Stayed as a family of four. Everything was great! Amazing location to be able to walk out to the grounds. We ate every meal outside, had more then enough beach gear supplied including chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel gear and a cooler. We grilled out one day for lunch and was really impressed with all the pools and beach access. Great communication with owner when needed. We will definitely aim to stay back at this condo if we are lucky enough to make another trip to Maui.

The unit was nice and sleeps up to 5. We had 4 persons and felt too cramped for our style. Recommend no more than 3. The beach is a little hike, not bad but its not like an ocean front walk. The Gazebo resturant food and service are excellent. Greatly appreciate the unit beach accessories such as chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. A wagon would be ideal. Overall, it was still a nice trip in paradise.

Our family had an amazing time at Napili Shores. The condo is in a great location for trips to the pool. Everything we needed for trips to the beach was provided, so we didn’t need to rent snorkel gear.

This unit and location was my most favorite place I’ve stayed in Maui in the last 25 years I’ve been visiting. I loved that the unit was steps away from the pool but still had tranquility and privacy. Napili beach is truly the best. Waking up to breakfast at fhe Gazebo (which is also steps away) and then visiting the morning turtles was amazing. We snorkeled, swam with turtles, and enjoyed amazing sunsets. The owner was wonderful and communicative. Will definitely be returning. (Also, the a/c and houseware, beach gear, and kitchen extras were amazing!)

I think our experience in the room might be a little different as we spent an excessive amount of time in the room because our 18 month old got a double ear infection on day 3 of 10, so we were in the room A LOT. The location to the BBQ, pool, Gazebo, and beach are all really awesome. Aside from the great location the AC works really well and I've never stayed at a place with such smooth louvered windows or standard windows. There are tons of beach items, so I'd recommend checking all of this out before renting anything. The kitchen has all the amenities you need.
At one point there was no hot water in the building but the response from the hotel was prompt and it was corrected within an hour of reporting the issue. You have to love a place that can correct an issue quickly.
Unfortunately, the bathroom fan was broken, which early in the week didn't seem like a problem, but when we started taking warm showers to break up our daughters congestion it did make the room muggy. Web knows and will be fixing it this week (12/5). The dishwasher seemed to have issues and kept throwing an E:25 error and would sometimes finish a cycle and sometimes not.
The one item that was a struggle was the bath mat. It is one of the memory foam ones and it was definitely at the end of its life cycle, we opted to use a regular towel.
The king size bed is great to have but is a little lumpy.
Honestly, I think all of these items likely would not have really even registered if we were able to utilize the awesome location and be out of the room more, but unfortunately we were in the room way more than expected.

Great area and a nice property. Unit great location close to the pool/jacuzzi and BBQ. Close walk to Napili beach and great little cabana for breakfast and lunch. Be prepared for long lines for breakfast and the macadamia nut pancakes!! We will definitely be back!

My mother, sister and I had a fantastic time at Napili . The unit is located close to the BBQ, upper pool and walking paths which made it very accessible for my elderly mother. The A/C units in the bedroom and living room were greatly appreciated. The fold -out beds were very comfortable. The king bed was superb! Take the patio chairs and sit on the grass just in front of the unit for a beautiful ocean view! I have stayed at Napili before, in several other units, and this one wonderful:)

This condo at Napili Shores is an absolute gem. The condo itself has quality furnishings ranging from a super comfortable king size bed to convertible and good quality couches. Kitchenware is also in great shape and all the appliances work perfectly. Web and Linda are wonderful hosts and we would jump at the chance to stay again.

I stayed with my three daughters and my partner (who arrived several days after the rest of us). I loved being so close to one of the pools and having a ground floor lanai. The apartment was lovely and fairly easy to get around in for my teen daughter who uses a wheelchair. The seat in the shower and handheld shower head were very helpful and meant we didn’t need to rent a mobility bath chair. The host was very easy to get hold of. Very recommended!

