You fly thousands of miles to be at the ocean. So why not stay at the beachfront condo where you are right on the beach! Many other condos are located across a busy street, a long walk from the Ocean.
Our beachfront condo has an ocean view from BOTH bedrooms. (Many units do not have that.) Its 2-bedroom/2-bath condo has one king size bed in master bedroom and two extra-long twin size beds in a second bedroom. We have two-zoned air condition units that cools the entire condo. We also have 4 ceiling fans located in both bedrooms, dining, and living room areas. It has fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, DVD player, safe, and telephone.

Mana Kai condo is located at Keawakapu Beach, the southernmost part of Kihei next to Wailea, an upscale resort area, on the dry side of the island. A mile long Keawakapu Beach stretches to Wailea’s Mokapu Beach. It is one of the best swimming beaches in Maui and less crowded than Kihei’s other roadside beaches.
Our condo offers a stellar view of the crescent shaped Keawakapu Beach; and neighboring islands of Kaho’olawe and Molokini; and majestic 10,000 feet high Mt. Haleakala. During the winter, you can enjoy whale watching right from our condo where humpback whales come quite close to the shore.
Mana Kai is a heaven on earth where beautiful ocean and golden beaches are just steps from the condo. Also it offers convenience. The resort offers an award-winning restaurant, Five Palms Beach Grill, and a grocery store which offers wide variety of items including hot foods and large selections of drinks. You can have your entertainment booked at an activity desk.
Kihei is located on a sunny and dry side of Maui where you can enjoy many activities. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right outside of the condo with many tropical fish. Go diving near Molokini Island. Dive boats leave from Kihei Boat Ramp. There are championship tennis and golf courses nearby. Many shops and restaurants are in South Kihei and Wailea. Venture out to 10,000 feet high Haleakala for hiking, bicycling, or horseback riding.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2020 RESERVATIONS
Currently, the state of Hawaii imposes a mandatory two-week quarantine for any visitor to the island of Maui. It plans to launch a pre-travel testing program in the near future, in which the quarantine may be waived if a traveler brings negative COVID-19 test results, taken 72 hours in advance of travel.
We require a 25% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival. If the quarantine requirement remains in effect then, we will refund your deposit in full. If the restrictions revert after you make the full payment, we will also refund your money fully.
If you are reserving 2020 dates, please email us first. We will send you a quote with the adjusted payment schedule. (This policy may be extended depending on the Hawaii State’s restrictions.)
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 RESERVATIONS
Please note: We do not make exceptions to our cancellation/refund policies. Once a reservation has been confirmed any cancellation or reduction of nights will invoke the cancellation policies below:
• A fee of 10% of the gross rent or $200, whichever is greater, will be assessed for cancellations received 60+ days prior to arrival (90+ days for Christmas/New year’s, 120+ days for Long-Stay of 28+ nights).
• For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights) or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full.
Following rates are per night for up to 4 people. There is an additional charge of $18 per night for a fifth person. Rates do not include tax (14.416%).
