For the price updates are needed. Provide a decent couch to sit on. Ran out of TP and thereās no recycling? The wood blinds were very dirty same with the walls and drapes. The jacuzzi was dirty this time and why not heat the pool by the Gazebo? Turn it into another jacuzzi

There was a mix up at first and the condo wasnāt cleaned from the previous guests the night we arrived. So rough night but got taken care of the next morning and was cleaned very nicely. After that, the place was awesome! Great location, well equipped, easy parking. Hands down a place weād go back to!

What started out as a vacation nightmare was handled quickly and professionally. Upon arrival, I learned that roofing was being done on the building we were staying in, Entering, I found that the condo had a layer of fine black grit on every flat surface. I called the cleaning person who said she had cleaned the condo that morning and that, even if she came and cleaned now, it would be covered in grit from the roofing again the next day. Tired and unable to find Marlene's contact info, I (we) spent the first night there but contacted her early the next morning. I told her I was concerned that the roofing debris was toxic so I needed to move out. She was appalled and very upset. It seems she had received notice of the roofing project 3 weeks earlier and had done her due diligence by calling the resort management and asking if it would impact guests. She was given assurance that it would not.
She immediately worked with the management to secure me a different condo in another building on the lovely property. She also refunded my money, minus some fees. We were able to move and get resettled by noon that same day. Joanne, at the front desk, was an angel in facilitating the whole thing.
It was my first experience with VRBO andit could have soured me if not for Marlene being so helpful, acting so quickly, refunding my money and being very professional and ethical in the process.

Property location outstanding. Napili Shores is a great place to stay. Beautiful views and quiet and relaxing atmosphere. This unit needs some TLC, some repairs needed: no rubber garbage disposal guard, electrical outlet by sink and stove not working. Toilet tank runs, leaky bathroom sink faucet on the right. Little closet/storage space
due to cleaning and maintenance items: tools, paints, cleaning solvent. Needs lightbulb on desk lamp. Other than these little things, our stay at Napili Shores was outstanding. We love this area of the islands and plan to return again.

We had a great stay at this condo. The view was gorgeous and it comfortably fit our family of 4. We used Maui Baby Rentals and the pack-n-play fit perfectly in the bedroom with us. The location could not have been better with napili bay beach access right across the lawn, and Honokeana bay down the trail offered us 20+ sea turtle sightings while snorkeling! The only piece of our trip that was a bummer was that an unexpected roofing project was being done for the majority of our stay, and during our kidsā nap time there was quite a racket. The host made things right for the inconvenience. We would come back again!

Napili is beautiful, we have visited many times. The unit we stayed in this time was in much need of deep cleaning or updating. We tried using the vacuum but the smell that it gave off was unbearable. Its in a great location but needs work.

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was in a perfect location, just a short distance to napili bay and at low tide you can check out the tide pools right in front of the condo. The view from the lanai is even better than the photos. Perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely return!

Weāve been to Napili Shores many times, and the first time staying at Marleneās place. Everything was clean and tidy, and the provided beach chairs and boogie boards were handy. Marlene was very responsive and helpful.

This unit was spectacular. The view of the ocean feels ocean front, since nothing obstructs the view. Others have stated that this unit feels dated, but I thought it was clean and cute. The furniture is standard throughout the other units I saw, and the sofa was comfy for a pull-out.
I highly recommend this unit. Also, the property itself was fantastic. The ocean front sunsets were unbelievable, the Napili Bay next door was beautiful, and the hot tub and pools were great. Do not hesitate to book this property.
There is also a snorkel/boogie board rental place on property. Don't bother booking in advance--the onsite place is great!

We love the relaxed vibe of the area, the beaches, the walking paths.
This unit was perfect for two parents and two adult children. Canāt say enough about the view and the beds are comfy and the shower was fabulous.

We had a great time at the Williams Condo, they had everything we needed and the property was gorgeous. The wifi was a little tough as none of the passwords worked, and the front desk didn't tell me they wrote the correct one on the key envelope, but it all worked out.

