Absolutely amazing property! Smaller complex so it was less busy. Clean, well maintained, our unit was beautiful. Air Conditioning was excellent in our unit and cooled our unit down quickly. Amazing trip.

My wife and I enjoyed this beautiful property by the beach. At night you can sleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. It’s calm & safe. The place comes with beach chairs, nice kitchen, and outdoor grills. The only thing I wish was better was the beach. Yes you can swim but it’s not as blue and clear as some of the pictures show. We chose to drive to other beaches for snorkling. Other than that, beautiful place.

This stay was perfect. It was my BD so my sweetie of 42 years celebrated in your perfect condo. Small but feels bigger. The bed was soooo confortable too and my honey and I had my own bathroom.. Yeah!!! We will be back sooner rather than later.. For sure! Maholo.

This Kihei condo was a joy to stay in. 180 degree ocean view from kitchen, living room and lanai can't be beat. So beautiful. Easily walk past lounge area to the beach in just steps. BBQs are expertly kept clean and functional. I got fresh ono and opah at Costco and had a feast with a few other family members staying in the area one evening. Just across the road is a fresh farmers market, bakery and shave ice store. This is an ideal location. The grounds were cleaned and tidied each morning. The condo is well stocked with cooking and eating gear. Maybe I'm spoiled, but having an ocean front unit, with the sound of waves on the beach at night to fall asleep to, is well worth any cost premium. Both full bathrooms are large and make simultaneous cleaning up easy for multiple people. We hope to be back again soon!

Our room was amazing, view couldn’t have been any better. I loved the smaller size of the complex, kitchen was well stocked with quality items. My only advise is room darkening shades for the bedroom, few screens are missing from some windows. We had AC but never used it. Also there is a huge home right next store that played movies Friday and Saturday evenings which were quite loud, also was a wedding one night with loud music. We have been coming to Maui for many years and this room is one we’d return to.

What an amazing location that is low key but central to everything you want to do! We had an amazing time here. Just a short walk will take you to some of the best malasadas (Portuguese donuts) & shaved ice on the island. The views are amazing and the beach is so soft! This is a must stay location!

Out of all the places I’ve stayed, this place was by far the best! Clean, quiet, and the most perfect view of the ocean! The balcony is great for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. I also loved not having to tote my own beach chair/umbrella as they were already set up and ready to go on the lawn! I will go back in a heartbeat!

The condo was perfectly located for venturing around the island. Just a short walk down the beach to an awesome little bakery, shave ice and farmers market. The condo was very well equipped with everything you need, and the overall grounds were super clean and tidy. There was a spot to store our paddle boards which was great. Beach was nice and calm in the sun early mornings, tending to be pretty windy most days though. We would stay here again!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary in Maui. This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect! I felt we were a central location to everything. Who needs a soundscape machine when you can sleep to the lulling crash of the waves and wake up to the beautiful view everyday? The bed was super comfortable! We would stay here again!

My wife and I tremendously enjoyed our stay in this oceanfront condo. We had an amazing time enjoying our coffee and coconut cream pie from Sugar Beach Bakery (only a 5 minute walk) on the balcony every morning while watching the waves crash on the beach just below us. Then every evening going to sleep listening to the sounds of the ocean. Very clean throughout, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

The only negative to this property was the way one of the Board Members spoke to me. He was rude, condescending,abrupt, and the profanity he used was not enjoyable to hear. He acted like a man with a big power ego.Other than having to deal with him and his rudeness, the condo, and the grounds were spectacular.In thirty years going to Maui, I have never been spoken to in that manner. I would not go back to that property because of him. I don't spend that kind of money to relax and enjoy myself to listen to someone speak to people like that.

My wife and I traveled to the Nani Kai Hale for our babymoon. We had such a wonderful time at this property. Just as advertised. Right on the beach where you can walk for miles. Tucked away from the touristy spots of Wailea and Lahaina but close enough for an easy drive. Well appointed kitchen with spices. There was a sense of community at the complex as people have been coming here for years. We felt very safe from a Covid perspective. We will 100% be looking forward to our next stay at the Nani Kai Hale!

Amazing beachfront property, that is in immaculate condition. We were surprised that there weren't many people on our stretch of the beach during our entire stay. The other people staying at the property were few and far between. Close enough to town, but far enough away from the tourist spots. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This was a gift to our son and his wife for there honeymoon in Maui . This review is written by parents of the honeymooners by there stay at this place. This condo is in the best location for getting to the main highways and attractions on Maui. The view from the lanai is straight off a postcard. We loved spending time sunning and lounging in the yard, just off the sand. The condo had everything we needed and was the perfect getaway. We hope we get to come back someday and we would love to stay here again.

This was our first trip to Maui and our first time using vrbo! Everything went smoothly and by day 2 we were calling this spot home! The ocean view is amazing, a nice quiet spot! We ended up loving sugar beach the most because it is less crowded and the sand is so soft! It is conveniently located to everything with just a short drive to the shops and restaurants. Also if you are looking to have beach chairs, cooler, or snorkel gear there is a shop next door where you can easily rent them! Def 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend. We hope to make it back to Maui soon and would stay here again! :)

We had a delightful stay! Furnishings were comfortable but they didn't crowd the rooms so it was very relaxing. We liked that we couldn't hear the highway traffic from the unit but it was close and easy to get on those roads to go off on our adventures. The grounds, lounge chairs, pool, gates, etc. were all clean and well-maintained so absolutely no complaints. We also were treated to listening to the semi-weekly lūʻau they had next door! Wonderful, would recommend A209 every time.

This was a little gem! The location of this spot alone made it!!! The condo provides everything that you need and the view of the ocean is unbeatable. The outdoor lawn was so nice for laying by the beach while still under an umbrella! Just lovely!
