Judy's condo is really lovely and looks exactly like the photos. The huge lanai looking out over the grounds to the ocean was a wonderful place to hang out any time of the day. And since I had to work a bit, I really appreciated the great wifi signal that had no problem loading when outside.
Kitchen is extremely well stocked with just about every cooking device you'd need and plenty of everything so you don't have to constantly be rewashing dishware if you eat in a lot - like we did.
Location is very quiet and the other guests all seemed very respectful of quiet hours. It was just my husband and I so we only used the one bed which was pretty firm but still comfy, even if you're used to a more plush mattress.
We really enjoyed the location - on the southern edge of Kihei and really close to Wailea and Makena. The Kam beaches are great and we also spent time at the more southern beaches just a few minutes away by car. Beach chairs and cooler were very much appreciated!

We would stay in this condo again. It is beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location. The kitchen is well stocked. Just know that the only AC is in the living room, so you have to rely on a floor fan to try to move the cool air down a long hallway to the bedroom at the back of the unit. The property listing described the condo as "totally remodeled", but this is a little misleading. The kitchen cabinets, kitchen appliances, and master bath are dated. However, this would not prevent us from staying there again.

We enjoyed the view from the patio overlooking the beautifully kept grounds and pool area of Kamaole Sands. This suite was nicely decorated with the feel of Maui. One bedroom (very comfortable bed) and two bathrooms was more than adequate for my husband and myself. We liked the open kitchen and found everything we were looking for. We would love to stay here again!

Nice, quiet condo in a great location. Comfortable bed and furnishings. The property was secure within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was very responsive concerning an issue with the air conditioner. Would highly recommend.

Both of us enjoyed the week stay at Judy’s place. The room is large and clean. Well stocked with kitchen and beach stuff. The location is great! The beach is 5mins walking away and plenty eating places nearby. Would love to stay here again next year!

We were invited to come to Maui by a friend who is a scuba instructor to do some diving. He has a place here and so we wanted to be close to him but needed a more affordable option, we hit the jackpot here! The condo is located perfectly, just across the street from the beach and a huge beautiful park where people would gather every night to watch the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and make our meals, we used the cooler and chairs that were provided to go to the beach. We visited the pool and really enjoyed the facilities overall. We would definitely stay here again, the owner texted and called to check in with us and make sure we were enjoying our stay and sent me a list of places to try out also which was greatly appreciated!

Beautiful resort right across the street from the beach, and just a short walk to restaurants/businesses. This unit is attractive, but the cooling system, master bedroom and master bath could use upgrades. Despite detailed instructions for cooling the unit with a portable fan and open doors, we were warm and sticky, especially in the master bedroom. In contract, our daughter, son-in-law and their family stayed in a two-bedroom unit in another building that was perfectly comfortable all the time.

We stay at Kamaole Sands whenever we come back home to visit family. We have stayed in several different units over the years and found this one to be very accommodating. The owners have provided everything necessary for the comfort of the guest. The only concern is the throw carpets may be an accidental danger to elders who might easily trip over them. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We were looking for a get away place that felt like home. It had everything we wanted: a well stocked kitchen, an in unit washer/dryer, an on site gym, a lanai with beautiful views, and a comfy bed to rest.
Judy gave great advice on places to eat and things to do. We feel refreshed and rejuvenated and would love to come back again!

We couldn't have asked for a better location than Kamaole Sands. It was the perfect spot from which we could explore Maui. The condo has charming Hawaiian decor and everything you need to feel like you're at home. Judy was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning again!

Our family stays at Kamole Sands usually once a year. We all get different condos for each individual family. This condo was by far the best condo we have stayed at. Clean, beautiful and had everything you need and the best view ever. You could see the ocean from this condo. The owner Judy was such a pleasure to talk to and very kind. If you decide to stay at this beautiful place take care of it. They work hard to keep it looking so beautiful. I look forward going back to stay.

We loved staying at this condo! Having beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler supplied for beach days made trips to the beach very pleasant. Beautiful view of the beach and mountains, and a few minute walk to the beach across the street. Great location for getting anywhere on the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and grounds are well maintained. One bed and two bathrooms was good for one couple. Location is within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Property owner was very helpful and accommodating. A bit high on cost but overall a good place to stay for a holiday get away.

