I don't think it was the owner's problem, but we ran into several problems along the way in this property. From the coffee maker to the hot tub issues to fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. Love the grounds and the beach across the street.

This place says it has been updated, but it needs a deep cleaning and more upgrades. Number one thing is an exterminator. There were tiny little bugs all over the kitchen counter, we wiped it all down but the little things came right back. We told the property manager, don't know if they did anything about it. The bugs would crawl into cracks so they need to spray for bugs. (I have pics of the little bugs, they were smaller than ants) We didn't use the kitchen because the bugs were disgusting. We were told the murphy bed was broken when we checked in and maintenance couldn't fix it until the next day. The showers are dirty and small. The whole place is smaller than the pics look. The AC is a portable unit in the bedroom and the one in the living room blows right on your face on the murphy bed. It does not have central air. Glad we were only there 3 nights, we won't stay here again.

This condo was a great place for our family’s one-week stay. We appreciated having 3 beds (not the easiest to find in Hawaii) and a place to cook meals. The lanai is huge and has a great view. This condo is ideally located closest to the ocean and is a quick walk across the street to a beach.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. It was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and with a real tropical feel. Sitting on the lanai was blissful as I watched and listened to the water fountain across the garden. I would love to stay here again. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!
