Loved waking up or winding down at this condo. We were able to sit on the lanai eating dinner one night watching sea turtles. We also were able to walk to some shops and get some delicious ice cream! Location was great!
Only complaints: there were some areas of thick dust in the bathroom and the walls are very thin. We had a very noisy neighbor one night that really destroyed our sleep.

This is a beautiful home in a crazy-beautiful location. I had a magical stay here. The water and mountain energies and views were extraordinary. The place was super-clean and updated and it’s so close to everything that I needed as well. It is also a few steps from a snorkeling beach with abundant sea life everywhere. And the people at the complex were friendly and respectful. I will definitely book again. As a matter of fact, I had family staying at a resort a few miles away who immediately booked and paid for a place in this building for next year when they saw this place. Amazing. Thank you!

Property was clean, conveniently located - walkable to Baby Beach and Shopping center with restaurants. Great sunsets from next door The Beach House restaurant.
AC in bedroom and living room. Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, snorkel gear provided.
Disappointed that grill is located in parking lot near the enclosed garbage area. Had no issues with bird poop and parking.

We LOVED this rental. We left our screen door open and loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and Hawaii. The space was comfortable, clean and had what we needed!
Location was AMAZING! There is a great restaurant next door and easy snorkel, surfing and body board rental as well. The beach next door was great for snorkeling and surfing. We saw sea turtles from our balcony everyday. We were a short 5 minute drive from a few more restaurants, beaches and shops that we enjoyed.
Would definitely stay again!

This is our 4th time staying in Kauai and by far, this is my favorite condo to stay in. The location is absolutely perfect! The view is amazing and being on the 2nd floor was great. Very comfortable unit, with everything you need, good bed, good water pressure, very quiet, no parking problems, just a wonderful stay. This place is exactly as portrayed in the listing and we will be repeat visitors in the future.

The property was well maintained, the kitchen was well equipped and the management was responsive to a couple of small requests. It's well located near shops, restaurants and beaches. We liked this unit because it faced east and the afternoon sun wasn't blinding; we had seen this detail in another review. Folks walk downstairs and enjoy beautiful sunsets on the lawn. One detail of note: there is no swimming pool; we prefer the ocean and there are two snorkeling spots adjacent to the property. We would stay there again.

We arrived late at night after flight delay and key code entry did not work. It took almost two more hours and several calls ( I assume to the mainland) to get local person who could provide lockbox key code and get in. Need better local support. Also requested broom and dustpan (sand…) and the promised drop off never happened.The unit is lovely but need local staff that can respond quickly.

Nice ocean view, good location, quality furnishings and well-maintained. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Small but enjoyable beach next to property. Had one minor maintenance request during our stay regarding Wi-Fi, and Vacasa sent someone out in less than an hour. Would definitely rent again.

This is a cute condo with a beautiful view of the ocean.This place was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.They even provided beach chairs and towels.The sunsets are absolutely stunning from the beach that was right behind the condos.The location is perfect as it's in south shore and only 5-7mins away from our fav Poi'pu beach.We loved our stay here and would be coming back soon.

Simply amazing! From the new/modern updates, overall cleanliness and the breathtaking views right on the water, this place was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed waking up on the water each morning, enjoying our coffee and watching the sea turtles. As someone who has been going to Kauai for over 25 years, this listing was unprecedented and truly a hidden gem. We look forward to coming back very soon :)

We have stayed at Kuhio Shores before, but we really liked this condo better since the lanai was facing East and it wouldn't get hot in the afternoons so we spent hours sitting outside. Vacasa communications and extra touches were greatly appreciated. Will definitely go back soon!

If you’re looking to enjoy it sure is a beautiful South Kauai without her behaving of roosters chiming in to your dreams in the a.m., consider a stay here. Much more enjoyable than the resorts and you get to skip hobnobbing with resort types. Win win in this jolly fellow’s opinion!

This condo has the most magical view on the south shore. We saw numerous sea turtles off the balcony each evening. It is centrally located among gorgeous beaches and restaurants. The condo itself is cozy, air conditioned, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer, Would 10/10 recommend staying here while in south Kauai.

We absolutely loved our stay! the condo is beautiful, clean and updated. we loved watching the sea turtles on the lanai every afternoon. wonderful hospitality, welcomed with snacks and a bottle of wine in the fridge! also great location - quieter, away from the larger resorts, and very close to amazing restaurants. would absolutely stay again!

Perfect location. Beautiful view. Ice cold AC and fans within. There’s a little beach with great snorkeling right next to the building. Condo has a few sets of snorkel gear, a beach tent, a boogey board. Beach House restaurant is right next to the building as well, great happy hour with perfect views from 2:30 to 4:30. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

We had an amazing time. This was our first time on the island, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed beautiful but private views of the bay. The place was stocked with the essentials. It was perfect for a base camp between adventures or as a place for some needed R&R. We would definitely love to come back!

Everything worked perfectly here--easy check-in (could even be done in the dark, if you arrive late), well-designed condo with all the amenities you need, and all in good order. Perfect for two people or a family with small kids. We watched turtles in the morning from our balcony feeding on the rocks below us. Easy parking, convenient location to get anywhere on the island. We'll be back.
