Swim, lounge, and snorkel at the fabulous Mana Kai Maui Resort, the jewel at the end of one of Maui’s best beaches! The Mana Kai Maui Resort uniquely offers all the advantages of a condo vacation, but with the added amenities of a resort hotel. Choose from condominium or hotel-style accommodations. The condominiums include one and two-bedroom suites, complete with well-equipped kitchens and private lanais. In-room safes and free high-speed WiFi access are also available. Comfortable hotel-style suites with full baths are also available just steps away from the ocean. You'll also have access to two gas grills and laundry facilities available on the property. While our amenities do not include poolside towel service, our condo and hotel suites are equipped with beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Take advantage of the resort atmosphere with special features including free parking, a pool, open air dining with lounge, yoga classes with Maui Yoga Path, a fitness center, an activities center, a gift shop, a general store, a business center with computers, and conference/meeting facilities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the view from our room! Bed was very comfortable. Internet service was not good. We had plenty of towels however they were black and they would leave lint all over us. Kitchen was well stocked.

We loved view from the lanai and access to beach, both are fantastic. Also loved easy access to Netflix with 2 large new flat panel TVs.

I cannot with good intentions recommend this property or management company to anyone. We were woken up the first day by loud jackhammering and demolishing. We were able to ring out this loud demolition would occur daily from 9-12 and 1-4. The second day we had the water shut off for a period of time. None of this was communicated to us. I spent hours on the phone and on hold to try to get someone to assist. Mostly got the runaround and was promised more than 6 times a manager from the local team would call which still hasn’t happened. I was able to speak to someone who did end up crediting a portion of our stay but just not worth the stress and agrivation.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect spot for our family and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Great location on the 7th floor with wonderful views of the beach. The unit had everything we would need for preparing meals to enjoying the incredible ocean and beach. Close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Kihei is a great central location and the Mana Kai is a true Gem. We love Maui and we can’t wait to return to enjoy it once again.

Beautiful property, doors slamming were a little loud, next to elevator. As long as you stay on the balcony it is perfect. We got nailed by a tropical storm, but on the better days perfect beach access as well as park and lava rocks. You cannot beat the view.

Great property and condo. Beautiful view. My only suggestion would be to have a few beach chairs and umbrella available in the unit. We had to rent them. Other than that just spectacular.

Nicely appointed with great view. My only comments to improve:
Provide entry, kitchen and bath rugs. You constantly have sandy feet with no where to wipe feet.
Beach chairs & umbrella would be a big plus. Had to buy our own. Big cost for 4 people..
