The property location is unbeatable. Conveniently located next to Napili Bay which was the best beach we found during our stay. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook and dine-in. The full size fridge makes it easy to store perishables or the Napili Market is a quick 2 minute drive. The Gazebo restaurant is on property which serves a great breakfast or lunch if you don't feel like cooking. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an intimate and great place to stay in the Napili/Kapaula area.

I spent a lot of time researching a place to stay in Maui. I am really glad we decided on the Napili Shores condo.
The condo was very clean and the view was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and had extras like a complete set of Tupperware (which was great for bringing snacks to the beach). They also provided a good amount of towels, which was much appreciated.
Our favorite part was the location. There is access to Napili Bay right from the property. Napili Bay was amazing- great place to snorkel, swim, and to lay on the beach. We saw turtles almost every day.
We did not use the pools, but they were nice. We visited the first week of April and there was plenty of seating around the pools and they were not too crowded. The grounds were also well kept and felt very safe.
The Gazebo restaurant draws quite a crowd. People start lining up an hour before it opens and it remains full until around 1pm. Since it is right next to the pool, people would get to go orders and eat it by the poolside. Families would also use the chairs by the pool while waiting. We didn't really use the pool, so this did not bother me, but something to consider if you enjoy using the pool in the morning. Also, there are two pools, so if this bothered you, you could always use the upper pool.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The views from the deck were amazing. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a place to stay in Maui.

Great location for our first time staying on this part of the island. A 3 minute walk for us down to the beach. Lovely to hear the ocean from the unit as well.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was the perfect size, clean and updated. Plus the location was idyllic! The view from the lanai was gorgeous! It's a short (only a few minutes) walk to a lovely beach. The grounds were well maintained and we enjoyed eating at both of the restaurants on site. I hope to come back again some day to visit again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Napili Shores Resort on Napili Bay. The renovated unit was a lovely home base as we explored all of the nearby bays and their beaches for swimming and snorkeling. We appreciated the clean, comfortable bed and kitchen, with beach chairs, umbrella and towels that were used each day of our stay. The property has 2 lovely pools, lots of nice green space and we dined at both restaurants. We enjoyed the close proximity to Kapalua Bay and the Coastal Trail. This is close to the grocery store and nearby good restaurants: Joey's Kitchen in Napili Plaza was our favourite for casual dining, and the Banyan Tree restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton was our favourite high-end meal. We would love to return some day!

We have stayed at Napili Shores over a dozen times, and this unit was as good as any we have stayed in. Unfortunately they were replacing the roof during our stay and we were not notified of this until a couple days before our arrival.

The property was clean and the location was perfect. Steps away from Gazebo and Napili beach it was perfect for our short stay. Close to supermarkets and food trucks too!
We couldn’t enjoy the property too much because we were out and about but it’s fully equipped.
Parking was a bit challenging but apart from that perfect!

After our week long stay, we think Napili Shores is the BEST place to stay in West Maui. Prime location - steps away from Honokeana Bay (for excellent snorkeling), Napili Beach, and the excellent Gazebo restaurant. The lanai has a beautiful view, but sunset was best by the pool. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is large. Check in and out we're smooth and easy.

We had a nice time at this condo in Napili. The view is beautiful and we had our breakfast every morning on the lanai. The condo is perfect for two people with most everything you need. I would have liked a better, larger pan/skillet for cooking.. We also stayed for 8 nights and had two towels each so I would have appreciated more towels. The response time from management was lacking the first few days after arriving. No one informed us they were tree trimming and blocked off half the parking. We had to find street parking. I messaged management on two occasions and didn’t get a response for days. That was quite frustrating. But despite the lack of communication our stay was nice. There is a restaurant in front, Kitchen 5315, and they had delicious mai tais and chicken wings. Go at happpy hour! The weather is cooler on this part of the island and it rained a lot the last day we were there, but it was a nice reprieve from the warmer Lahaina weather. By car, getting to Lahaina took about 20 minutes. You are walking distance to a nice cove where we took our own gear and snorkeled. If you are a golfer, Kapalua Golf Course is about 5 min away and Kaanapali GC about 15 min away. Overall a nice stay and would stay here again.

Best vacation - after a long pandemic this was the most relaxing we could have wished for! The condo was just like in the photos and super clean and well equipped. Our favorite part was the view from the patio - we had dinner out there every night. The keyless entry was wonderful- so easy to come and go! The bed was surprisingly very comfortable! The Gazebo for breakfast was the best and getting snorkeling gear on the property was so easy! We loved snorkeling Napili bay and Kapalua bay - finding those beautiful turtles was our favorite part! We hope to be back soon!

Our extended family stayed in Napili Bay and this condo provided a wonderful accommodation for me and my husband. We were able to host a dinner space for 4 couples one evening. We took turns eating at 4 places within this bay and really enjoyed the proximity to family. We had not all been together in Hawaii since 1983 so really loved this time together. The condo was beautiful and we are really sorry that it isn’t available for the same time next year. We will be all getting together next year if health allows it. The condo was everything (and more) that we hoped it would be. We have stayed in numerous locations over the years, and this is one of the best. We are avid snorkelers and we loved the easy walk to Napili Beach next door or to the small cove (full of turtles) on the other side of us. The resort is maintained at a high quality, with pools and grills for cooking always clean. The condo itself was a clean and comfortable efficiency, fully equipped for what you need (except oven pans...which we did not find). The beach equipment of chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, and towels was everything we needed. We loved the many pieces of art, the unbeatable view, the comfort and cleanliness. Am definitely recommending this condo to our friends.

We liked the view from patio and the beach items that were available for us to use. The only small complaint would be the location of the TV. We only watch it while we're trying to fall asleep but couldn't see it from bed.

This was an amazing condo! It was absolutely beautiful inside, super clean, it was cozy. The view of the ocean is beautiful. I love all the decor. The bed was comfortable. The boogie boards and beach towels and umbrella and beach chairs were so helpful to have. The location is awesome. There were turtles in the bay at the beach of the resort every day! All we had to do was walk through the court yard to the bay to see turtles. The on site Kitchen 5315 had really good food! The town of Napili is like two minutes drive and has some good food options, we ate at Joey's kitchen and it was yummy. This restaurant was also featured on Diners Drive Ins and Dives. The Napili coffee store has good coffee and really good breakfast items like quiche and pastries, I recommend the banana Mac nut muffin. The condo is about fifteen minutes from Lahaina which has a ton of shopping and the Old Lahaina front street which is a must do on any trip to Maui. Definitely will stay here again on future trips!!

This is an excellent rental for various reasons. Short drive to Lahaina, but far enough away (~15 min drive) where you’re not right in the middle of all of the crowded shops/beaches/restaurants. We went to Lahaina daily, but it was so nice to head back to our spot and get a little peace during the sunsets and dinner. You’re right on Nipili Bay, which was never too crowded. We were always able to find a spot moderately spaced out from the surrounding beach goers. Good snorkeling too, we saw multiple turtles each day. The kitchen was a very useful part of the property. We made breakfast every morning and ate on the de k overlooking the ocean. We even cooked dinner one night on the gas grills they have outside. Good way to enjoy the surroundings and save some money. Management was always very easy to get ahold of and so accommodating. We’ve already recommended this spot to our friends coming in September. We’d stay here again anytime.