Let the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep! Great location with view of the ocean, short walk to Napili Beach (note- the beach is getting quite steep between tides). Order To Go from The Gazebo, lines were crazy each day (shortest on Saturday). New restaurant 5315 is good but dining is indoor only.
The unit was immaculate - clean and well equipped. Check cabinets for spices and oils before you go grocery shopping. Resort BBQ just a short walk. Mahalo for sharing your beautiful condo!
PS: people have commented about it being dated - yes, the kitchen cabinets are older but everything is well kept up and clean. The bed was great! Make sure to open the louvers in the bedroom and to the patio for a great cool down at night and to hear the ocean at night! Skip the a/c!

This condo was absolutely perfect. It was exactly as advertised- easily slept two kids on the pull outs that were comfortable as well as a king master. The room had some basic beach stuff and good kitchen setup . The lanai had a great view of the water. Great property with rocky shoreline out front but a 3 minute walk to a great sandy beach. Highly recommended this!

We had a wonderful stay at Napili Shores! When we arrived I contacted Marlene because 3 of the 4 beach chairs were broken. She messaged us right back and had us rent two chairs for our stay. She will be reimbursing us any day now for the $40 rental fee and a few days before we left, new chairs were dropped off.

H263 is a great location, but is the most outdated unit we have stayed in in Napili Shores. It was difficult to connect to internet because owner's information sheet had the incorrect Wi-Fi information, as well as other informational errors. The unit was not cleaned well (dirt on top of the refrigerator,
around trash can and had dirty dishes in the cupboard.) The dresser drawers in the bedroom slid open by themselves and would not stay closed throughout our entire stay. Disappointing and definitely in need of a makeover.

You canāt beat the location! I was there with my 2 adult daughters and we did everything from snorkel, dine, shop, have a spa day, surf and sit on the beach and watch the sunset without even using our car!
The only time we drove was to see waterfalls on the road to Hana and that was Knutson an hour away. We will definitely be back!

This is the perfect little family get away! We stayed for 10 days and had a blast. Maui Baby Rentals supplied us with a crib which fit nicely in the bedroom. My 4 year old was able to sleep on the pull out couch which was very comfortable in comparison to other pull outs Iāve slept on. We had other family members staying here and noticed that all other condos were updated and renovated. While this unit is not updated in terms of kitchen or furniture, the furniture was in great condition and worked well. One of the beach chairs at the unit was broke which we didnāt know until we got to the beach, so make sure to test them out before you leave for the day. There were two boogie boards there as well although we didnāt use them. Note that this is a no service room, so Napili Shores will not change out your towels or clean the unit. We used the on site laundry room, however the washers/dryers are quite expensive and there was a long wait at times. Best to plan ahead for your laundry so you donāt get stuck in a pinch. Overall this place was perfect for our little family of four!! We used the stove top daily and the kitchen was stocked with supplies. The dishwasher was starting to rust inside so we chose to hand wash all of our dishes, which was no problem for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything that we wanted we got from the location. Snorkeling was incredible, excellent view. Didnāt enjoy the daily line up at the Gazebo restaurant for our daily morning lanai view. Coin laundry didnāt work. The room furnishings are dated but everything worked. We recommend this area for the location.

Napili Shores is a great location and this unit is well situated. Great views and wonderful breezes. We enjoyed meals on the Lanai and would return. Unit is well stocked (my sons appreciated the boogie boards) and we were able to make most meals in.

This is the second time we stayed at Marleneās lovely condo at Napili Shores. We appreciate so much about this place including the things like the view, and that there were beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards there for our use. I also greatly appreciate how quick and easy it is to communicate with Marlene. She does a great job to ensure we enjoy our stay. Also, since our visit just prior to the pandemic, the property has a new restaurant ā5315 Restaurantā which is really good and affordable. Mahalo Marlene.

When we arrived the room wasnāt ready. It didnāt have any towels or bedding. We arrived late and had to call the cleaning person to bring bedding. The AC didnāt work when we arrived. Finally on the 5th day the owner finally got the AC repair company to come out and fix it. After I told her we would need to leave if it wasnāt fixed. We had to give up one of our vacation mornings to wait on the person to fix the AC. I thought we wouldnāt have needed the AC but the neighbors were very loud and we wanted to close the windows. The owner was responsive in her emails about the problem, but I would asked for a refund or compensation and she didnāt respond to this request. When you pay for AC you are expecting that it will work.