The rental had everything we needed to enjoy the area-beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels and fins, etc., which were great for going to the very nearby beaches (Kapalua Bay and DT Fleming). The location of this unit was excellent- steps away from the pool and parking and on the ground floor with a pretty garden view and lovely terrace that was shaded for most of the day. We had everything we needed, but it is not a luxury property or unit. The furnishings are a bit worn. The king bed was very comfortable, but the pullouts were not the best (but also kind of what you’d expect from a pullout). The kitchen was nicely stocked, but bedroom carpet had a slightly musty odor, which is probably partly due to the air conditioning that seemed to struggle to remove the humidity (fyi for more sensitive guests). In the end, we were certainly happy enough with the place and very much enjoyed the location and amenities the host provided.

We stayed at Napili Shores by Outrigger for a week plus. Web was always great with timely communication as we needed to push this trip during Covid. Web also followed up with us upon check-in to ensure we had what we needed. The unit is as described and one note to other travelers is that it is both good and bad that the gas grills are directly across from the lanai. This is not a deal breaker, and something to just keep in mind if you are looking for full seclusion. We will return.

Love Napili Shores. As our family has grown we need 1 bedroom and we have been trying different buildings at Napili Shores. Love the lanai access for kids (ground level) and love how close we were to upper pool and grills! Miss ocean front, but can’t ever complain being in Hawaii. Web and Linda were great with communication as I reached out a few times prior to trip and at end of trip. Place had everything we needed! Thank you!

Location was everything for this property! Steps away from Napili Bay with beautiful snorkeling (we saw sea turtles!) and just a short trip to Kapalua Bay with another great beach and snorkeling. Unit was comfortable for family of three and nice to have beach chairs and other gear provided. Great communication from host and check in/out was easy.

Web's condo was the perfect stay for myself and my two kids. The condo could not have been closer to the pool and was a short walk from the beautiful beach. The condo was quaint but had everything we needed: boogie boards, towels, umbrellas, etc. The complex was very family friendly and my son made a few friends at the pool. Web was incredibly friendly and helpful and even called before our trip with recommendations on restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Highly recommend!

We love Napili & the walk out access to the pool & bbq’s that were just outside the door. The condo grounds are beautiful with all sorts of beautiful flowers, trees & a koi pond. The beach is just a short walk & chairs, umbrellas & boogie boards were at the condo for use which was great. The snorkel gear wasn’t usable & so we had to rent our oun, which wasn’t a big deal. There was great snorkeling at Kapalua beach.
The shower was updated, which was nice. The tile in the bathroom & kitchen could use a good scrub or be replaced. We had cockroaches in the kitchen crawling on our food, which was less than desirable. I would think they should spray in between guests, but I’m guessing they did not. We were told that cockroaches were normal in tropical areas, but we have never seen them in any of the other condos that we have stayed in. The cockroaches didn’t bother me as much as the bed & pillows. The bed is very hard & the pillows were very flat. Also the pullout couch was not comfortable & had a very thin blanket for use. I don’t think I could sleep another week here.

The Napili Shores property F145 was very well centrally located to gardens, the pool and hot tub and the bbqs.
The condo was well equipped with all necessary appliances and made it easy and convenient to cook on-site. The bbqs were very clean and easy to use.
The master bed was a king size bed and oh so comfortable! There was plenty of storage for anything you need. The pull out couch was comfortable and there was plenty of room in the condo..
I will definitely rebook with Wes in the future!

The location, layout, amenities, beach were all amazing!!! If I was forced to complain, I may say that the beach was a bit difficult to get to for my husband as the other had some work needing done (he had a recent leg injury) and it was a very steep beach. But the body surfing was amazing! The condo was perfect. Laundry was not in great working order, and it would be nice to be able to get housekeeping and towels. But we expected all of that and planned for it. I will not be surprised if we book this condo again in the future! Thank you!!

This property was GREAT!!! Very nice and clean, conveniently close to the BBQ and pool area. This property is a gem! Everything was excellent! The condo is clean and pretty much supply everything that you need-kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The owner, Web Jordan, is very friendLy and helpful. He called to check if we need anything and had given us local tips. This unit is near the pool/jacuzzi, bbq grill, washer/dryer and no extra charge for parking!Napili bay is only steps away from here. My family absolutely loved every minute of our stay here! Location was key here. The outside Lanai had morning sun and shade in the afternoon and evening. The pool was right there and the walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes. We loved all the flowers and trees and the great places to run and walk. The place itself was cute and simple, the couch beds were very comfortable for the 12 days we stayed. I highly recommend this place.
