This condo was FANTASTIC. Loved the location, loved the condo. It had everything we were looking for and more. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Mostly I would like to say Kelsey was amazing. We had one thing happen to us to another just trying to get there and she went above and beyond to work with us. Thanks so much for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

The property was just as it appeared in the photos. It was toward the back of the complex that was across the street from the beach, which we knew in advance. It was easy to cross the street. The owner was very kind to accommodate our schedule. My husband and I would rent there again!

SO clean, kitchen great update. Bed was the best quality king, towels and sheets pristine white. TV Big, easy to watch in evening. Breakfast on lanai, with ocean view, and a million song birds, waving palms, its all you want in a vacation. This condo was perfect. Lawn chairs, and large umbrella in perfect condition. Lots of extras, like spices, suntan spray, even covid test kits. EVERYTHING and more was supplied. We loved the washer and dryer, excellent quality. Truly a great condo at a great rate. This is our 3rd stay in Kamaole Sands Condo complex, this was the best of the 3. You will love it.

Kelsey was a lovely host and we had an amazing time. The unit was so great and had everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfect and it was so nice to have a place to come back to after a long day of exploring Maui.
Unfortunately, we had to change our trip due to the wildfires while we were there and Kelsey could not have been more accommodating. 10/10, 5stars, all the positive reviews. If we are able to go back to Maui in the future, we will absolutely contact Kelsey and try to book her condo again!

This was a great condo at a beautiful complex. Sunsets from the lanai each evening weee gorgeous. Well stocked kitchen with a few “extras” like spices, baggies, Saran Wrap/Foil … things you really appreciate when cooking at home on vacation. Thank you!! The beach chairs and umbrella were so nice too! There is an A/C wall unit in the family room and stand up A/C unit in the bedroom. We did utilize the A/C and it worked great. One thing we didn’t realize or know was the unit in the family room is on a 60 minute twist timer like hot tub jets so you have to keep turning the dial if you want it to stay on. A little inconvenient but it was fine. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful, updated condo!!

Daily wake up call courtesy of the onsite rooster! Definitely felt like home, very well appointed and comfortable. Close to shopping and great restaurants, and the beach is just across the street! Looking forward to our next visit. Mahalo nui loa!

Wish there would have been air conditioning in the main living space. Was hard getting ready for the evening when it was so hot. However, sleep was comfortable with an air unit in the bedroom! Was a wonderful location and very clean! Thank you!!

The only problem was opening the lock box on the door which housed the key to the condo. You might want to have this checked because the code we were given wasn’t working. It took us about 40 minutes for us to get in. We called the local contact but she was not close by to help us!! Once we got in all was good!

This condo was very clean and came equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler. They were perfect for picnicking at the beach and enjoying the sunset at Haleakala. The washer and dryer are large and great to have for suits and towels. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants and the beach were within walking distance. Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed this condo. It has a lovely view on the lanai of the ocean looking towards Lahaina. The location of the condo in the Kamaole Sands complex was perfect for us. It is in the back of the complex so it is very quiet and peaceful.

Kelsey was very clear and well prepared for our visit to Maui. Everything that is seen in the photos are the same in-person. The bed was very comfortable and the view was lovely. Cleanliness was taken with two-steps forward and kitchen supplies were well stocked.
Only thing I’d have to mention (and this is 2/10 on the inconvenience scale so it’s not that big of a deal) is the wifi was quite spotty and the secondary shower never really ran hot water, lukewarm at most. But the main bedroom shower was just fine.
I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone, as it is a fantastic location, ample restaurants a couple hundred meters away, literally minutes away from the beach, and above all - it felt safe and secure.
Thank you for a great first experience in Maui, we will be sure to visit again if not recommend this location to everyone.

This condo has EVERYTHING supplied! We did not use the kitchen, as the two of us found it easier and tastier to experience the Maui cuisine. We ordered cinnamon rolls and breakfast sandwiches from nearby and took them to the beach park across the street to enjoy. We drove all over the island and found Kihei was a great place to stay! Beautifully decorated and clean. Great choice!

A nice little condo in Kehei which is centrally located near shops dinning and the beach. Off the balcony you have a view of the ocean. The condo has all the amenities whether you want to cook or spend the day at the beach. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated.

This was an awful experience that all started at check-in. The door had a weird way of being able to lock itself back, so when my wife and I went to get our luggage—we got locked out. It wasn’t a fun process getting the local property manager to come let us in at almost 11 PM, and I didn’t think I was going to get her on the phone. Kelsey’s listed contact number wasn’t in service. I was about to resort to getting a hotel for the night, as I was exhausted and it was very stressful. The local property manager acted like we were idiots for not understanding that we were supposed to leave the key in the lockbox on the door after every unlock.
If that was it, I’d be okay, but no. The main A/C was broken! I told the property manager that when she came to let us in, and she told me that it should be fixed in short order, likely in the next day or two, which, spoiler, never happened. She also seemed surprised that Kelsey failed to inform me. That’s a pretty material aspect to omit.
While the bedroom had an AC that made things bearable, it still wasn’t what I’d prefer and only worked well if you left the bedroom door shut. Outside of the bedroom, it was like a wet, sweltering sauna.
Some days it was over 90 degrees outside with high humidity in the room.
We felt like we couldn’t be comfortable in the condo. While it was well-supplied and had a nice kitchen, we couldn’t make use of it because it was so hot.
Each night as we’d get ready to go out to eat, we’d both be heavily sweating and relieved to get into the car.
Early into the visit, I shared this feedback with Kelsey, and she said she’d “get back to me shortly,” but she never said anything. We just continued to roast, even while following her advice to leave the back door and front door open, which really posed a security risk as I had some very valuable jewelry. It made little difference in making the condo comfortable.
As hot as Maui is in June, it often seemed like it was hotter in the room than outside.
Kelsey did nothing to make the situation right with me, and I would never stay with her again. While the location was good and it had good potential, I couldn’t take the heat in there.

