Parking Notes: There will be a parking pass in the condo at the time of check-in; you must go to the main lobby to register the car. All vehicles must have parking permits which may be obtained at the lobby office or from any employee if not already provided in your unit. Each unit is restricted to one parking space. Such spaces are not assigned, park anywhere in the Kuhio Shores parking lot. In the evening a big flock of parakeets descends on the trees surrounding the parking lot, where they spend the night. As a result, all cars parked under the branches (either the shower trees close to the entrance, or the palms trees along the side of the road that doesn’t look like they could hold many birds) will be covered in bird poop in the morning. Please park away from any branches. Generally parking in the middle of the parking lot, except under the shower trees is fine, as are the spots between the palm trees. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