We had the best time at Judy's place in Kihei! The condo is right across the street from Kamole Beach Park III & so close to many other quiet and amazing beaches. She had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking breakfast in the morning before heading out for the day & we so appreciated all the extras in her place like the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and beach towels! Her place is gorgeous and looks just like the photos - we couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay there. She also helped me track down a few items that I managed to leave in a drawer when we left, so major kudos for the great customer service there - thank you so much for everything Judy, we can't wait to come back someday!

Very nice property with gorgeous view of garden and ocean in the background. Incredible sunset view from the lanai. A 4 minute walk to the Cam 3 beach which is great for snorkeling, swimming, body surfing and turtle 🐢 watching. Close to shopping and restaurants but would recommend renting a car to explore other parts of beautiful Maui as well. Owner is very nice and responds quickly to questions about the condo and area. Took a really nice 2 tank dive at Molokini Crater which is 8 miles by boat from our location. Thank you Judy & Bob Ward. We truly enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo!

We booked three units at Kamaole Sands for a family gathering and our 50th wedding anniversary. Bob and Judy's 6-301 was by far the best unit. Great view, nice end/corner with extra window and air. Situated to make use of trade winds, no need for A/C unlike the other units. Nicely and tastefully decorated. Judy promptly responded to questions and concerns. We will be back.

This updated condo was a perfect place for my husband and myself to enjoy 8 days on Maui. There was a little mix up at check in but was quickly remedied by the staff. Kamaole Beach three is right across the street which makes this place perfect if you’re just looking for a week to relax on the easy beach.

A wonderful condo in beautiful Kihei. Everything was in perfect shape. Spotlessly clean and decorated in Hawaiian style. We enjoyed evenings on the lanai (very big) watching the sunset and the days were so relaxing reading and enjoying the views. The condo was recommended by friends, and it lived up to expectations plus more. It was very private and we did not have to deal with the elevator noise. The Mango tree is an extra. Directly outside the front door - we just needed a way to get the fruit off the tree! The beaches were incredible and not crowded. Can't wait to return next year.

My wife Kathy & I had a terrific week in your amazing condo. We have been renting vacation condos in Kiehi, Big Island, & Mammoth ,CA. for years and 6-301 was as close to perfect as can be gotten. The place was clean, new, well laid out, quiet, great kitchen (we're both serious cooks) nicely decorated and most of all, like someones HOME, & not just income property to the owners. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the comfort of the place.
I just received 5 lbs of Maui grass fed beef from The Maui Cattle Company. I grilled up a couple of steaks we bought at the up country store across the road from the Winery and they were the best steaks we had ever eaten. I set about a quest to get the steaks shipped here to Simi. Kathy made Mai Tais & I bbq'd the steaks & it was a little bit of Maui right here in SoCal. The view wasn't quite same!

The owner did not miss a thing in this condo if we needed it, it was there right down a cooler. It was a joy fixing meals in the gourmet equipped kitchen. I especially liked the granite counters. We enjoyed romantic dinners in the privacy of our own lanai which actually has an ocean view overlooking a beautiful gardens. It was obvious that ours was professionally decorated and consideralby more spacious than what we had rented for the same price previously. Judy, the owner of the condo handled our arrangements in a very professional manner even calling us during our stay to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. With a washer as well as a dryer right in the condo I didn't have to worry about having change or finding a unfamiliar laundromat. We have been to Hawaii a few times and I must say this end unit condo was the best that I have stayed in. When I go back this will be the place I stay without question it is one place that has it all. The location is perfect.

OMG - we were so surprised to find the condo looked even better than the photos. Loved the condo. Having two bathrooms worked well with our family of 4. The place was so clean and I love the decorating - very tropical which made us feel like we really where in Hawaii. Each morning we ate on the lanai and every evening did the same. Having a big lanai was wonderful. Judy had everything in the condo we could possibly use. It was so comfortable and I would be back in a heart beat. Got together with friends and they were so jealous. A good experience overall and highly recommend to everyone. Thanks Judy for all your help and tips on Maui.

What an experience! Loved Maui and especially the condo. It was a unbeatable place and we hated to leave. The condo had everything we needed, plus more. The views, the large deck (lanai) was the best.
Inside we loved the kitchen. Every possible pan, dish, appliance etc etc. I sure wish my kitchen at home was this nice! Judy made us feel at home with so many little touches like Hawaiian music, beach toys that we felt like we stepped into her life! We will be back....