We showed up and checked in however upon entering the suite we realized the cleaning people didn't come and do their job. We had to go out for dinner and change plans while the cleaning staff came which was a major disruption. We were offered a gift certificate to the restaurant however had to follow up multiple times with the owner to receive it.

This property has a wonderful location at Napili Shores. The balcony has a nice view of Napili bay and a beautiful lawn and garden view. The unit was clean and the kitchen well equipped. It has beach chairs umbrellas and toys. We especially enjoyed walks on the Kapalua Coastal Trail nearby. A lovely place to stay in Maui!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a kid friendly place with many activities to keep their interest. The grounds are beautiful! The condo itself is very clean, organized, and contains enough cleaning supplies (ie vacuum, windex, broom,etc) for us to use to keep it clean during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, and cooking items to allow us to cook our own meals. I do feel the photos were accurate as we had a beautiful view, and I would definitely recommend it to any friends or family. We will plan on returning to this condo at Napili Shores again soon. I can't thank the owners enough for their help and the use of their condo during our stay on Maui. Mahalo

Our family recently stayed at this one bedroom condo at Napili Shores and had a wonderful time. The condo itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had a very functional layout. The trade winds kept it nice and cool. There were beach chairs to use, towels, a couple of sand toys, and a boogie board. The lanai has a fabulous view of the ocean and the grounds. The complex was quiet and very well-maintained. The kids loved the garden pool and the beach at Napili. The location offers a lot. There are beautiful beaches nearby (Napili, Kapalua, D.T. Fleming) with good swimming and great snorkelling. You are still close enough to drive to the Ka'anapali resort for swimming, shopping, or eating but far enough to be away from the craziness of all those huge hotels. The owners were great to work with - flexible, responsive and easy to access. I am saving my money for a return trip and would absolutely book this unit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Unit at Napili Shores. This condo and resort was everything we could have hoped for on our vacation. What a wonderful place to stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, one of the best we have ever rented. The view from the lanai was better than we had hoped and we loved having our breakfast on it every morning. What a wonderful way to start your day! The beach chairs were very much appreciated and used everyday. The swimming, snorkeling and beach in Napili Bay was great. The highlight was the snorkeling with the turtles in the next cove. The resort is very private and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Lahania and Kaanapali but close enough for shopping and resturants. The unit is immaculate, nicely furnished, and well stocked with everything you would need - kitchen supplies, beach towels and chairs, and extra linens. But the best part of the condo is the ocean view! It is spectacular.

Our first time to Maui and it was a great vacation for our family of four. The condo was wonderful, well e-quipped, and the view from the lanai was beautiful. We enjoyed the beach and the pool, easy access to everything we needed for a relaxing time. I took my 3 children for a wonderul family vacation to Maui, and Napili Shores was a great home base for us. The resort is very family friendly and very well maintained. The condo is very well appointed and the views from the lanai are second to none. The location is perfect - very close to all amenities - groceries, restaurants, snorkelling, tours and adventures. The owner is easy to deal with - prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Napili Shores, and would love to return.

We had a fabulous holiday in Maui! We really enjoyed your condo as well. It was clean, spacious, and perfectly located near the water. It was a much more quiet, relaxing atmosphere than we felt among some of the high rise condos we explored while we were there. The weather was perfect - only a few nights and one afternoon of rain. And we tried out a lot of the activities there - helicoptor ride, zip-lining, a Hawaiin Luau, snorkelling, and the drive to Hana.
So yes, it was a very enjoyable 2 weeks, and I think we will go again sometime! Thanks again for the use of your place!

I would definitely recommend this condo. We stayed here with our two teenage boys and there was enough room for all of us. Very clean and in good condition - everything was there that we could think of wanting. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view and location were excellent. Turtles swimming among the rocks just in front of the condos and whales swimming by, a view of the ocean and pool, and a great beach just steps away. Everyone was very friendly and lots of families around. Only drawback for us was noisy construction next door but good news for others is that it must be done by now!

Our condo was really nicely furnished.I thought I'd
died and gone to heaven when we reached Napili
Bay. We couldn't have asked for a better location in
Napili. The view from our lanai was breathtaking!
We just sat back relaxed and watched the sunsets,
whales and sipped our wine. We will certainly return
to this Paradise again.
