We loved everything about this unit. Waves crashing, breathtaking sunrise views, an unbeatable location, an awesome onsite pool, comfy beds… you name it! We loved the quick access to Poipu Beach and being a few steps away from the footpath to Shipwreck Beach. It was so helpful to have a laundry room in the unit, we got all of our laundry done before we left and didn’t being home the whole beach with us. We also appreciated that there was a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs, and towels in the unit. So helpful, we didn’t have to rent anything.
We are looking forward to staying here again one day!

Between the AMAZING views, speedy communication with the management company & LOCATION…not sure what was best. We had our family of 4 (adults plus 21 & 18yo). Having access to the nice pool was great, easy access to multiple beaches & did I mention the views!?! Just wow! Can’t wait to go back!

We just returned from the best experience in Kauai. Hosts were uber responsive if we needed anything.
The location is truly right on the cliffs, overlooking neverending crashing waves and lava rock. We took daily hikes around the rocks, dirt paths and neighborhood streets. Truly oceanfront. Slept with open doors to the sound of the water and a nonstop ocean breeze. Plenty of parking and short drive to anywhere you want to go.

A truly beautiful condo, with an amazing location. Being the corner condo, we had windows on two full walls, allowing us to see miles of crashing waves, whales spouting and breaching, turtles surfing, and both sunrises and sunsets.
Beds, towels, kitchen equipment, showers....everything was clean and luxurious.
With the tables and chairs on the balcony, we were able to have all our meals outdoors, watching the waves and marine life. Lovely!

The property was in a beautiful waterfront location and close to beaches and trails. The unit itself was very nice. The only issues were windows that were quite coated/obscured with salt and some that wouldn’t close. This made for some rain getting in and very loud whistling when the high winds came. The entire complex was having its railings assessed, so there was construction netting across. The property manager gave us a warning about this ahead of time and a discount on our stay. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We lived on Kauai for 5 years and stayed at the Grand Hyatt numerous times, but this was the first time we have vacationed back to Kauai since we moved away. We went through renting a VRBO, primarily because the 4 of us stayed 2 full weeks in Poipu. This property is in a prime location right on the ocean and we loved the ease of preparing meals, having cocktails, watching whales and turtles, sun and moon rises and settings right from the lanai. Showers, bedding, towels, appliances are all first rate and everything functioned nicely. We were within easy walking distance to the Grand Hyatt and Poipu Beach. Parking was plentiful and we never had to search for a spot to park. I was able to rent a bicycle from Briggs Bikes in Harbor Mall and ride to my heart's content. This area of the island is actually our favorite for ease of access to paths and safe walking, too. We never tired of watching all that the ocean has to offer, but when we did, we all slept very well in comfortable surroundings. What a terrific way to vacation. Thank you!

Words can’t describe the experience but I will try. Everything in the listing is accurate and the views and amenities are out of this world wonderful. The host is over the top responsive and the organization and details and service cannot be surpassed. Even pickleball lines on the tennis court for those enthusiasts! Truly perfect beaches walkable distance but rocky coast in front is so picturesque and huger turtles swimming right there. Sunrise and sunset views from the units private balcony. Beds so so comfortable. Huge space You Must have a car for groceries and exploring Kauai Free parking on site. Pool lovely and access to tennis and pb equipment in a shed. This unit had 2-3 Sets of snorkel equipment left by others.

This 2 bedroom condo on Popiu was the perfect spot for us to spend our vacation. It came with all the expected amenities such as a W/D, pool and beach supplies and kitchen essentials. Bathrooms were well-equipped with lots of towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. Ample parking spots. A short 15 minute walk to the Grand Hyatt gave us a place to enjoy 5 star dining as well.
We had one maintenance issue that was addressed right away. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Words and pictures can't really describe how stunning this location is. The constant ocean breeze kept us a comfortable temperature even without A/C. The salt spray has been rough on some of the furniture and carpets, which could use some updating. Excellent kitchen (with a blender!). Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a nice unit with a fantastic location. We could not only see and hear the ocean but we could feel it as well as it was pounding the coast. We were so close we even got spray. The unit was clean and comfortable. I would recommend some updated furniture for the lanai. We would definitely stay here again!!

