get all food supplies.
Lanai has view of road and back yard.
Place was clean with aged furniture and decor.
It’s said there was a resort fee. But we missed that fact. Was about $40, for the 3 night stay.

I was pleased with the Condo. It is a very short distance to walk to beach and Kiehi has beautiful sunsets. I love the parks as well. Condo has two bathrooms so that’s a big plus! Very clean, equipped kitchen. Very comfy bed as well. The patio is nice to sit out too. The road is fairly quiet too. Owner was very responsive whenever I had a question.

The unit had everything we needed. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. There are 2 bathrooms, which we don't normally see and were pleasantly surprised about. Right across from a beach with turtles. A short walk to places to eat. Included dishwasher, in-suite laundry, cable and A/C.
Only issue we had is the cleaners missed reporting the broken glass table top and my husband cut his finger on it. The property manager was quick to respond and removed the broken glass.
For the price point we would for sure consider staying again.

The apartment was comfortable and perfectly situated across from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The view outside was wonderful, and we got great air circulation too. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure floors are cleaned and have a mop and bucket available for occupant use.

We were on Maui for eight nights, the first five in Kaanapali. We wanted to extend our trip and Kihei is just our speed. This property was perfect for the two of us, and the location is great. Across the street from the popular Kamaole Beach III, walking distance to the south end of town (shops, food, shave ice, etc) and an easy 2 or 3 minute drive to our favorite beach (Keawakapu Beach, between Kihei and Wialea.
While this unit may appear to be in the least desirable building on the property, we actually preferred it for the quiet (doesn't overlook the pool) and the fact it doesn't aim directly into the pounding sun all day. Very nice, and would certainly recommend to anyone traveling as a couple.

We loved the clean condo of Eric and Judy! It was very private and quiet. There was some construction going on but that can't be helped.
The bed had wonderful linen and a very comfortable mattress Thecupboards and the fridge had nice treats and food we enjoyed.
We will stay there again!
