Very nice and roomy Condo, large Lanai, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. A plus to have everything for hanging out in the Beach. Wonderful stay, definitely would go back there again.

The grounds were beautiful and clean. Pool was a big hit with the kids, two different hot tubs! Condo was spacious and fit our family perfectly. Would reccomend.

We absolutely loved everything about our condo. It was well equipped and spotless. Our much needed vacation in paradise was just what we needed and the accommodations were perfect. Our hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating and we would not hesitate to return should we be fortunate for another Maui getaway! Highly recommend to all our family and friends.

Spent 8 nights in Kihei with my family for our first trip to Maui! This condo was amazing. Location was perfect, large lanai ideal for catching glimpses of the sunrise over the mountains and the sunset over the beach. The most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. Robin's place is perfection. Location is walkable to the beach and shops. Quiet, relaxing and literally everything you need for the whole family. We are so lucky we found this place and will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked our meals for the family so the well-stocked kitchen was helpful. All needed kitchenware was there. The lanai was perfect. We will stay at this property again with pleasure.

We decided to head to Maui with friends and family for our first trip post covid. We had grandparents with us who stayed in the loft bedroom and we stayed downstairs with our son. The place was great to all easily live together in and the lanai was large enough to accommodate us all.
Robin was great to communicate with and answered all of our questions promptly.

The condo was perfect for our group.
We enjoyed early morning coffee on the lanai while we watched the sunrise. We BBQ’d a couple times which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the umbrella and chairs, boogie boards etc for use. The beds were very comfortable. Having the timed AC’s were nice for making sure they are not left on. Also like the idea of having the green towels for the sofa.
We loved the view and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you again!

The grounds are beautiful and very well kept! It was nice to walk right across the street (through the beautiful grounds) to the beach! The condo had all the amenities you need for the beach (umbrella, chairs, beach toys, skim board, and we left a couple of boogie boards for the next guests 🤙🏻). Make sure to stay clear of the lava rock as it cut many when we were there. The pool is very nice just be aware if you have kids it has a lot of rules that are strictly enforced (no cannonballing, no Marco Polo, no balls,…) but it wasn’t anything that deterred us from going. We loved our stay and the deck and would for sure stay here again!! Mahalo 🤙🏻🌴

My family of four stayed in this unit for four nights, 3/16- 3/20 . We stayed in a condominium complex in Wailea for the first seven nights of our trip and then moved into this complex in Kihei. The condo is very large and spacious. My son, age 10 and my daughter, age 12 loved having their own bedroom and bathroom . It was located down a long hallway separate from the main living space so they had lots of privacy. The master bedroom and bathroom are located up a set of spiral stairs in an open loft area. The high ceilings are beautiful! The condo complex is located right across the street from one of my favorite beaches, Kamoale III. It was a seven minute walk from the door of our condo to the soft sand of the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook a couple of meals instead of going out to eat. The lanai is very spacious and has a great view of the water. We enjoyed lots of relaxation time out there! Kihei is much busier than Wailea so it was way more fun for my kids! We could walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the beach! The pool is very big but it gets very crowded. I’m not a pool person so it wasn’t a main concern of mine. The staff at the complex were all very personable and friendly. The owner, Robin was great at communicating and was easy to get in touch with. We really appreciated the fact that she let us do a late check out at 2pm on our last day because our flight back to Alaska wasn’t until 9 PM that evening. We would definitely stay again!

This trip to Maui was my Bucket List for my 60th birthday. My family of 5 traveled and stayed at the Kamaole Sands Condo, 4th floor. The condo was spacious and we enjoyed cooking breakfast each day. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Sitting on the lania was relaxing as we viewed the beach and saw whale activity. The location, was perfect, we were in the best spot with easy access to everything. Traveling around the island was enjoyable and the activities were thrilling. All I can say, is WE will return. Maui is a perfect vacation spot for everyone. Mahalo for the hospitality.

We loved our time at Kamaole Sands! We had everything we needed, from beach access, to easy parking, beach towels, washer/dryer, kitchen, etc! We were so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel.
Every morning we drank tea on the Lanai to watch the sky light up and every night we watched the sunset on the beach, a short walk across the street. We were able to walk to restaurants like Coconuts Cafe & the well named Cinnamon Roll Place. We loved the fact that we were in Kihei and things weren’t quite as tourist-y as near some of the larger resorts.
Everything was very clean & we never needed to turn the AC on with all the fans and windows. We tried our best to abide by all the signs, too. Overall, we all agreed we would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would add is a full length mirror & a trash can in the downstairs bathroom. Thanks for having us!

Really enjoyed our stay in Maui. The property worked well for us (four adults). The pool and barbeque areas are easily accessible. Walking distance to the beach. Condo is equiped with most everything you would need for a day at the beach. Would definitely go back to this property in the future.