The perfect location and condo for a family vacation. The views are spectacular and we watched whales and sea turtles from the deck. The rental agency was very attentive and quickly replied to any questions we asked. Highly recommended this spacious gem!

This condo is spectacular! It might be the southernmost condo on Kauai. It has a panoramic view of the lava rock coast with sunrise and sunset views as well as whale watching. It is beautifully decorated.

Fantastic location. The property management staff is wonderful. The condo is clean and comfortable. It has the little wear and tear you'd expect of a rental unit, but nothing that diminished from the enjoyment of the stay.

The view from the condo was exactly as pictured, and that was our main motivation for booking this rental. There was shopping, dining, and groceries all nearby. Poipu beach is just down the road. The property was clean with plenty of supplies in the kitchen and throughout the house. The management agency was on top of everything and easy to get hold of when when needed them. We are very happy with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kauai at this property! The views are absolutely unbelievable, and we loved hearing the ocean as we sat on the patio in the mornings drinking our coffee. It was an easy walk down to Poipu Beach or over to Shipwreck Beach. Had a wonderfully relaxing time on our vacation!

Loved this place! The view out the back was phenomenal. We absolutely loved opening the 3 pane sliding glass door, and having cocktails on the deck. Listening to the waves crashing was unbelievable. Off in the distance, we could watch the whales breaching. Watching sunsets was stunning! The kitchen was graciously stocked with all the appliances you could want. A blender might be nice. Loved having washer/dryer. Also nice to have 2 beach chairs provided in 2nd bedroom, which was nicely converted into a king size bed for our other guests. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay. I would highly recommend this unit!

This place has the most stupendous, intoxicating views you can possibly imagine. The pictures are good, but in reality it is even better. The entire unit is wonderful with high quality furnishings, excellent appliances and kitchen equipment, great wifi, awesome water pressure, etc. We loved everything about this unit and fully intend to come back. The property is right at the edge of the coastal trail which is absolutely fantastic. There must be a whale superhighway right in front of this place because we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see a spout from a passing whale. And, the cove immediately below the unit was full of sea turtles which we could watch swimming from our balcony. Finally, we were able to see both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony at this time of year. Amazing.

The location overlooking Makahuena Point is breathtaking. We slept with our windows open every night. The unit is probably one of the best in the development but some units are not high end by any means. Parking can be challenging at times. The unit sleeps five comfortably. Two of our adult children slept together in the second bedroom and our third child slept on the pullout couch in the LR. She was comfortable. The appointments are nice but not luxurious. Beds very comfortable. The lighting in the unit were very dark. We managed but for a unit in this price range, we expected better lighting. Kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed to enjoy many meals in the unit. Short walks (10-14 mins) to public beaches. Great sunrises and sunsets. The location is really unmatched. Would have like the unit to be a bit more luxurious for the price. We’d have no problems returning, although having 3 BRs would be ideal for our family. Mahalo.

Inspirational Oceanfront Retreat... my 4 year old grand daughter spent most of her time seated on a barstool on the oceanfront lanai, singing unabashed to the ocean!
We couldn't get enough of the waves, turtles, and dolphins, from sunrise to sunset (the whales are spectacular from December to May). The condo was breezy and cool. The sounds of the ocean put me into a deep sleep every night. Everything we needed from the luxury ocean front location to the bamboo linens (sheets and towels) were generously at our fingertips. Management was friendly and responsive and here in minutes when we needed them! I recommend this condo to anyone wanting to relax right on the water and breathe in the salt air. My daughter and I enjoyed a six day juice cleanse from Kauai Juice Co (just 5 min down the road). The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook and serve healthy meals. I recommend you make a point to visit the Gourmet Farmer's Market on Wednesday afternoons at the Shops at Kukui'ula. I will be back to rent this condo with my family again, for sure!!!
