Welcome to our Maui Dreamin’ ~ Mana Kai #304” – The sun, sand, smells and pristine blue green ocean is just what the doctor ordered!
The Mana Kai #304, an ocean front, updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo right on the tip of Keawakapu Beach, which is conveniently located between South Kihei and Wailea. Each bedroom boasts an amazing ocean view. Watch the sun rise over the mountains and the sun set over the beach from your own large private lanai. The sound of the waves will help send you into dreamland each night.
We are new owners of unit #304 and will be assisting you with this booking. After visiting Maui many times over the past 30 years, and staying all over the island, the past few years have always brought us back to the Mana Kai, which is ideally positioned with amazing access to the best beaches, hikes, surfing, scuba, snorkeling, restaurants, shopping, and all that Maui has to offer. We often stay in our unit and take pride in the cleanliness and comfort it has to offer.
Our unit has been recently refreshed with all new bedding, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella’s. There are 3 ceiling fans and 2 A/C units to keep you cool and comfortable. The condo is open, airy and well stocked with all things needed for a relaxing and worry-free vacation. The unit will be supplied with starter toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and make-up towels. There is also a portable crib, highchair, ironing board with iron and a drying rack to use if needed.
A hide-a-bed is in the living room. Please indicate if you intend to use this and bedding will be provided upon request.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a maximum of 5 guests total, which includes infants.
The front door to our unit is situated between the elevators and the stairs. If you do not feel like waiting or taking the elevator, being on the 3 floor makes the ease of using the stairway very handy.
The Mana Kai offers many amenities that make this condo building unique from the rest. This complex hosts an activities center to book all your on-island excursions, a business center and a gym. Like stated before, the restaurant will be under construction for a few months, but will be amazing once it reopens.
If you do not feel like heading out to grab food or groceries, no problem! Door dash and Instacart work perfectly here with contact free delivery.
Each floor has a laundry room - debit card or quarters can be used. A quarter machine is located in the basement of the building across from the elevators. The garbage chute is also located in the laundry area. There are also BBQ’s on the ground floor for your grilling needs. You will have your own designated parking spot and the Mana Kai has 24-hour security.
Check in and Check out are easy – upon arrival you are given a door code for your use and when your time to leave us is over, just close the door leaving rested and rejuvenated.
TRAVEL & PRE-FLIGHT TESTING:
**As of 3/26/2022 all Covid travel restrictions to the state of Hawaii have been lifted.**
However, it is always a good idea before traveling to Maui, be sure to check the latest Hawaii travel policies. Please note that each island’s policy can differ slightly so please check specifically to Maui. See travel.hawaii.gov for the latest information.
CLEANING AND SANITATION:
We know that for our guests to be able to relax while on vacation, they will want to know that our condo has been properly cleaned and disinfected by qualified personnel. In Mana Kai #304, we have hired a cleaning team that is CDC approved and CDC compliant. Their cleaners have been trained to CDC standards and they use CDC approve cleaning materials. They have implemented additional cleaning procedures to ensure that these standards are being met. The safely of our guests come first!
