Room was very quiet, clean, and updated with all the amenities you would need. Great beach location and sunset views off the balcony. Loved the modern kitchen and decor. Would love to come back.

The rental unit was perfectly located on the second floor, with parking accessible just steps from the doorway if you park on the top of the carpark. Check in was easy via the management desk, although later check in hours would have been welcome since we hit the ground running and found ourselves barely making it to the office within the posted office hours (if we had missed it on day one, we would have not been around to check in for a few more days given our scheduled activities, which would have meant no codes for the pool/outdoor bathrooms and no physical pass for our parking). The end unit provided a little extra privacy as well. The lanai stayed mostly shaded throughout the day, allowing for use at any time. It would have been nicer if other guests adhered to the no smoking rules as someone staying around our unit seemed to be smoking nearly every time we went out. The place was well laid out; bonus that it has a washer/dryer and was pretty well stocked with kitchen items. Close (walking distance) to a delicious farmer's market/cafe/shave ice/ABC stores. Draw back is that the dryer vents into the shower (hot and linty) and there need to be more hooks to hang wet towels (only 2 provided but up to 4 people can stay).

Unit was lovely and well appoined. Problems with TVs, especially in the bedroom. Had to reset the controls almost every time they were turned off (very annoying). The entry code did not work when we arrived so we were stranded for 3 hours. Property management was totally unresponsive when we asked for compensation. Said they would return calls but never did. Unprofessional in that respect.4

We had an amazing time at this resort! The unit was pristine when we first walked in and it was so comfortable during our stay. The beach was absolutely beautiful and it was amazing that it was right outside our unit! It was a little confusing figuring out where the check in office was compared to the unit, but maybe that's just because I'm not to good with directions. Other than that, had a great time with no complaints whatsoever!

Property was clean and quiet. It's as advertised. There's a strip of grass and a strip of sand between you and the ocean. It's ~30 minutes from the airport and ~15 minutes from downtown Kihei. Perfect for us. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
