Have stayed at Kamaole Sands several times and never have been disappointed. This unit is in a great location in the complex and was well stocked. Check in and communication was great. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Rented this unit for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Well equipped for a family of 4 : chairs, umbrella beach toys. Etc. Communications with the owner were very pleasant and answers were fast to come back. The unit is in the Kamaole Sands complex which include a pool, spas Ping-pong table and a parking space. The property is immaculate and very please-full to spend time in. The unit is well situated in the Kihei area and close to services just across Kamaole III park and beach. Thanks for these unforgettable souvenirs! Mahalo

Clean comfortable condo with large master bedroom. A well stocked kitchen, and large lanai were excellent. Although we removed our shoes at the entrance prior to entering, this condo could use new flooring, as there is carpet in the living/dining area and bedroom.
I do not see carpet as a useful flooring idea when everyone heads to the beach!

Kamole Sands has always been our favorite place to stay. Really liked being on the ground floor next to the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items for easy meal preparation.

Stayed for 2 and a half weeks, great central location lots of shopping, dining, and beaches in walking distance. Right across from Kameole three beach. Really nice complex lots of bbqs and nice pool. Condo was really well stocked. Only downside was no a/c in the bedroom and no wind at night but I think this only happens rarely. Great vacation !!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a fantastic time at the facility, really enjoyed the beach equipment the owner provided, and loved the location close to the pool. Property owner was communicative and helpful throughout, and the kitchen was well stocked. Only issue we had was the certain cleanliness items in the condo; the carpet in the living area requires replacement and the ceiling fans need dusting.

My Dad stayed in the property and the rest of my family stayed in other condos in Kamaole Sands. The property was extremely outdated and the carpet was full of stains which were not indicated in the photos. The lanai was located in a nice location right off the pool. The owner Susan was very responsive when we had questions though.

Great location, very close to pool. Comfortable for our family- 2 adults, a teenager and a 7 year old. Easy walk to beach/sunset. Free tennis lesson on Thursdays and poolside hula demonstration with live music were lovely unexpected additions to our trip!

Really nice large private lanai, comfortable bed, well equipped unit at a great location close to beach. We booked last minute and the owner Susan was very accommodating ensuring everything was in place upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Susan!

We have stayed at a few different condos at Kamaole Sands and we found this unit clean, comfortable and in a great location. We brought our 11 month old and found the carpet was great for our new walker. Other units often have hard tile floors which can be dangerous for toddling babies. Great unit at a great price.

We love returning to our island home in Maui. It is the quiet perfect location with ground level access. Many beaches are within walking distance and driving to many more is quick and simple. The condo is well equipped with king size bed, two bathrooms and in house laundry. The lanai is our favourite place to hang out and entertain guests. If any problems arise Susan and Les are so accommodating at attending to them immediately. We stay for over a month and always return to this condo. It feels like home!! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