Kamaole Sands is a beautiful property, near several beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. NAt the south end of Kihei it is almost to Wailea. Also not too far from the airport, Ma'alea harbor and many other attractions. It was quiet, and we appreciated the assigned parking space. There is a pool and 2 Jacuzzi's on site, just a short walk from the unit. It was odd you had to sign in at the pool area - not sure what that was about.
The unit itself is like being in a treehouse, on the top floor. The unit is spacious with a large kitchen and dining tables and chairs both inside and out that can accommodate 6 people. It was very clean. The view is only from the lanai, but is a nice distant ocean and west maui mtn view. We appreciated having beach towels and beach chairs - thank you!
The cons with this unit were:
-No AC upstairs and despite fans running and doors open to allow the breeze to blow through was very hot.
-The AC downstairs is on a timer, for one hour max - so unable to run throughout the night as it has to be reset each hour. This was very annoying. I understand electric prices are high in Hawaii...but we are all coming from much cooler temperatures and this was a challenge while we acclimated.
-The dishes all had a strange fish smell. We finally realized the dishwasher itself wasn't doing the greatest job and likely needs a cleaner run through it. Also some of the dishes ( pots and pans ) in the cabinet were dirty.
-The kitchen cabinets while very full, didn't have the greatest tools for cooking. Most of the pans were so warped they wouldn't make contact with the electric cooktop. Cooking here was a challenge, and the pans really need replacing.
-The outside furniture was very uncomfortable. Hard metal chairs and the pads ( which per signage need to be kept inside when not using) were so thin they were more like placemats. We really wanted to take advantage of the lanai for our breakfasts and some dinners...but found we couldn't sit out there for too long.
-There were many signs with rules, suggestions etc inside the unit. I understand the owner concerns ( reg trying to not use the AC, chair cushions, don't sit on the inside couch if wet or having recently applied sunscreen) - but we felt like our Mother lived there and this did detract somewhat from our enjoyment of the unit.

We had a great vacation in maui at this property. the Unit itself had everything we needed, and was particularly well suited to our family with little kids. they had a pack and play, booster chair, baby gate, toys/chairs/umbrella/cooler for the beach. Very large porch with table for 6 that we made use of for meals.
Kamaole sands itself has nice bbq areas you can reserve by calling the office, and a great pool area. right across the street from Kamaole III beach. Centrally located in Kihei near tons of great beaches and restaurants, easy access to all parts of the island.
We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The listing is absolutely accurate and communication was a breeze. Such easy access to a beautiful beach- and a plus was that each time we were there, a lifeguard was on duty and that was really nice since we have children. The property is in an excellent location- close to great restaurants and shopping. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for a little over a week and it was perfect for our family. We had my husband’s parents, my husband, myself, and our two year old with us. The condo was close enough to the beach that my son could walk there (no stroller needed). There were also lots of restaurants close by and Safeway was just a short drive away. The lanai was so pleasant for at-home breakfasts and lunches, though a brighter light might be nice for dinners. Aside from some road noise, the condo was pretty quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely love Robin, always helpful and available for questions/concerns. This unit and grounds are well kept and pristine, so cozy and comfortable. Toiletries are available or upon arrival, just needed to grab groceries which we did at Safeway on the way to check in . My sister and I were very impressed with the fully stocked Hawaiian style kitchen, made meal planning very convenient. Located literally a block away from one of the nicest/cleanest beach parks on Maui, I have MS and was able to walk there and enjoy. All amenities are within walking distance or a short drive. We chose this property for the location and the amount of people it could sleep. Before our arrival Robin was always quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. We loved that the kitchen table and the table on the lanai had seating for six just as the pictures showed. We really enjoyed the beach that was right across the street from the property. We would definitely consider staying again and would recommend the property to others looking to stay in Kihei.

My family had a wonderful time at Kamaole Sands. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have laundry and AC in the unit, and my family enjoyed eating dinner while watching the sunset on the spacious lanai. Kamaole beach 3 was just across the street and there were many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Also, the property had a beautiful landscape and there were many facilities such as the barbecues, a pool, tennis courts, a ping pong table, and a foosball table. The location was only a short drive to many of the beaches on Maui. Our family enjoyed our stay and we look forward to coming back!

Recently traveled to Maui with my wife and 2 children (11 and 14). Condo is located on a beautiful, well maintained, gated property with a great pool and recreational area with ping pong, foosball table, and gym facility. The condo itself is clean and up to date, stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The kids loved having their own beds in the main floor bedroom and having 2 baths with an 11 year old fashionista is a must. We spent countless hours on the lanai in the evenings playing cards and enjoying the gorgeous Maui sunsets. Kamaole Beach III is located across the road and is amazing. The water was calm enough in the morning to take the kids snorkeling with the resident turtles and there was enough surf in the afternoon for some amateur body boarding. The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, balls, snorkels and everything else you need for a day at the beach. There is a number of restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores are a short drive away. The check-in and out process with facility staff was a breeze and they were always happy to answer any questions about the property or island we had. Steve and Robin were very easy to deal with. They confirmed our reservation within minutes and provided an information package that answered questions we hadn’t even thought to ask. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

Thank you, Steve and Robin, for the wonderful condo. My husband and I along with our two teenage boys stayed for ten nights. There was everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers. The boys had great fun with the shovel 😁 digging on the beach. The king bed was very comfortable. It was unusually cold while we were there so we didn’t get to use the lanai but it was spacious and had a beautiful view. Great beaches just a quick walk across the street.