The unit was lovely and clean. However, the main air conditioner never worked during our stay. The repair person came out and said it was a capacitor and would need to be ordered. This was day 2 of our 11 day stay. Never repaired. Also surprising was the mandatory quarterly pest control. We do not use insecticides in our own home.

Kihei was a good location near lots of restaurants and activities. This gave us easy access to tours and road trips around the island. Checking was easy. The view from the lanai is amazing. From the couch you see Pu’u Kukui mountain with beautiful flowing clouds down past the wind turbines to the ocean. The view of the ocean shore wraps around to, I am guessing, Lahaina. Sunset was orange and pink with light and dark clouds. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are lots of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, towels and, soaps. Dishwasher made cleanup easy. The one drawback to the condo location is the loud car noise on Keonekai Rd in the afternoon and evening. The bedroom is on the quiet side so it did not interfere with sleeping and the view from the lanai made it worth it. Open the sliding glass door and the front door for a cool refreshing breeze. We identified a couple small maintenance issues and Veronika got it taken care while we’re out on an adventure. Overall we recommend this condo. We highly recommend Kai Kanani catamaran sunrise snorkel tour, Jungle Zipline and to drive the narrow road around the west side of the island.

My wife and I stay in Kihei every single time we come to Maui for the past five years. This is by far the best location we have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful, the condo is spectacular, way more than we had expected. the property is centrally located in the middle of the island, which makes getting anywhere about 30 minutes. We love being 3 miles from The Shops at Wailea, and this was the easiest check-in process we've had in a very long time. I can say without hesitation, that this particular rental will be the rental we choose the next time we come to Maui, which is hopefully next March! Thank you so much Kelsey for your help and your communication, it made staying in your beautiful condo that much more easy.

The condo was beyond expectations. Everything you need is available. I never expected to have so much provided for us. The kitchen has everything you could ask for including spices, paper towels, coffee and coffee filters. The lanai is wonderful and private, the chairs were very comfortable. The condo feels like an upscale hotel with a surplus of towels, sand chairs, umbrella. It couldn't be better. This vacation was outstanding, a great location in a wonderful, comfortable condo.

From the time we contacted Kelsey regarding our stay at her home, through the check-in, the stay itself, and then finally, check-out, everything was top-notch! The stay was comfortable and relaxing, the pictures are EXACTLY what you get and we couldn’t have been happier! The large lanai was great for dinners in, the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The home is also located close to beaches and within walking (or short driving) distance to number of bars and restaurants. We would ABSOLUTELY look to stay here again if (WHEN!) we return to Maui!

Very comfortable stay here, with all supplies provided. Good location with restaurants/cafes a few minutes drive away. The coffee machine stopped working a day in, but Kelsey was super responsive and provided another one within the day. Good internet as well, since we were working out of here for a couple of days. Maybe providing a few more dishwasher pods would be nice, we only had two to last a week.

A variety of beaches and restaurants close by….don’t want to rent a car…no problem. Check out sunset every night. Well stocked for a meal or snack. And comfortable bed after a day in fabulous beach or pool. Surroundings like living in a botanical garden…the upkeep is amazing.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at this property. The location is 5-10 minutes to Wailea and Makena beach, and a short drive (45 minutes) to Lahaina. The bedroom had a comfortable king size bed with air conditioning in the room, 2 full baths and a fully stocked kitchen for eating in if you choose. We used the ice packs in the fridge to keep food cold at the beach and took the beach chairs and umbrella, provided, with us everytime we went to the beach as well. The kitchen had a 5 cup coffee maker perfect for 2 people and I would recommend 100% Kona coffee, no blend. Whole bean or ground since they provide a coffee grinder as well. Lastly the lanai is perfect, great views of sunset every night. Would highly recommend staying here for your next Hawaii getaway. Thank you for hosting us Kelsey!

This property is clean with beautiful landscaping a accessible amenities such as pool, gym, and grills. It’s walking distance to a great beach, good food and nightlife. The condo is renovated very nicely with a great kitchen, fully stocked with supplies, and the lanai is large, secluded, and had an amazing view of the ocean and northern side of the island.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very clean and we loved to sit on the lanai with the breeze. We were missing one thing during our stay and wished she had them which were boogie boards. But overall, we would stay here again.
