Keauhou Punahele is a Non Smoking and Non Air Conditioning condominium complex. Unit B102 is located on the ground floor of Building # B which is the first building you see in front of you as you enter. The guest room faces a tropical garden and this is where a trade wind breeze flows inside to the guest room and onto the living room and towards golf course. There are 9 ceilings fans throughout this unit. ( 1-guest room, 1 guest bathroom, 1 master bedroom, 1 master bathroom, 2 -living room, 1 kitchen and 2 outside lanai)

This beautiful unit is situated on the ground floor overlooking the lovely Keauhou golf course with ocean views beyond! Well appointed with Maple wood hard flooring throughout, island style decor, and wonderful upgrades to kitchen and baths. Enjoy the space this unit has to offer inside and out. The fully stocked kitchen is very inviting with granite countertops, and a bar with seating that opens up to the main dining and living space that includes a 46 inch flat screen TV. Just off the living room, slider doors open up to a large lanai that sits along the path of the golf course. It has plenty of seating to take in a good book, nap, or grill out on the BBQ while the sun goes down. Guest bath has a wonderful large tiled walk in shower. Within the guest bath space is a full sized washer and dryer. The master suite that opens up to the scenic golf course offers a flat screen TV, and king bed, a large walk in closet, two sinks and a tiled shower tub combo. The good sized guest room offers two twin beds, a large closet and a flat screen TV. Complimentary WiFi and reserved parking space, this information is provided shortly before you check in.
