Prime location for sunrises and sunsets!
Excellent smaller eateries and higher end restaurants locally. Nearby, shopping and beaches. Condo has all the modern amenities that you would want. It’s a two bedroom two bath, but only two can stay, which gives you a lot of room.
We definitely recommend staying at this beautiful penthouse! 😉

Oceanfront views spectacular with sea turtles and surfers just beyond the lanai. Very walkable location to smaller beaches, spouting horn, botanical gardens and the shops at Kukuuila as well as driving to beaches, restaurants and other parts of the island. We enjoyed watching the sunset views in front of the Beach House restaurant next door. The condo was clean and spacious as shown in the pictures and well stocked with basic amenities for our 5 night stay. Communication with the property manager was prompt as we had a slight issue with the AC which was quickly attended to. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, this was really worth it for what Kauai's Poipu shore has to offer… something that’s this equivalent just down the street at the Grand Hyatt (without the resort stuff obviously), was easily 2100 a night… this was 1/4 that and was really nice, with amazing views, and great spot to sit and watch the waves and turtles all day…. AC worked perfectly and was an extreme comfort to come back too each day while out seeing the island and all it’s beauties… we will stay again when/if time comes. 👍🏼✔️

I was a little hesitant to book this due do some of the reviews from past guests. About two 2 days before my scheduled arrival I had not received any check-in instructions or anything from the property management, so I sent them a message. I received a response within an hour with everything I needed to know. This unit is on the 4th floor of a complex of 80+- units, but it is in a great location and a very quiet community. Others have mentioned that this unit is more expensive then some of the other units here, but it has nice upgrades and I thought it was very much worth the money. We had no problems with anything in the unit or AC (as some people had mentioned). Everything was very well stocked and I have literally nothing to complain about.

The location and views of this property are amazing! The large south facing balcony has gorgeous views of both sunrise and sunset. A little group gathered nightly outside to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the incredible sunset right by the Beach house restaurant. There is a great beach for snorkeling right around the corner. I was a little apprehensive about not having a pool on vacation, but having this wonderful beach was better than any pool. This location is on the sunny south side of the island, and it delivered sunshine all week! I had debated staying on the north side of the island to be closer to some hiking but they get rain more often on that side. The building seems to house mostly retired people, which made for very quiet evenings. The full kitchen was great. We walked to the fish market and stayed in a couple nights to cook fresh fish and dined with the gorgeous views from the dining room table. The ice maker kept up with our needs for daily packing a cooler. The shower had good pressure and bed was comfy, with a big fan in the bedroom. I would 10/10 stay here again!

Checked in on Friday. Great condo! Very up-to-date and great amenities. Then Saturday night, the air conditioner went out. On Sunday morning we discovered that you couldn’t turn in the main stove burner. The knob came off in your hand. After several calls to the “manager/host, no one ever responded. I feel we are due a refund!!

Positive features: Can't beat the view. The condo was quiet and clean. Upgrades on built-in cabinetry, granite countertops, appliances, etc. Cooking pans, utensils, etc. Great shower.
Negative: Misleading to call this a penthouse. this is one of about 20 units on the fourth floor. Overpriced, After we booked I found several in the same building with same views for much less. In addition to the nightly rate, add the cleaning fee, the service fee, and tax and the nightly rate increased over 30%. Not comfortable, couch was very uncomfortable to sit. the two chairs did not face the TV or the ocean. The bathroom lighting was poor, only an overhead light placed in the ceiling behind you as you faced the mirror. Created a dark shadow that made it impossible to put on make-up, and difficult to shave. Washer and dryer are not in the unit. One coin laundry room per floor, only one washer and one dryer in each laundry room to be shared for the entire floor. The air conditioner stopped working, we called guest services who informed us where the circuit breaker was located and that they would send someone. Found the circuit breaker which was fine, never received any feed back from guest services, unknown if someone came at a time when we were out. Sent them a message requesting status, no response. Spent the last several days without the air-conditioning. They did have two beach chairs, but if you are with family and want to go to the beach a cooler, umbrella, or boogie board would be nice.

Doesn’t get much better ! Continual sound of waves , whales and turtles in our view not to mention continual surfers . Gorgeous condo. Didn’t want to leave !

We were worried if our booking was confirmed down to the days before our trip. We had booked and paid (a lot!) for the stay, but could not get the property manager to confirm our dates. I must have sent over 10 messages and left 3-4 voicemails. It was really frustrating. We finally went through Vrbo to ask them to resolve it.
